This didn’t seem like a 4-star place from my experience. Tried the house dinner special expecting their best dishes. The cashew chicken should’ve been called celery chicken — that was the only flavor there. The sweet and sour pork was average, as was the chow mein and fried rice. The egg rolls were huge and stayed crispy but the breading and cabbage were overpowering. Lastly, I found the fortune cookies unimaginative.

Love their eggrolls! All the food I’ve tried is really good! Our favorites are the veggie fried rice, general chicken, kung pao chicken, and eggplant is delish! Salt and pepper prawns are really good too!

I found this place close to my pt job that I started. Walking distance since I only get 30 min lunch. I saw the Unilocal pics and ordered the Hawaiian fried rice! It is good. But maybe can use bigger pieces of spam and pineapple. I will try to taste all the other items in the menu.

Great spot! I love the Singapore noodles, beef chow fun with black bean sauce and the Thai basil fish. Killer stuff and very fast.

This is just a take-out place. Yes, you’ll see a few tables set up, but I think that’s probably just to justify their city permit as a «restaurant». That said, it’s good takeout. I’m partial to the house fried rice. The best in the South Bay. And the egg rolls live up to the hype, too. I tried the garlic noodles; they’re just ok. The other dishes I tried were good in a comfort-food kind of way. I can’t speak for others but I’ve never had a problem with the service. It’s fine.

Not really sure why this place has 4 stars. My family and I were in the mood for Chinese food and wanted something close by. Based off of Unilocal,I saw that Lee’s had great reviews for their food so we gave it a try. Long story short: the food wasn’t great. The won ton soup had a very bitter taste and the chicken with it was rather crunchy for soup… Orange chicken was so sweet it didn’t taste like orange chicken and the teriyaki chicken was extremely crunchy. And the egg rolls were too thick in our opinion. The only good thing was the chicken fried rice. It sucks because this location is right next to my home so it’s convenient but I’d definitely go somewhere else.

Wish there was more options for their meal combo. They wouldn’t let us substitute the sweet/sour pork for anything except sweet/sour chicken even when we offered to pay more for it. So, ordered the family size portion of general chicken and 2 eggrolls and bbq pork fried rice per Unilocal reviews. I enjoyed everything though the wait and price, compared to other local Chinese takeout joints was unpalatable.

Always come for lunch. The fried rice is awesome and the egg rolls are some of the best. They are huge. I really wish they had a 2 egg roll lunch special. The rest of the food, or what I’ve had, is average. I really come hear for the egg rolls!

This place is BOMB! The egg rolls are SOGOOD. I have been trying to find a good Chinese place around here for MONTHS and this is the only place I like. I won’t go anywhere else. I just wish they made pad Thai cus I know it would be bomb and I still can’t find really good Pad Thai anywhere. But everything on the menu is really yummy and HUGE portions!

Best Chinese food spot of all the ones by the Santa Teresa foothills. Recommend Honey Walnut Prawns, fried chicken and Black Pepper beef chowmein. You can go wrong with anything there though.

hello just got home with my order of sweet and sour pork omg horrible taste, that I can’t even describe. I guess old meat or something I through it out. also I would like to add why is the tip jar shoved in my face? I mean who puts a tip jar in the middle of counter where you have to move it to get your food tacky as hell no more shopping there for me. happy motoring

Great outstanding food and deals. The Kung Pao chicken is to die for and the fried rice is also great. I love how the kung Pao chicken is loaded with delicious vegetables. You can get a tray to go loaded with rice or chow mein, but only with certain entrees for $ 8.50. But the most absolutely thing to die for are the egg roll with sweet sauce. The size of the egg rolls are unbelievable. Absolutely will look toward to try this place one more time. Hopefully the service next time is much more pleasant. Since this time the Asian guy at the counter was awfully rude and inpatient. If during my next visit he services me in the same manner I will walk out immediately without hesitation. I do recommend the food thought it’s absolutely authentic and delicious.

Went here for takeout a couple of nights ago. Food was good, but the WonTon soup was excellent. Lot’s of wontons, with veggies and sliced meat. Very flavorful. One of the ways I judge Chinese restaurants is with Veggies. All too often, you get soggy veggies drenched in grease. Not the case here. Good assortment of Chinese Veggies all crunchy in a light sauce. Minus one star for the Pork Chow Mein. Not much in the way of pork and the dish was just OK. Will definitely be putting Lee’s in my takeout rotation!

Daughter’s school potluck… KFC? Wingstop? No and no… We chose Lee’s House. Got it on the day-of, and the owner said he had extra just for these situations… You get much more for the price and the chicken tastes great! Owner is also very personable… He kept me company with a conversation as his crew prepared the chicken. The food here is definitely a neighborhood favorite!

5 stars for the amount for price of food 3 stars for the quality of food 3 stars for odd set up where I can’t look at the menu unless I’m the counter and I’ll be blocking the customers behind me. 3 stars for witnessing rude customers treating little lady behind register like she’s dumb, it just ruined the meal. Won’t be coming back here unless my husband’s dying for Sunny D flavored orange chicken.

Tasty, reliable take-out joint for us. I like their beef and broccoli, chow fun, and egg rolls. On a recent order, I noticed they prepare salt and pepper shrimp a little differently than most places, with the shrimp already peeled and with a light batter. I actually prefer the shell on, but their version is also good, too. I appreciate that they include a little box of steamed rice with our orders. Only downside is when calling during peak dinner times, sometimes I am put on hold for a while and orders can take as long as 25 – 30 mins. Sometimes I give up if it’s too long. Once I ordered around 8:30(right before close), and my order was done in 5 mins! The workers are always friendly no matter how busy they get. I am glad to support this business.

Very Good Chinese Food. Probably the best you’ll find local and cheap in my opinion. After only coming here a couple of times, the staff already recognizes me and chats with me every time. They have a great attitude, always friendly and quick, I’ve never had a bad experience here. Now on to the Food! I’ve had a lot of their menu, never been disappointed. Top picks: The Lemon Chicken, Perfect balance of sweet and tart, goes perfect with their Chicken Fried Rice Chicken Fried Rice, being a dish that all Chinese places carry, it’s amazing to see one doing it so well. I don’t know what they do differently, but their fried rice can stand up as a meal on its own. Very good stuff. Their Egg Rolls! Probably the thing that got me going here in the first place, I had a friend give me a bite of one, and I was hooked. Don’t be fooled by the larger price tag, They Are Huge! These 5in long giant egg rolls are packed full and fried extra crispy, makes for a nice mess if you’re not careful, but you will be licking the plate after. Make sure to get their sweet and sour with it!

The garlic noodles are soooooo good! We also had the egg soup and teriyaki chicken which was good as well! Since it’s so close to where I live it’s a great go to Chinese take out spot!

Really great chinese food! Was tired of places like panda so my mom bought us fried rice from here and I was hooked, I can’t say I have tried all their menu but I typically get their shrimp fried rice(5 stars) Lemon chicken(5 stars) a little crazy on the sauce sometimes though Egg Rolls(5 stars) they’re really good and good size Shrimp chow mein(5 stars) family loves it Overall great tasting food, they have a small sitting area to eat inside or outside, great customer service girls in the front and when you call to order.
