PMH is always great, I’ve loved it for years. My pregnancy craving is pesto pizza and I give into it only for Pizza My Heart.

Prices are expected. Parking absolutely sucks. There have been several times where I couldn’t find a parking spot and ended up leaving.

Staff is friendly! Lots of girls! Pizza is good! Not as good as Bibos up the street but good. You can get healthier ingredients but crust not as thin as Bibos so there’s your trade off! The parking is not easy as the area is popular and most always busy and crowded leaving great site seeing room at PMH! The most impressive aspect of PMH Willow Glen… is the fact the small water plastic cups have lids if you want one! Amazing because you never see those anywhere and they are convenient when you have children!

I’ve eaten here twice and the food is great! I had a regular cheese pizza because I was in a rush the first time, but the second time I had a chicken & bacon pizza and that was my favorite pizza I’ve had there. The workers are friendly and efficient.

8÷13÷15: I had my first slices of Pizza My Heart in Santa Cruz and I loved them! And there was this one 1mi from my house all this time… so I finally got to try this local one… and was super disappointed! 1. Chicken Walnut [salad] $ 6: HORRIBLE!!! WOW, absolute worst walnut salad I have ever had. So, we got this out of their fridge, and while the greens are fine, when my gf opened the container of walnuts, one huge lump of stuff fell out and went splat on the veggies. And stayed there. A big round meatball of nut! And the dressing… opened the container and we turned it upside down and… …nothing. Frozen in place. Alright… fast forward some after we did some manual labor and mixed it all. Yeah… tasted like it looked. Really nasty candied walnuts. Crappy dressing that was too concentrated. Nasty. 1⁄10 2. Cowell’s Combo 12″ $ 17. Completely not the experience I remembered from Santa Cruz. I mean, the pizza tasted okay, but not awesome like I remembered. Crust was kinda dry. Cheese was good quality though. Ingredients were okay – veggies were fresh. The pepperoni was paper thin though – that wasn’t good. Anyway, it just didn’t have that extra something of the place in Santa Cruz. I dunno… I think frozen pizza from Costco might not have been as fresh, but would have probably tasted better. Kinda expensive for what you get, considering how thin it is. 4⁄10. So, I dunno if this is typical for this chain and Santa Cruz is truly exceptional or what, but I sure ain’t coming back here. 2⁄5 #pizza #thincrust

Love the pizza… hate the staff. The supervisor, MORGAN, is rude and lacks all customer service skills. I’m honestly not sure how this location ever passed health code standards. The bathroom is NASTYYYY! I politely told the staff that their restroom was dirty when we first arrived. When I went to wash my kids hands after we ate, the bathroom was locked. Morgan, the supervisor on duty, eventually walked out, leaving a still DIRTY bathroom behind her. SERIOUSLY!?! The floor was slippery and wet and there were paper towels all over the floor. I immediately turned around and asked her if she noticed that the bathroom was dirty. She RUDELY said yes but she was«busy doing other stuff.» Then proceeded to tell me «if I have a problem, then don’t eat here.» Don’t worry… we won’t be back! Sorry, but having your arms wrapped around each other and embracing your other staff members in hugs does not qualify as being busy. My youngest, 19 months, fell in the bathroom due to the slippery floor and injured her head. Her clothes were soaking wet and dirty from the filthy floor to the point I had to remove them. Whoever the manager is at this location really needs to rethink their hiring choices. You’re lucky Unilocal forces me to give you one star. because really you deserve ZERO.

I wanted two slices of pizza, one mushroom and one veggie. They told me it was their last mushroom. After waiting fifteen minutes and watching people after me getting their order I asked for mine. They lost the order and had given my mushroom slice to someone else. They said new help messed up. I requested my money back. Was on my way to arena football game. They said just a little bit longer. I could not trust them. It is back to Roundtable down the street. Better service.

The décor is still nice, with the surfboards, and the pizza is still good. They have pizza of the day, and I got the Watsonville, which has bacon, pepperoni, green apple, and gorgonzola. Yum! They didn’t have any out, so they said it would take 10 minutes(real time 20 minutes) I guess it’s not that popular, which is too bad. You really should try it. But this location loses a star because this big family of lowlifes were occupying the back booths, oversize strollers and all, and one of the kids was RIDING A RAZRSCOOTERINSIDETHERESTAURANT! Yes, you read that correctly. Several of the brats were chasing each other, full speed, and the one on the scooter was just riding like he was at the playground. No discipline from the parents whatsoever. Even worse, NOEMPLOYEE said anything to them about this. I almost didn’t eat here because of these pigs, but thankfully they left shortly. But I really find it inexcusable that no one who worked there asked them to sit down or sit outside, Very irresponsible. Also, a lot of the tables were dirty when I walked in.

Eating with my 4 year old. Indoor and outdoor seating. Don’t have the fancy soda machine(60 drink possibilities) but this location has the friendliest employees. This is the only location that brought our food to our table and asked if I wanted the kids slice cut up.

Rude Rude Rude… This places STAFFISRUDE. Name calling in the background while I am trying to order food. I called this place to place my order for my House full of roomates and all you here is the staff calling me names over the phone. I will NEVER order from the willow glen store. I sat there trying to place my order as this Female staff member started calling me names as she knew damn well everyone can hear her. If she doesn’t have enough guts to confront her problem then maybe the MENTALWARD can house her. I just hung up the phone because of her so I DON;T HAVETODEALWITHCRAZY !!!

Pizza is pizza, but their well-done thin crust is always perfection! They don’t jip you on anything that’s on your pizza, except their pizza slicing skills vary from person to person. We got one pizza that had 4 slices wider than the Amazon River and 4 other slices that were thinner than Paris Hilton’s legs. Pros: Consistently good pizza, good service Cons: you’ll be disappointed if you have food portion OCD

We often go to downtown Willow Glen. This PMH has delicious pizza with very thin crust. It is a perfect place for hosting a fundraising event for school team or club, but the best time we had during a free private event for kids with tour and fun activities. Mark was very good with kids and entertaining, also kids got T-shirts.

Pizza my heart had wonderful service and the best pizza ever, not to mention their in house hot sauce is KILLER… That they sell for $ 1 a bottle, a steal for how good it is. Great place to stumble upon while attending the pac12 championship!

Great place for a quick bite. Relaxing outside seating with speakers that play your top 40. Yummy mushroom pizza and will make it extra crispy if you ask. No extra charge if you wanted ranch dressing with your pizza. My apologies though that I ended up grabbing one too many and next time will request extra if needed. 5 stars for the customer service. Very attentive and always pleasant. I had just walked away from my pizza slice that was brought out to my table to wash my hands before I started eating and when I got back, the waitress was kind enough to ask if I wanted my slice to be reheated in the oven. It wasn’t more than a couple minutes that I had stepped away but it’s that kind of service that tells you their business model is to ensure that their customers walk away with a great experience. After I finished my meal, a gentleman came out and removed my dirty plate and cleaned up my table for me. Thank you Pizza My Heart for restoring my faith in great customer service! You’ve won my loyalty whenever I’m traveling through Willow Glen for pizza ;)
