The worst service! Went a few days ago and the girl who charged my credit card told me didn’t work, went in front to Mc Donald’s and everything was perfect! This girl is losing customers because!!! Time to train her or doing something, I’m not going soon until you change her!!!

I am absolutely outraged at the service I have received at the subway off of Cottle and Santa Teresa. As a person in the customer service industry I have absolutely no problem paying for extra bacon, my problem this time was that they had not only ran for the extra bacon the 1.50. The problem is lady didn’t say anything and rang me up a second time for an additional 1.30 without even mentioning it to me. It’s frustrating because the problem had nothing to do with the extra 1.30 for the extra two pieces of bacon my problem with the situation was fact that they said nothing to me before they did it. Then the manager(Nayeli whose on other Unilocal complaints) wants to sit there and act like I’m trying to get free two pieces of bacon I don’t need two free pieces of bacon. On top of that the manager didn’t just handle the situation at hand she wants to ignore a customer who is just trying to give feedback. She is a blonde Hispanic woman with an attitude everytime I come in. I don’t know if it has to do with the fact that I am African American or she just doesn’t have any customer service skills but she should work on talking to customers. Furthermore, when I wanted to get the general managers information she wasn’t very forth coming on to contact. It is very unfortunate because I have been coming to this location for over ten years and won’t be coming back. Also little does she know that my family comes here at least once a week as well and they won’t be coming back either. Just terrible.

I gave 3 stars for the atmosphere and the freshness of the vegetables. But if I had to rate the person who helped(Nayeli) me, she would be getting minus stars!!! If she would have shut up long enough I could’ve told her exactly what I wanted on my sandwich so she didn’t have to keep asking me! Then after she asked me what I wanted she still didn’t do it, and then tried to blame me for her mistake!

HORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE! The subway clerk(bad acne) behind the counter took another customer behind me to complete her order while I had to wait for another clerk to provide my produce on my order. The subway clerk then looked at me to have me pay for my order I threw the bag of chips on the counter because the lady was still standing there. The subway clerk then proceeded to tell me not to throw the chips — I didn’t throw them AT her. I was in totally shock of her statement and she went on to scold me. She took another customer in front of me and she was complaining at me how I was trying to speed up the check out process. That was too much and I walked out… I will not be back!!! The subway on Snell provides much better service!!!

I like going here for a quick bite. I stopped by for a lazy dinner, and the lady was nice enough to charge me for a footlong even though I ordered 2 sandwiches. But bc it was on the same bread and almost the same. I thought that was pretty awesome! Not bad for being a lazy dinner.

I would give less than one star if possible. After only eating a sandwich from here all day I got good poisoning! So beware as their cleanliness standards are obviously subpar.

This Subway restaurant staff does not always change their gloves between sandwiches. This is a big deal if you are a vegetarian, you don’t want the meat juices off a chicken piece they just microwaved and put on the sandwich ahead of you going on the bread and produce. If you order a Veggie Delite, that should be an automatic signal for the staff to automatically change their gloves. Very poor cleanliness and professionalism on the service staff. 2 stars

Worst service ever! She was eatting before serving us and didn’t bother to change her gloves not to mention wash her hands. Half the stuff was in the back and she had to keep running back and forth to get the sauces. So disappointing especially b/c it’s the closest subway to us.

This is not a review of Subway in general but the review of this location specifically. One of, if not THE, best Subway I’ve been to. I come here for lunch between 11 and noon multiple times a week and usually order 2 – 4 sandwiches each time. Even when the place is packed the line moves extremely fast and they satisfy my order quickly and efficiently all while providing friendly customer service. In addition to the great service, the meat and vegetable toppings they provide are always above average. Too many subways out there skimp on everything but here I always feel I have more than enough. I can’t speak for the other times but the staff there around noon knows what they are doing.

