This Starbucks is a bit more tucked away then most but it’s less then five mintues from my house and is not ever extremely crowded because of its location. Even if a line forms, the staff keeps it moving. I’m also glad that this location is always a part of any«limited time» menu updates the company releases since not all Starbucks cafes participate. The only thing negative to say is that the staff can be hit or miss with me. Sometimes they are super friendly or sometimes, like yesterday, I feel like I’m ruining their day by even speaking to them. Luckily, I’d say I have more good experiences then bad but the lazy, snotty baristas need to get it together.

Definitely one of the better Starbucks locations I’ve been to in the San Jose area. The current staff is super nice and patient, the store is kept clean, and the layout is spacious with a slightly-less-than-average amount of seating but that’s okay because they probably see slightly less than average foot traffic compared to some of the other Starbucks. I’ve always managed to find a seat. Regarding the drinks and food? I mean, it’s Starbucks folks. You know what you’re expecting for better or for worse. Major things you can rate a franchise location on are consistency and speed, and this location is great at both!

I went to buy food and drink from here and paid with a $ 100 bill. They didn’t have any big bills for change(which I didn’t expect them to have) but I was waiting for a couple minutes, the girl gave me my 100 back and rang up another girl cause she was waiting for change, so I went to go put my stuff down on my table meanwhile and she says to me, quite unprofessionally«wait where are you going??» I come back, annoyed, and give her my $ 100 she counts out my change(10s, 5s, and 1s) twice and hands me the change, then says wait I think I gave you more change and takes it back and pulls out a chunk of ones without counting it. I take the change and count it myself and they shorted me $ 10. So I told her«you only gave me 82 my change is 92. And she says oh I’m sorry and gives me my money back. I walk outside and count what she just gave me and she still shorted me a dollar. I didn’t even bother going back, but I’m definitely not going to this Starbucks anymore especially if they can’t handle 100 bills!

The rookie forgot to tell me she was out of tea and had to make some. I waited a long time and could have ordered a different drink and been long gone.

I love this Starbucks! Coffee traveler needed at the last minute? No problem, ready in 5 minutes! Very specific drink order? No problem, plus they’ll probably have it memorized after you’ve come in a few times! Everyone who works here is genuinely nice and friendly and calls you by name. I’ve never gotten a bad drink here or had a bad experience and I’ve been coming for years. Thank you guys!

This Starbucks beats out all Starbucks in san jose hands down. Clean, well kept, good system and such welcoming workers! Left my wallet there and they had found it quickly! Kept it for 4 hours without having anything taken from it! They make the best drinks and they’re all really good at what they do!

Hi, I really need some help. This starbucks is currently being renovated and I am pretty sure I left a black binder here on Oct. 15. It is very important I get it back, so please if you see this message Starbucks admins, please please reach out to me at

I don’t particularly like this location. The baristas act as though they are doing you a huge favor by serving your beverage. They are stingy when making the drinks as well. Its a very small location with very little indoor seating. There is some outdoor seating. It is nice that the place has plenty of parking.

I really like this Starbucks. It’s my go to place to study on weekends. The service is good, the place is always quiet and other people are working or studying. The music is soothing and isn’t too loud. There’s enough plugs around if you intend to use a computer. My only complaint is that it’s kind of cold in here and it’s why it doesn’t get five stars.

Has something ever happened to you where you felt like you had a renewed sense of «goodness in humanity?» This was the case here last week when I was in line after my bootcamp which is not too far from this location. It was a Wednesday morning(around 8:15am) and the line was about 7 people long. For the most part I don’t mind waiting in lines and usually I can pass time by people watching or scrolling through my Unilocal app«liking» check in’s or texting. Ah the joys of living in the digital age. What occurred next was something I didn’t expect at all. The man that was standing in front of me approaches me after he pays for his coffee and says, «Good morning, here’s a gift card so you can pay for your coffee.» He proceeds to hand out 3 more gift cards to the people standing behind me in line. Uhhhh, did this just happen? I was more than a little surprised and didn’t know how to react at first. I said«thank you and that was so nice of you!» As we were standing there waiting for our coffee, the three of of us that just used the gift cards shared a united moment. One woman said, «He just made my day.» So to the random stranger that paid for our coffee that morning, I want you to know that I won’t forget you. As I sipped on my Soy Vanilla latte(which was great as usual), I thought to myself that one day I hope to pay it forward.

