The location is a bit outta the way for me, but still the closest In-N-Out to UC Santa Cruz.

Very poor service. I’m very annoyed at the service I just received. My boyfriend and I pulled up to the window to make our order we made our order but he, for some reason, decided that we were done ordering after my boyfriend finished saying what he wanted. So when it was my turn to say what I wanted to order, he said that we had to start a new order. What? As someone who worked in the fast food industry, I know for a fact it’s no problem to change a check or open it back up and add items to it. Then when my boyfriend didn’t pull up to the window and attempted to ask the gentleman who took our order if he had put them on two separate orders he completely ignored us. Now I know that it all comes down to a matter of cents but it’s the principle of the matter. Why would he conclude our order before we were done talking. There were no pauses no reason for him to think at all that the order was concluded and yet he just decided we were done. Ok fine. We pull up to the window and a girl is working the register. And we asked her to put them onto one order and she charge the card twice and said that we couldn’t make it into one order even though we were in the same car because he made it as two separate orders. Um ok? It was his error, cancel the order and put it in correctly! It really isn’t that hard. And the fact that they didn’t own up to the problem and try to fix their mistake was just the icing on the cake. I work in the hospitality industry and I have also worked in the fast food industry and this is unacceptable. Not to mention when we pulled up all that the window attendant seem to care about was that he was leaving work soon and he was talking to his friends. He didn’t seem too concerned when my boyfriend had to ask him twice for ketchup. Never coming to this location again.

In-n-out is always good and this place isn’t that much different compared to others. The downside with this one is that it gets really busy especially during dinner time. It is even more packed during games. So, the restrooms can get messy. Service is still great here though.

I give it 5 stars. Quality fast food at a great price. Consistent taste and quality. Never lets me down. Bun is never soggy. Meat is always just right; cheese tastes good; and the tomato, onion, lettuce is always fresh.

I’m from LA& love in-n-out and always get amazing service. So when we arrived to the area on a Friday afternoon we decided In-n-out would be a great option. WRONG! Service was so slow and the workers were unapologetic about the careless mistakes they were making. The cashier took our order wrong so we had to do a separate transactions to get our drinks. We waited for our food for about 15 minutes and realized that groups who ordered after us were already receiving their food. We saw a few trays on the back counter that sat their for a while as others received their food. So finally we spoke up and sure enough that was our order. we got food that was cold and the workers did not apologize or even acknowledge that they had us waiting for a long time. Needless to say that we won’t ever go to this location again.

Closest in-N-out near my place. Who doesn’t love a double-double? All cashiers and staff are courteous and efficient. Always a happy experience eating here.

Best burger you will get from a fast food joint. The fries are also delicious in my humble opinion. I normally get extra toasted buns, chilis, and animal style. I’m a purist on the fries and like them just regular and sometimes with extra salt.

Consistent just like all the other In-N-Out’s I’ve been to. For some reason, every time I come here, it’s always super packed! I’ve been here between the odd hours of 2−4pm for a lunch break and on weekends, and each time was backed up and almost no seats available. Regardless, their fries are always on point with crispiness(never soggy or old tasting like some locations) and that’s always a win in my book. Staff here is also on top of their game, constantly refilling the ketchup bar and even offering to bus your finished trays.

When I decided to end my no-fast-food diet(that lasted for 3 years!), you bet the first restaurant I wanted to go to was In N Out! My siblings and I had just finished playing broomball in Cupertino, and this was the closest In N Out on the way home. Surprisingly, even at 12:30pm, this place was packed. Service was fast, and the food was glorious! Oh, delicious cheeseburger and well done fries… I shall never leave you again.

There is no organization for the drive thru. People do not know where to line up and they do not know how to scoot over to one side and let traffic drive by. The employee does nothing to direct traffic and let cars through. Every time I have to pass by it is annoying. How hard is it to put up a sign or tell cars to scoot over. And don’t get me started with their lack of vegetarian and non dairy options!

Fresh tasty burgers for a great value! I’ve eaten at this location too many times to count and never once has our order been wrong. Drive through line is always long but show me a short in and line anywhere! Staff is always friendly to me son and I. Service always with a smile and sometimes stickers! Get a Neapolitan shake with well done fries animals style and protein style 3×3 on a cheat day. So satisfying!

Literally the emptiest I’ve seen an In-N-Out burger and getting our food took the longest time. We entered the restaurant and got or order within less than 2 minutes and waited for over 20 minutes to get our food.