This subway is in the same block as Radio Shack on the corner of Cottle and Santa Teresa Blvd. You will find parking infront or round the side. The store is on the small side, they do have a few tables if you want to dine in. Normally we just pickup rather than sit down and eat. Staff is friendly and does change their gloves after each sandwich, which is a must as I am vegetarian and don’t want the carnivorous juices on my food. I still prefer Togos vs subway though, feel they make a better sandwich With their $ 5 footlongs, the value is good for a veggie delight. 3stars

It’s your typical subway. Just too god damn small to eat comfortably without having a toddler watch you eat your 12″

Service here seems to range from indifferent to great. But, food is fresh and I’ve always gotten plenty of toppings on my sandwiches so I come back.

Subway, should cancel their breakfast menu immediately and fire the entire group at their corporate office that came up with that nonsense. Seriously re-heating eggs and serving it to people is not a good way to make a breakfast anything. Especially when it’s egg beaters to begin with. Cmon how long does it really take to fry an egg, even if it is egg beaters, they could cook them fresh, only takes a minute.

Lots of people come here at lunch time. It’s pretty small, only about 10 people can sit inside at the tables. Other than that, its like every other subway. Service is fine.

I really love Subway, but I agree May C. the service was really terrible and unfriendly. Maybe, I came in at the wrong time, but the lady was just mumbling and I could barely hear her and I could not understand her English either. They were not generous with the toppings as they usually are at other places. Anyways 3 total at the restaurant and no acknowledgment. The sanwhich for the bacon, turkey avocado was not worth the price as it was 8.50 with tax. Anyways that is all I have to say about that :(I would have gone to Gold House Chinese food and gotton more food for a lower price.

We used to live down the street from this location and ate her VERY often. We still go at least once or twice a month. The employees are nice — they are fine with special requests, and the food is always good and fresh. They do get busy at lunch and dinner but they are quick and still friendly.

Looks like someone in charge ready May C.‘s review because we were greeted by two of the 3 employees when we walked in… and they were busy working. I ordered the $ 5(and some change) footlong meatball w/everything on it… my girl ordered a turkey 6 inch. they were out of white bread, but no big deal, at least not for me(another customer walked out when he found that out). Our sandwiches were both good and I’m satisfied w/the service, but realistically… this place is tiny! If you go here, do yourself a favor and take your food to go… can’t be comfortable to eat there, especially during a busy rush.

2 stars for great sandwiches, but minus 3 stars for terrible service and incompetence. As Stephanie would say from Full House…“How…Rude!!!” At 8:30PM on a Monday night, there was a total of 3 people in the restaurant: 2 Subway employees… and myself. Not once did I ever get acknowledged after the 5 minutes that I’ve been there. I hummed, coughed, did the whole«ahem».and still nothing. The two employees were too busy messin’ around w/the damn cash register. If they were having trouble w/the cash register in the first place, then at least LETMEKNOW and say«Sorry miss, we’re having difficulties.» or a «Sorry, maam. I’ll be w/you shortly». Nothing. After 7 minutes of me waiting patiently, they finally decided to take my order: Turkey sandwich on wheat bread w/EVERYTHING on it, EXCEPT pickles and olives. Sounds pretty simple, right? WRONG. First thing the lady put on my sandwich were the damn pickles… Ummmmm… Hello!!! I said NO pickles!!! She immediately took them out. Anyway, I started looking at their cookie selection while she continued to make my sandwich. I shouldn’t have done that. Bad move, on my end. As she started to ring me up, I asked kindly, «The jalapenos and peppers are in there, right?»… She replied with a dumbfounded look, «No.»… I mean, what part of «EVERYTHING, except pickles and olives» does she NOT understand: the«everything» or the«except pickles and olives». Idiot. Anyway, you know I made her a$$ unwrap my sandwich and put them HOT ingredients in and re-wrap it again. Afterwards, I told her that I also wanted to purchase ONE white macademia cookie. Her response, «How many do you want?»… Oh, the stupidity.
