Starbucks

This doesn’t seem like the typical Starbucks. They always have blueberry scones… enen at 4PM.

Everyone always complains about Starbucks… but why?
Starbucks is life. This location had VERY friendly people and I overheard people complaining about their drink, but they baristas kindly remade it for them. They forgot a shot or 2 of espresso or didn’t make it sweet enough, but they just remade it for them… no questions asked.
My 2 go-​tos:
–Cool Lime Fresher, no water, add berries + lime (Tastes like yummy lemonade)
–Iced Caramel Macchiato, upside down

I would give this Starbucks a 3.5 rating. The drive thru is very efficient and the staff is mostly nice. I’ve had only one unfriendly server during the two and a half weeks I’ve been coming here. She might of had a bad day, so I’ll be kind. :-) On occasion the products are stale, i.e. coffee cake. I come here because it’s quicker than the other Starbucks on Coleman. It’s definitely a good place to go, just make sure you check your order before you drive away.

This Starbucks has won me over! I was slammed at work and was looking forward to a refreshing passion tea lemonade during my lunch hour. But I found myself stuck in the one-​way drive-​thru during the lunch hour [super long line] and realized I forgot my wallet back at the office! So here I am, stuck in line, with no wallet, FML. I was deciding whether to zoom past the cashier when it got to be my turn at the front of the line… or if I should be kind and explain that I forgot my wallet. I chose to be kind and I was rewarded! The cashier told me not to worry about it and «it’s on us this time» and gave me a complimentary tea. THANK YOU SO MUCH! It really helped boost my mood and restore my faith in humanity. I will be a loyal Starbucks customer for life! And I will remember to keep a secret stash of cash in my car in case I ever forget my wallet again. THANK YOU STARBUCKS and CASHIER!

Love starbucks! Love this place especially, for its drive-​thru. Yummmmm!
This is the nearest starbucks from the neighborhood gym. Good place to grab breakfast or lunch.

A few times I’ve been here, mostly at 630 am for work. Tonight I stopped on my way home. In the morning I’ve been late to work several times because the AM staff is extremely slow and 2x completely passed over my order! Ordering online didn’t help because 30 mins later it still wasn’t ready.
So why 4 stars now?
Well, I guess I’ll have to find a new AM location and stop by this one in the evening. My order was taken promptly and the drink was prepared by Julian P. I’m glad I stopped here because «extra caramel «actually means what it sounds like here. I appreciate this wonderful drink that Julian made for me. Not too much espresso, not too much milk. It all meshes quite well. If only other baristas could make them like this. Sigh… I can dream can’t I? :-P
After a long day at the office, this is a great end to my evening.
Until we live in a perfect world, at least I know there’s a location near my work where I can get a fabulously made drink.

I like the layout and location. Bathroom is always kept clean and stocked. I can usually find a good table by an outlet. I usually only get something from the RTE/​D case so I don’t know about speed of service.
But,
I’ve been here probably over 6 times and I’ve never had a good interaction with their baristas. They’re more concerned with talking to each other or regulars than actually focusing on the person who’s at the register. There’s enough of them to actually provide a decent interaction with café guests, but it seems they’re more focused and friendly with their drive-​thru guests.
Never friendly, but never rude. just meh.

Went through the drive-​thru, one of the main reasons I pick Starbucks over other better coffee places. Line was pretty long but the wait was surprisingly quick. The guy taking my order and taking my money was friendly and easy on the eyes.
Today I got 1-​grande caramel brûlée late with an add shot, 1– cranberry bliss bar and 1-​snowman cookie. Coffee was on point, not disgustingly sweet. I was able to drink the drink despite the heathen cup… my cranberry bliss bar was under whelming for sure. Actually tasted slightly stale. Same goes for the snowman cookie. My son luckily didn’t mind.
I will definitely return to this location due to its convenient location and drive-​thru.

I needed some caffeine after trick or treating with the roommate’s nephew and eating a huge dinner next door. We were all talking outside in the plaza, so I came in to grab a coffee. It was Saturday, October 31^st around 8pm.
I had a free coffee award, so I decided to get a Quad tall nonfat cappuccino, extra dry. It’s a good drink to use on the award as this drink normally costs over $ 5. Also, since it was Halloween, I got a free ring pop!
Not sure how the store normally is when it’s busy, but it was a rather quiet that night. So quiet that an employee managed to scare me! I guess I got a trick and a treat! Still, the employees at this location were super nice and attentive.
One of the better Starbucks locations I’ve been to. Both fast and efficient, which is always appreciated.

