INSIDE: inside seating for people to socialize, study, etc. Standard looking Starbucks, nothing out of the ordinary. It’s cold due to it being Winter so the chairs aren’t setup for outdoor seating when I came here at night. PARKING: situation isn’t the best, but it is Willow Glen downtown type area so expect to look for street parking on a busy street. It’s located on the very corner. There’s a liquor type store with a parking lot behind it, but I’m not sure if they limit it to liquor store customers only.

Had a barista double steam mine and my boyfriends soy cappuccinos in one pitcher. I think she may have been a supervisor. But our drinks were definitely lattes.

Love this location! They seem to always be first for new things. Like the wireless charging tables. Come here all the time to work. Seating can be a little tricky to find during peak hours, but that’s no surprise. Friendly staff, and makes great tasting coffee drinks. The location is close to my house enough to walk to. Love downtown Willow Glen, nice neighborhood.

I’m here at least 3 times a week. The crew is so friendly and generous. I’ll drive from across town so I can come here

My absolute favorite Starbucks to come to because of my favorite baristas Valerie and Michaela! These two are amazing and always know how to put a smile on my face. They not only give me outstanding customer service but go above and beyond to make sure I leave happy. I have at least five Starbucks in a closer driving range but I always go to this one because of them. These girls deserve a raise! I couldn’t praise them enough! I give both Michaela and Valerie heart eye emojis and two thumbs up for being so adorable !

Great place to study, a little too busy on Sunday mornings but it is great. They have Wireless chargers also making it very convenient for their«hanging out» customers. Andres, my favorite barista EVER always makes sure to make the best drink for me every.time.
Nice location and friendly staff, but they don’t make coffee right. I just go there because it’s so bright and nice atmosphere.

I like this Starbucks in downtown Willow Glen. The people are very friendly here and they have a full case of food. This place does get super busy so sometimes you have to wait for your drink. This is a nice area.

The reason to Unilocal a business like Starbucks is to report an outstanding or poor experience. This review unfortunately is about the latter. I went in the other day to try the Happy Birthday frappucino,(not sure why I thought that was a good idea in the first place) It was gross to say the least. It’s a limited time drink so no need to worry about that, but this review is more about how the drink was made. First off, others were getting their drinks before me that ordered after. Anyway, when my drink was finally ready the barista was topping it off with a pink whipped cream that she took out of the fridge, when she sprayed it on my drink it was deflated looking and she removed it with a spoon, took out another can from the fridge and the same thing happened. I ended up with regular whipped cream in the end, less drink than I paid for, and melted frappucino at first sip. I took two sips and threw it away, and even only having had two sips it upset my stomach. Having been a barista many moons ago I can say this display was so unprofessional and she should have just made me a new drink vs taking the lazy way out, if I go back to this specific location I’ll stick to the passion iced tea.

The music is turned all the way up constantly. This is not a disco and everyone comes here to study or have a chat. They really should lower the music, thats a big problem

One of the best Starbucks ever!!! Actually, it’s a pattern– either I’m a positive enthusiast for Starbucks or I’ve been lucky to hit a string of great Starbucks :) Regardless, this store is incredibly spacious and a-hustlin’ a-bustlin’! Located at the beginning of Willow Glen’s downtown on Lincoln Avenue, Starbucks attracts many different locals to its premise– chattering moms and curious toddlers, diligent students, and on-the-go people like me ;) My brother and I were in WG downtown looking at different shops and wanted to stop by. The Buy One, Get One Free Holiday Drink was a big motivating factor hehe. I ordered the Peppermint Mocha Frap with Java Chips and my bro got the Salted Caramel Mocha. They were nice enough to add the java chips at no charge ;) The drinks were made in 5 minutes and my frap was excellent and delightful! It was blended very well and not icy at all; despite being busy with a large volume of customers, the quality of my drink did not deter. The baristas did a superb job of concocting our drinks! Overall, the interior and ambiance of the store were very joyful and welcoming, mirroring the holiday spirit :) I love their island stand of many different gift card designs! Their wall of holiday mugs, gifts, and novelties were also cutesy and impressive. Starbucks does have a great marketing strategist! Great coffee shop with the usual wifi and rewards perks, stop by here if you’re around.

I like Starbucks and the way they run their businesses. I like to have coffee or tea and enjoy the atmosphere that they provide. This Starbucks is no exception. It is clean and a nice place. However, I don’t like that the hours are so short and that it can get really noisy at this location. The staff is pretty good and they are pretty friendly. I would rather they have longer hours and a little less noisy.

This would be my second time coming here today and my last. Its typically a good environment and i’ve never had any bad service. Until I came the second time. Walking up to the counter there are two employees standing and chatting. Bug eyed curly haired girl finally helps me. I’m 4 months pregnant and craving a sandwich of theirs. School just got out so I had to speak loudly and could barely hear her, apparently she had said they didn’t have the one I wanted. She rudely repeated herself and started laughing with her butch asian friend. Waving by with a snarky«have a nice day». If I wanted to be treated so poorly by a 13yr old I would go to the middle school near by. Have some class. Or go to class rather.

Ive passed by this locale tons of times. Never set foot in. However it’s been really damn hot. I literally was across the street and thought, it’s time to take advantage of both a cold beverage and their air conditioning. This place has some crazy people watching. Old toothless women, wheelchair bums, teens, wacky wardrobes and us. Like a deranged Beneton ad. Quick drinks, cramped seating, visual entertainment

I usually have a great experience at this location… But this morning left a sour taste in my mouth. Two ladies working this morning 9⁄28 around 7:45am. There wasn’t too long of a line when I got there. I wanted 3 drinks, with their individual name on it, and the cashier seemed to have an issue with that. She made a comment under her breathe along the lines of «oh, you want individual names on each cup, ok.» Served with a side of attitude. I thought I had $ 25 on my starbucks card, but I ended up being short. I asked to take off a pastry item and she seemed frustrated trying to void the item. When my drinks were made, I asked for a tray. The barista didn’t respond; just lightly tossed the tray in my direction. Needless to say — if you’re going to work in customer service, you should be customer service oriented. Even if it’s a fake smile, so it! * I never have any issues or concerns when I come in tuesday and Thursday mornings when Amanda or the Asian girl w short hair work.

This is a nice Starbucks, lots of windows let in lots of light, people walking around outside in down town Willow glen. The Starbucks itself is sometimes dirty inside but what do you expect for a place that is always crowded. People are really nice and will make a drink over for you without making faces lol overall really good experience

This review is for barista screw up. I wanted to use code 592−25%OFF food, showed it to the girl, and told her so. She rang a transaction and said that I don’t owe anything, because she used up my Free Reward. But I’ve been saving it for entirely different time! I work hard earning stars for my free reward and had no intention of using it up now. She said sorry but didn’t know how to get it back on my account. Not cool.

The two drinks I order taste so plain and bitter. I will not come back here! One of the drink I ask for extra whip cream and it turn out not so extra at all! Very disappointed. I hate this place. The one on Tully road is so much better and has a drive thru.
