I come here about once a week and it’s consistently good and no line. Even at lunch time which is great. I am a customer who is overly nice to employees, especially like these, knowing they’re not getting paid much and probably hate their job. So I try to be as pleasant as possible. Lots of pleases and thank yous, which really everyone should practice. I wanted her to add bacon and not toast the sandwich. I come in here knowing exactly what I want and I’m very to the point. So why waste anyone’s time. I said«foot long on wheat, turkey, bacon, shredded cheddar, not toasted.» Then she asked me, «Do you want it toasted?» Ugh I tried to skip that step by already stating that I did not. Anyways, no biggie I said no thank you. So she puts the practically raw bacon on there. And I said can you please put that in the microwave(that’s procedure). She said«you said you didn’t want it toasted.» I said, «correct, but I would like the bacon cooked». We proceeded and I continued to be very nice. Again, knowing she probably hates most customers and prob gets treated no so great. I was carefully watching her as she finished up since I could tell she was annoyed with me(which sucks being a customer feeling like this). When she rang me up I said thank you for the tenth time(I swear) and she didn’t say anything besides«Here you go» when she handed me back my card. No one was in line she she could at least say thank you. Okay that was annoying and I was bothered when I walked out the door. I’m on my second half of my sandwich and that lady didn’t cook my bacon!!! I’m f’ing pissed. She must have pretended to put it in the microwave(because I did see her do it, but didn’t watch her press start), and put the practically raw bacon on my sandwich. Correct, it’s now completely raw the way they have it in the fridge area, but it’s not all the way cooked. God, why do people have to be so shitty. Is a turkey and bacon(cooked) sandwich, NOT toasted really too hard to ask for?

I was hosting a lunch meeting so decided to get Subway. I went to the Subway at The Plant on Curtner yesterday Thurs. March 8 at 10:30 in the morning. I had quite a large order so I wrote it out on a piece of paper. When I entered the store, there were 3 young ladies behind the counter. There were two gentlemen in front of me in line. When it was my turn, I handed the written order to the first girl. I asked her if it was clear and she said yes. There were a couple of special instructions on there such as Do not Cut the Sandwiches and I would like mustard and mayo on the side. She actually repeated those instructions to verify them with me. She then got to work on the sandwiches. It was like watching a very fine turned machine. She and her co-worker proceeded to get that order out in no time at all. There was no fooling around and no unnecessary conversation. As it should be, their main goal was to service the customer. When I asked if either one of them was the manager, they said no, but pointed out the third young lady who was busy at the oven and told me she was the manager. I complimented her and her staff, and told her that I had never been in a Subway that was run so efficiently. The order was filled right, the sandwiches were excellent, the lunch was a success, and I will definitely be going back to this location.

This is the Subway in The Plant We ordered 2 custom catering platters with different toppings for each kind — by phone. They were all ready at the designated pick-up time. Everything was correct and delicious. The people were friendly on the phone and in person. The store was clean and uncrowded(@ 11:45 on a Sunday). What more could I want? Thanks!

SLOPPIEST sandwiches ever made!!! Everything is LITERALLY thrown together. I decided to get the Buffalo Chicken and right before I said no olives she adds olives! Okay, that’s fine, easily can be removed. A few days later. I give this place another try. This time I order the Bacon Chicken Ranch Sandwich. AGAIN… SLOPPIESTSANDWICH! As I was eating everything was falling apart. And AGAIN I say«NOOLIVES» and she immediately adds olives. uuuuuuuhhhhhh are you hearing me okay? Service is okay. Nothing special. Sandwiches are OKAY. Nothing special.

This Subway is at the Plant. I like promotional $ 3 breakfast combo; it’s a great deal. I don’t know how long it’s going to last but I certainly appreciate it.

Customer service sucks, I ordered two sandwiches for the buy one get one free. When I asked why they charged me for both, they said because I didn’t ask… How dumb, I used to go here a lot and they are usually rude. Oh well, Panera is next to them and the customer service is way better. I sent a letter to the Corporate office because I think this make Subway just look cheap.

I actually have been coming here a lot more than I have been Unilocaling for it. But this is my lunch after the gym. The girls here are very nice and when I ask them to not cut my sandwich after they toast it, they don’t look at me all weird. Most places don’t clean them so you can do what my boyfriend does and tells them to clean it or not like me haha. It is super cold in here on a hot day so grab a sandwich and a water and grub!

Been here twice. Both times I have had decent service. I’m not expecting first class service from a Subway. I get my sandwich and go.

It’s Subway. The sandwiches were good as usual, the service was just okay. Nothing spectacular, just okay. I guess the prices went up also.

I think Jeremy M. is talking about the Subway up the street by HWY87. There is a Jack in the Box there, not here. Also, I’ve had many bad experiences there and have been going to this one since it opened up. This Subway, at The Plant shopping center, was a great experience. I’ve noticed some changes. It’s true, the old manager during lunch time was sometimes flat out mean and rude. She is gone now and things are much better! The food has always been good. Same ol Subway stuff. I appreciate that I don’t get a hard time when I ask for more sweet onion sauce than what is humanly normal.

I have to agree with Tony B. This subway is awful. THe people there do not believe in customer service. I drive 5 more minutes out of my way to go to the one on Senter and Tully across from the 7⁄11. COmplaints to corporate office have fallen on deaf ear’s. Aside from the English part, when they make a mistake, they try to blame the customer.

I’m sadly a regular Subway eater and visited this store over the weekend. This has to be the worst Subway I have ever been in, the place was a huge mess, paper and food covered the floor, none of the staff spoke English and all four of my sandwiches were made wrong in one way or another. A disaster.