I had the best experience I’ve had at this Starbucks today. I usually don’t have the greatest visits because some of the baristas come off a little rude but today Clarissa made my day with her great customer service. As I was waiting in line she was taking someone’s drink order and wanted to get it out to them as soon as possible so another barista, Jessica, took my order. As I was getting ready to pay Clarissa made sure to ask me if I wanted whipped cream, thankfully! As soon as I sat down Clarissa came over and handed me my drink. Thank you! (:

I’ve only used the drive-​thru so that’s all I’m reviewing. The fact that this is a drive-​thru location makes it a mandatory three stars in my book. There aren’t enough drive-​thru Starbucks locations anywhere around so I’m pumped off that! The service is quick and friendly and they have always gotten my drink (which isn’t complicated) right each time. Yay, Coffee!

They memorize your name and your drink and always try to get you in and out :) the baristas are sweet and so helpful.

This is a bare minimum store
The service is severely lacking, baristas have a hectic/​stressful job but at this location you could never tell, nobody moves with a sense of urgency & customers seem to be the least if their concern.
I’ve received cold food, incorrect drinks & horrible attitudes at this location. If you need coffee it gets the job done but if you’re like anybody else and are choosing to get coffee at your leisure, go to one of the millions of other locations because this one is awful.

This Starbucks has a concrete floor rather than on that is wood or tile. As a result there is more noise here than a regular Starbucks. I think they did that to keep the energy flowing through. Not only is there more «white» noise but the machines that are here like the refrigerator are noise makers.
It not the type of place that would be good for a student to study at. But I so think it would be more fun to come here to get more energy and to let go of your problems.
The people who come here are nice and it pleasant to just enjoy a tea or coffee.
There’s a drive through too! So if you are in a hurry you don’t even have to go inside.
This is the best place in the mornings because it’s positive and higher energy than the regular Starbucks.
There are big windows that let the sun in during the mornings as well.
My favorite is a green tea on ice.
If you want to start your day off right thus is the place thar can help. Positive people, positive environment, positive energy and music here.
The prices are right too.

I love this Starbucks. Not only is it close to SJC, great for work meetings, but it’s brand new so everything is well stocked and clean. The employees are super friendly and helpful. This has a drive thru in case you’re in a hurry. The place also has outdoor seating

I feel like my favorite location has been discovered by people. Lately it’s been packed no matter the time of the day.
The communal table is always occupied. The two tops are busier than ever. The comfy couches by the sunny side of the glass wall looks like it’s busier than ever! Even the counter is busy. If you need to charge this is where you go. Lately you can’t even squeeze in.
I like that it’s popular now but dread the visit lately. The staff remains courteous and fast. Always with a smile:)

I came here the other morning with my Daughter to waste some time before her flight. The drinks were spot on and the place looks like a nice spacious hang out location. The servers might want to smile a little bit, instead of looking like their pet died, but other then that I liked this joint.

I really love the inviting atmosphere of this Starbucks. Three great things about it:
1. The associates are all VERY friendly, happy and seem to enjoy their job. You can tell they are passionate in their work.
2. The store is very clean, well kept and the interior is gorgeous.
3. Lastly, this is one of the drive-​thru locations which is great for those who are on a time constraint.
I came here and ordered a tea and was served quickly. I found a nice table to sit and read at and loved the calming environment. Would definitely recommend this Starbucks and will return soon!

As all Starbucks locations, this one is as clean and tidy as the next. With that said, I try to avoid this location if I can due to the especially rude customer service from the staff. They all seem to get along with each other great but once a customer steps up to the counter they are aloof and not friendly at all. The drive thru guy on weekday mornings is awesome but the inside staff is lousy rude. They appear to be students with bad hangovers or something. The latest example of this is here:
I ordered a food item which was forgotten by the staff. I came up to the counter to ask for the status and the girl (Oralia) went back to the warmer to check and it wasn’t in yet. She put it in the warmer without a word and waited for it to get finished. Without any apology she handed it to me and curtly walked away like I was an inconvenience.
This was one example of many…
Sorry Starbucks but a swing and miss for your manager Alexandria Ouk on this one.

This Starbucks is the elite of all the Starbucks in my surrounding area. They have excellent customer service, a drive thru, are open late, and great baristas that know how to make yummy drinks. Every time I’ve come here they have the snacks and food in stock that I want too. I’ll easily drive a couple miles father just to come to this location.
The only downer could be that their drive thru can be a little busy on Friday mornings, but hey, it isn’t their fault that they’re so good at what they do, right? Just try to avoid coming here during that time if you’re in a rush!
