Employees need to be trained on health/safety issues. I witnessed an employee using the same knife to cut sandwich after sandwich without cleaning the knife, then using the same knife to cut an avocado and slice it and then back to cutting sandwiches. Also not washing hands after touching money. I don’t know what’s going on at this location but I won’t be back.

I want to start by saying I visit this location about three times a month. The last three visits it seems like this place is gone downhill the employees are very nice however the food quality is just not good and the prices seem to keep going up. I ordered the double teriyaki chicken salad they had no black olives no croutons and they said there’s a shortage on black olives that’s funny cuz I can get olives everywhere. My father ordered the roast beef he said it wasn’t up to par either. I went to Subway’s website to file a complaint they asked me if I would like a cookie to file my thoughts I told him no and after I wrote my complaint, I expected them to get back in touch with me I left them my email address and my phone number they said by the way here’s your cookie. Well Subway let me tell you what you can do with that cookie… they never got back to me. Poor quality high prices and they just don’t care. I will not be going back… even for a free cookie.

I enjoy eating here, everything is always clean, the workers are friendly and evidently hardworkers. For the people who put in bad reviews, you probably never worked at a fastfood restaurant or a job like this before. First of all, food runs out and they have to wait to restock, which isn’t the fault of the workers. Second, not to many people want to work jobs like these, minimum wage pay and you do way more than just make sandwiches. Basically, they are almost always short on staff and no you cant just call another subway and ask for workers, they have to work at there location. Thirdly, wouldn’t it be a unprofessional to not take the trash out?

Came in on a Sunday around 1pm, wasn’t busy at all. Decided I wanted to enjoy a sandwich since I had the time to sit & enjoy. Order was accurate. Workers were average. Grabbed my 6in sub & sat down to eat. As I began eating, the workers decided to bring out trash/clean. So, I sat next to [see picture] trash/recycling the entire time — even thought I was there first. Health hazard & food hazard at its best. Not acceptable! I am giving 2 stars for the cookie.

The person was not interested to work there. He made a really bad sandwich. He first tear down the bread accidentally. Then when I asked to put some sauce he was put some in the middle. Did not at least try to spread it over. Not going back to this place again.

There was quick(at noon) friendly service accompanied by clean tables, chairs, and floors. This specific Subway is at a convenient location with plenty of parking that isn’t being occupied by the neighboring locations at the moment. I ordered the veggie delight on italian herbs and cheese– besides from Subway’s generally dry chopped lettuce, the other veggies tasted quite fresh. Would come back if in the area.

Reasonable services, friendly folks who work there. Not sure what else on can ask at a sandwich shop. Clean, convenient place without frills.

I was running late for an appointment on Friday morning and stopped by in for breakfast to grab something quick on the way to the freeway. It’s worked out great. You can choose egg whites and load your breakfast up with raw veggies so it feels less unhealthy than the typical greasy over cheesed english muffin or croissant sandwich you’d get at the drive through. They open at 7am and I’ve since been there 3 days in a row for breakfast and haven’t had to wait in line once. I’m in and out in about 5 minutes and I can drive drive while I eat. Give it a shot.

A clean Subway in Santana row. Went here with my girlfriend for lunch. Everything came out quick. And were generous on the goods. No huge line like most places during lunch.

When my sister needed a sammich post labor I went here since it was nearby. Quick service and they did not skimp on the goods. I suppose they took all of the previous reviews into consideration. Downside– no jalapeño chips :(

First of all me and my family does not eat fast food or sandwiches, I cook 2 – 3 meals a day, but sometimes I’m super busy and have no time to prepare something to eat, then we go to subway. Always fresh vegetables and friendly staff met my expectations and filled our bellies :)))

this subway is absolute garbage and i would never come here again, even if the owner reached out and offered me free sandwiches for a year. First off. the amount of meat and toppings they give you is pathetic. i mean, dude its a sandwich that youre charging 6 – 7 bucks for. you will still profit even if you load up my sandwich with meat. 2 slices of turkey on a club sandwich is unacceptable. 2nd. last time i was here, i ordered double meat. ATANYOTHER subway ive ever been to, double meat is $ 2.00 more. here they decided to charge me $ 4.00 more. granted its only $ 2 difference but the fact that they want to screw with me like that, oh hell no. theyre open late and i guess thats a plus, but that may be the only slight upside to an otherwise terrible subway. whoever the owner is should lose his franchise for hiring these types of people and letting them rob customers.

The Good: Convenient location, clean The Bad: Sometimes out of product The UGLY: Stingy ass workers. I love me some subway. My cravings will have to retire now that I am gluten free but seriously how can I resist a veggie delight on my white bread? I get lettuce and more lettuce with a crap ton of oil and vinegar and then! I ask them to wrap it up 5 times and double bag it. Not really, but seriously I ask for a lot of lettuce and a lot of oil and vinegar and sometimes they are so put out it was like I asked for the moon or something. Once they told me that was the last of their lettuce so they would not give me more. Shit if that was the case you should have told me initially because my sandwich is made entirely of lettuce. It’s not like they find out what kind of sandwich it is half way into making it. I asked for a veggie delight sandwich– veggies in my book usually mean lettuce and that means more than a small handful. AWESOME. This was like two months ago I don’t know why I’m so riled up. But seriously I love you Subway but don’t like you very much right now. Ya I get that you can walk out because you haven’t paid for it yet blah blah blah, but I actually want to show my face in there again. ANDAND that is just plain rude. I’ve worked in food places, In my opinion if you order it and we make it you’re sure as shit going to pay for it.

What can you expect of a sandwhich shop open late night? Not so fresh looking products. and a cranky guy who just wants to go home. I’ve had better luck eating late night at the Subway on Hamilton Ave. But this place had to work the other night… it was okay. Skipped the tomatoes and they were looking a little scary. Everything else was o.k. The guy was kinda rude. Let it slide as I bet he just wanted to get out of there and I know what it’s like when people roll through your store around that 15 – 20 minute mark of you closing down. Maybe I’ll back… maybe ;)

Just like any other Subway, you gotta tell them you want a LOT of a specific topping for them to give you a moderate amount. If you want more of one topping, just keep asking for more. They can’t say no. If they do, just start walking out. You haven’t paid for it yet! I can’t complain about this Subway; it’s just like any other Subway I’ve been to. They made my sandwich quickly, toasted it nicely, and wrapped it up perfectly. Great smiles, and great sandwich.

I have but one Subway pet peeve. Skimpy veggies. Does saving a little on cost by giving me a whole 4 morsels of olives really make up for losing a customer? Imagine the business that a Subway location would get if it had the reputation of being the most generous Subway in the area. Slacker employee didn’t even wrap my sandwich in that slip of paper before wrapping it up. Next time, I’ll just drive a half mile down the street to another location.
