Idiots work here. I didn’t even get what I ordered! And they put the order wrong on top! The food was cold… just bad!

They just forced me to waste my entire lunch break in the drive thru. Waited 5 – 10 min at the order screen with no response and another 10 – 15 min behind two cars. Left a thank you note and drove off. There is now way in hell I was going to pay a penny for that. I won’t be going back without any sort of compensation. Thanks for leaving me hungry!

DO NOT COME HERE. Soooooo terrible. I already hate getting fast food, but when I have to, I expect it to be FAST. Hence the name fast food. I came here at 9pm one night with 3 cars ahead of me and it took 30 minutes. And you can’t get out once your in the lane. Once each car got to the ordering speaker they asked us to wait… WTF. DO NOT COME HERE. They can suck it.

Messed up my order, took 10 minutes to fix. Then they didn’t even give me my fries, if I didn’t think these asshats would spit in my food i would have gone back.

I did not get my complete order and I had to ask him to give me the $ 1 he was not going to give me for my change. Normally it goes better. I have not seen this guy before.

This is perhaps my favorite fast food burger joint! Absolutely delicious!

Great service — I came a little before 5 pm. I had a coupon from the Entertainment book to buy one Western Bacon burger, get one free. I had that and the taco salad, which was huge (didn’t know that when I ordered it), so I was stuffed when I left. The guy behind the counter made sure I got my order (the cook apparently had forgotten to cook or serve it), came out and cleaned the dining area while it was slow (I know, all fast food workers are supposed to do that, but many don’t)… all in all, pretty awesome!

A hamburger is called a hamburger because guess what? It’s just patty and bun plus whatever toppings. So if I ask for a HAMBURGER I expect just meat and buns. If I wanted cheese on my burger I’d ask for a damn cheeseburger.
So yes, lo and behold I asked for a plain hamburger for my picky little cousin and specified that it does not include cheese or any onions, pickles, etc. Homegirl at the drive thru gave me attitude like I was speaking to her stupid but still gave me a cheeseburger. I almost wanna laugh if I wasn’t so pissed. Waste of time and money coming here and he couldn’t even eat the burger. Applause to you, drive thru lady.

Fast efficient drive thru. So naughty, but good. Yes, that is my description of Carl’s Jr on Coleman. And, dang it, it’s too conveniently located next to Trader Joe’s…so if I go there to shop at lunch, I get sucked into the drive thru at Carl’s Jr and get a burger. If you were a cartoon character, you would be the evil monkey.

5 stars because this is one of the only places left that actually walks the food to your table. I love it. Food is always on point. Service is always amazing. They’re always really polite and nice. Highly Recommend this Carl’s Jr!

The young lady behind the counter couldn’t hear me very well because apparently the intercom was busted but they almost got my order right. Instead of regular fries with my Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger and Medium Dr. Pepper I received Medium Crisscut fries instead but I can’t really complain because I LOVE their Crisscut fries so that’s OK, I can forgive them for that. The burger was SUPERB, they really seasoned the meat very well and I could really taste the salt and pepper! All in all it was a great meal. Just what I needed! THANK YOU!

Horrible customer service I went to eat with my girlfriend and it was the worst carls Jr ever I was being talked to in a very rude lady I pulled up in the drive thru and I was the only one there and they tell me to wait so I did I waited atleast 8 mins and when I called them to see if they could hear me they yelled and said one min please. So finally when I ordered my food, she started speaking to me in a very bad tone of voice and she was trying to hurry us up. When my girlfriend order she told us to wait again to top it off and after that I pulled away with no food just a bad experience !

Its 9:51 pm. I went through the drive
my car listening to the same song over nd over again (like 3 times and its a 6min song!) There was only like two cars nd empty inside. i think 15+ min for a small order is a bit too long of a waite. nd the bacon wasnt crispy :(thats a deal braker

On my last visit, I may have miscommunicated my order. When I received the wrong order at my table, I questioned the server about it. She was apologetic and said she’ll get it corrected immediately. I retrieved my receipt from my pocket to see exactly what the order was. I was charged a different item than what I thought I ordered and I was charged less. I immediately walked up to cashier and told her that it may have been my error and that I was more than happy to pay the difference. She said it was ok. She continued to apologize for something that may have been my fault. I seldom find this kind of customer service, where «the customer is always right» approach even when they are not. The server’s name is Mayra. She’s pretty awesome!!! I’ll continue to patronize this location! One additional star for the incredible service!

It’s fast food. It’s near Target. It’s near Starbucks. The drive-​thru is usually slower than most places but it’s worth the wait. I mean, five bucks for a burger and a drink? I’ll wait five minutes. Careful pulling out of the drive-​thru, there’s an ill-​placed garbage area jutting out and people keep hitting the yellow pole in front of it. I’ve never actually been inside but if I ever go, I’ll update.

I love the flavor profile of the. western Bacon Cheeseburger. What there’s a version with extra bacon now? Sign me up. Had to do a quick lunch on the road toa meeting so we went through the drive thru. Got a combo with fries and a Coke. sure hit the spot. As junk food goes, this place still hits home

It was really late at night, and I was hoping for some places to be open late at night. I was relieved to find out that this Carl’s Jr was open so late at night, with an open drive-​thru at 2:00am.
The wait wasn’t long, and I was able to order my food in a few minutes. I pull up to the window to exchange my cash for my food, and I come to find out that he stole money from me and didn’t give me my receipt.
I find this absolutely rude and disrespectful. I could only think about all the people before me and after me, and how this might’ve happened to them. I bet that anyone who goes to this Carl’s Jr this late at night will be taken advantaged of. They definitely will not have my business again.

Never thought I’d ever say it but this place is actually pretty decent!
The service is polite, and they actually bring your food to you, which is pretty nice. As for the food, well, I don’t know how to explain it, but it’s… better than usual? And yes, I’m not a pretentious fool, I have been to a Carl’s Jr. before, it’s just that for some reason the burger seemed more… substantial. Just a normal, Jack Star or whatever, but it was really… good.
I don’t know. It’s still fast food, just, you know, not awful. Would return again (in a pinch).

The food is good. Hot and fresh. But the service at the drive-​thru sucks. When i do visit the girl never says thank you when she gives you the food. Hey, my business keeps your job! She should be thanking me!

Since this is a fast food restaurant, there is not much that can be said beyond that, but here I go again… I will give it a try and see what comes out at the end.
This Carl’s Jr. is one of the better places we go to, but since we do not eat fast food too often, we like to make sure the places we do go to as well taken care of, and this Carl’s is one of those place, very clean and well taken care of. This is a good place to bring the family and have a hot meal especially when the weather is 100’s of degrees outside.
The staff here is good, they will take your order and make sure to get it right, but just like anything when you have a human in the middle of the equation something can go wrong, so just make sure you verify your order before leaving, otherwise they are good and helpful.
If you are expecting a 5 star restaurant, then you are coming to the wrong place, this is a fast food restaurant so do not expect more than that. This Carl’s is a good place to bring the family for a fast meal, but of course we lock the kids at home, oops meant to say we let the kids stay home, lol.
