Starbucks Drive-Thru

Horrible drinks everytime. Don’t get me started on the «employees» here they seem dazed and like they really don’t want to be at work not a very pleasant experience and I’ve come a few different occasions on different days and time and still the service id very disappointing. Need better training on making drinks and customer service.

There isn’t anything special about Starbucks anymore except for their employees. You will either come across employees that are angry or bitter and then there are the Starbucks employees at alma and Monterey. They are awesome. They are friendly, they have patience, and most of all they are having fun and that falls over too the customers. I have a Starbucks way closer to my work but I choose to go to this one because of their employees. Keep it up and you will always have loyal customers!

pretty stoked about this place cause it’s near my house. However, they make my drink wrong most of the time… and it’s an easy drink. Iced coffee w/​2% and 2 Splenda. Easy. I worked for Starbucks for 10 years and have been drinking the same drink for about 5 years. I can tell when they put half & half instead of 2%, I can tell when they give me cold brew instead of iced coffee, or when they don’t use the right coffee to milk ratio, or fill the cup w/​ice and then make the drink. Happens most times. It’s pretty annoying, but I’ve never said anything. I still like the workers there, and I understand what it’s like to work there. I just hope they step it up a little. Thank you guys for what you do.

This location is literally walking distance for me and I was so excited when I saw them finally open specially with a drive thru… Unfortunately the drive wait is so bad in the mornings that I prefer to get coffee at the Chevron only because waiting 10 – 15 minutes for coffee is ridiculous. The staff is really young and often I hear them laughing when I’m ordering which is probably the reason why they seem to mess up my order most of the time. Everytime I’ve ordered a breakfast sandwich it seems as if someone sat on and than through it in the bag. I rather drive to the Plant and get out of my car, it might be faster.

15 min to get my coffee too long… Next time I will just walk in instead of drive trhu