I come here a lot as it is nearby my work. It does get super busy around lunch time around 12 – 1PM. I have to say that this In-N-Out location has got to be one of the best locations I have dined at. The customer service is always on point and you are always helped with a smile. There are workers that constantly clean and tidy up the dining area. The bathroom is always stocked and very clean. The FOOD is amazing. The produce is always fresh, the meat is always juicy, and the fries are always on point(I order them light well).

This is one of the closest In-n-out by SJSU, so of course this place is usually busy since it’s near downtown sj too. Actually all In-n-out are busy. Lol. Well I been here a lot and it’s the same as every other In-n-Out. Place is crowded, but line moves fasts and I love it when they notice it’s long and will open another cashier to take our orders :) Usually there’s no open seats, but just keep your eyes open to see which table is nearly done and stand awkwardly near them and you can get the seat when they leave. Haha. But there’s a few outdoor seats too! Or you can always just go through drive-thru and say you’re eating in the car and they will put it in a box instead of the bag :) Overall, cheap burgers and fries, nothing to complain about.

I have been listening to people brag on In-N-Out Burger for so long that I finally decided to check it out on a recent visit home to California. Actually, I tried to visit it once before, last year in Daly City, but the drive through line was around the block and the walk up line out the door. Wow! It had to be heavenly good, right? Not so much. My son flew in to San Jose airport and I picked him up around 1pm and took him to the In-N-Out across the street. I was surprised that we were able to walk right up to the counter and order. We ordered cheeseburgers and fries. They were cheeseburgers and fries. Better than McDonald’s or Burger King, but nothing I would ever wait in line for. I don’t get the hype. What am I missing?

In-N-Out is usually one of my favorite fast food joints. I even crave it because I know they’re always going to deliver me fresh and tasty burgers and fries no matter what. In fact, this is my go-to place for«victory meals» after long hikes.(I know, counterproductive). This review is only in regards to the order I had a few days ago. The staff is always friendly, and In-N-Out is consistently good… this is not a hit on the establishment in its entirety! But during my most recent visit at this location… I found a really long hair cooked into my burger patty. And it’s such a misfortune because if it was much smaller — I would look passed it… and be like eh, it’s okay, this sometimes happens. But I just kept pulling and pulling that sucker out of my mouth like there was no tomorrow. I wish I took a picture, but I just was done after that happened. And no, it wasn’t my own hair as it was protruding out of a piece of meat that I pulled out of my mouth. No In-N-Out for me for a while.

About as good as the In-N-Out experience gets! Located right near SJC and Avaya Stadium this In-N-Out is one of the first things you see when landing in San Jose. It calls to you from the air before your feet have even touched the dry California ground. You know exactly where you’re going first after you pick up your bag from baggage claim. You’re getting that double-double with animal-style fries! Too bad this place is always packed during feeding hours on weekends. They could really use more outdoor seating or a faster drive-through.

Because you know I’m all about that burger. ‘Bout that burger, no fries! I’m all about that burger. ‘Bout that burger, no fries! I’m all about that burger. ‘Bout that burgers, no fries! I’m all about that burger! Seriously Once In-N-Out arrived in Northern California it has been a heaven to get that burger! Think about it! It shouldn’t take long?! The Drive-thru is always packed at all hours of the day! Even when you want that late night munchies after drinking, clubbing or doing whatever that it is that you do! Its going to be a wait. The walk-in is just as bad! Ok I’m all ’bout the Double– Double Animal Style! Mustard cooked meat patties… Grilled Onions!?! Come on??? What is there not to like! This is perfect if you are a carnivore! But, I like the fresh & crisp produce on my burger! The fries I don’t care for. I usually will get an order to pacify my little monsters in the back for the ride home. I’m not really into sweets, but the fat bot inside of me loves the chocolate shake! The drive-thru usually is about 10 minutes, and its worth it if you have little monsters with you. Try your burger Animal style next time your hungry!

I’ve always experienced solid service here(in the drive thru). They get my complicated requests done correctly. An order of fry light? Done. Ketchup instead, no salt on the patty? Done. Once, after they took our order in the drive thru, my boyfriend wanted to change his order & add an extra patty to his hamburger. They were able to accommodate it & asked us to go ahead and park the car. Once it was done, they walked outside to deliver the extra patty to our car. Food is produced quickly and the end result is delicious! Definitely prefer this one over other locations.

In n Out… Straight up legit #FIRE every time. Cannot express how often I wished to live closer to an in n out and now one is down the street. its an awful situation but we limit our visits to no more than once a month. Delicious burgers and fries, great shakes, excellent food over all… how can you not like in n out?