This is my local hometown Starbucks, but honestly, it really doesn’t live to the expectations of the Starbucks brand. It looks and feels like a Starbucks, and I would say the environment is a wonderful place to study and get some work done, especially with the outdoor seating(though I am not sure if this can be attributed to Starbucks itself or the plaza as a whole). However, it certainly doesn’t taste like Starbucks. I find that the baristas have messed up on my drinks on multiple occasions. I could be ordering wrong, but really, it has happened way too often at this point. They also seem rather nonchalant, not taking the time to tend to the customers as they should be doing. One time, they did not close the lid tightly enough on one of my drinks, and after I rolled out of the plaza, my car seats got a new shower. Not cool. The location’s definitely convenient for those who live in the Silver Creek Valley area, and it’s definitely a good pit stop before going on a drive or work. However, if you’re looking for a good Starbucks experience, this would not be the place to go. To be fair, San Jose Starbucks are lackluster as a whole. They also get my order wrong almost every time. I don’t even know why I bother besides the fact that it’s close. TIP: Outdoor patio is great for nice summer days.

I came by to beat the heat and pickup an iced green tea. There wasn’t much of a line in the afternoon so I was able to pay and get my drink quickly. The drink was pretty standard and tasted as it usually does like any other Starbucks.

Bad thing is the SB closes too early(7pm). Everything else is great. It’s hidden in Evergreen area. Especially in the back it’s a place where you can sit and chat in a great view. Nice view :)

This Starbucks is in a little plaza where New Leaf Market is located. It’s your average Starbucks, there is nothing special or different about it. It’s a little small, there’s a little seating area and plenty of parking outside. The staff is very friendly also.

I made an account just for this They don’t shake the green tea lattes even when you ask them to. I mean, ok there’s milk in it or whatever but that’s why there’s something called a sink and soap. Are you just lazy? Other Starbucks do it. Secondly, my frap is not a frap. It’s like an iced drink. This Starbucks may be located in a nice area but it sucks!!!

Nice Starbucks located in a brand new shopping center that doesn’t seem too get busy that often. Which is nice if you come here to study or work on some stuff. It’s quiet! Plenty of parking. Outdoor seating area is nice. Customer service is good. Seating inside could be a bit better. Maybe add a couch or loveseat.

Ahh, coffee never tasted so good after a good workout. I ordered two multigrain bagels with reduced fat cream cheese, coffee, and my caramel macchiato. The partner, Marcia(I think), was super awesome, friendly, and polite. She asked if we wanted our pastries for here on a plate. I like their outdoor seating in the back. It’s peaceful and secluded. The tables and chairs seem to be left out there overnight. Somewhat dusty and full of webs though. It’s great to enjoy a cup of coffee outside in the sun. ;)

I enjoy it here. This is actually one of the quieter places to find a comfy couch to sit, read from my nook, enjoy my lemon loaf & white mocha. Baristas and cashiers are all pleasant, I haven’t had any issues with my order or or services. The times I head here and enjoy my ‘me-time’ is when high schoolers are still in school and workers are still working. Because when school is out, the students kind of loiter around the store, parking lot & in the store. It gets boisterous. I know it’s their job to try and upsell, that’s why I get a lemon loaf. I enjoy the Passion Tea & White Mocha: D I don’t really do holiday drinks… because face it, when the holidays are gone, so is your drink! I used to love the valencia in my vanilla crème frap… now I can’t even have it :*(
