I come here several times a week(proximity to workplace, and price-point), and the staff handles the rush quite well, every day, during the 12p lunch-hour. There is one gal specifically that is most impressive, and excellent at her job. Due to the fact that I’m a regular, and that I’m nice to her, she treats me quite well.

Subway ratings are mostly for their service & cleanliness because the food is almost same everywhere. I have been to this store many times and the lady is so nice to me(and to everyone else I haves seen). They don’t serve you the way they want, instead they service you the way you want. I have been to other subway locations and they were either not clean or not do their work with perfection. Here, I have never seen workers doing things hasty just because the line is long or it’s time to close the store etc. Everyone has different choice how his/her sandwich is prepared, and I must say they honor each one of them. Adding more —(however below instance has nothing(or very little) to do with the rating) One day I left my wallet at my desk in my office and I didn’t realize it until I came to the paying counter. The cashier was very nice as she offered me to take away the sandwich and pay for them later, may be because she has seen me in the store a few times before. Anyway, I was able to configure my Apple pay(first time ever) and payed them right there ;-) In short, I recommend this store.

I’m giving this location 4 stars for their service. The lady that usually serves me is always polite and very quick. The location isn’t the best since it’s near the greyhound but it’s close enough to my work down the street. Quick tip the front door opens inwards. I see a lot of people trying to pull the door open which is pretty funny.

I am very picky about the subway locations I visit, and I stumbled by this one on accident. Everything about this location was perfect. The lady was so attentive and sweet. My breakfast flat bread was delicious! I have never tipped a 5 before at a sandwich shop, and next time I am downtown I will definitely visit again.

I’m a big fan of Subway in general so maybe this review is a bit biased. However, this location is pretty consistent. I work in CityView Plaza across the street and Subway is definitely a good place to walk to on your thirty-minute break. The employees I have dealt with are very accommodating and friendly. It can get extremely busy around 11:30AM-1:30PM since it’s lunch hour for everyone in the area but the lines never get excessively long. I’m sure parking can be a bit tricky if you are driving here but there’s street meter parking and CityView Plaza also has parking beneath us. It is about $ 7 – 8 for the hour so less if you are just picking up and going ;)

Great service, it’s near work so I eat there a lot. One of the best Subway’s I’ve been to.

One of my favorite subway’s. I work nearby and come here sometimes for lunch. I have never had a bad experience here. Bread is always fresh and tasty as well as the ingredients inside the sandwich. Customer service is pretty awesome. Ana and Vina always remember my sandwich order, which is great when im in a rush. Great job ladies, this will always be one of my favorites.

girl making my sandwich was emptying the garbage with her hands … reaching in and grabbing the garbage(with gloves on) then with out taking off the gloves she had on proceeds to put her disgusting mitts all over my sandwich as she cut and wrapped it after it came out of the oven… all the while staring at me as if to say«yeah so what»… you would think there were laws against stuff like that… disgusting to say the least… so if you like garbage flavored sandwiches this is your place!

It’s subway, so obviously don’t expect anything better than a mediocre sandwich. But the fucking way this place always has«try our new garlic bread» signs up while being«out» of garlic bread and having employees who stare at you cluelessly when you ask for it like the sign you’re pointing at is invisible is annoying. The only reason I come here is it’s close to work and sometimes I’m too lazy to walk a little further for something better, but they’ve fucked up once too many times… next time I need a quick mediocre sandwich, I’ll walk an extra block to the other location.

Warm cookies! I love this Subway. Everytime i come here there is a line to order your sandwich but the ladies here are PROS! They know their business and they do it right, everytime! No trainees or dummy clerks. They take your order and bang bang! All done. ready to pay… so just as fast as you decide what you want you better have your money ready to pay! lol Their cookies and chips are always well stocked and their soda machine is clean, no sticky messes anywhere. :)

Just checked in at this place. Oh my god never expected a subway to be so immature. Specially the half bald Indian guy running this place, looking at him you feel he is just about to cry on himself & the employees working there. I pity the employees, really, this guy just stares at them all the time when they are making the subs. Like are they putting more cheese or more vegetables. Common you, subway are meant to have lot of vegetables in you sub, not just 2 tomatoes, 2 pickles &4 olives in your 6″. I wonder how this business is still running, then its a win situation being located closer to International Technological University, a college nearby due to which all his business is practically sustaining. A strict no-no unless the owner sells this business to some-other sub-loving human…

Tried the new smolehouse chicken today. I enjoyed it. Too bad my experience here wasn’t good. My snadwhich maker didn’t speak english. She kept having to ask someone else to translate for her. Got a little annoying. She decided to just add toppings to it. I had to speak up and say NO. I love the blank stare you get. Please put workers in a customer service postion that can speak some english. I don’t mind some miscomunication but all of it?

I came here once and never will I come back again. I needed to place a large order of 13 $ 5 footlongs. I had chosen the subs off the Subway website, but when I got there, one of the toppings was not listed as a $ 5 footlong and they said it was probably an «old» site. But whatever, I brushed it off and moved on — it was only a couple dollars anyway. They said that the sandwiches would be ready in about 20 minutes or so. I was chilling at the Fairmont until then and when I arrived 20 minutes later, it looked as if they had JUST gotten started on my order. But whatever, I brushed that off and moved on — what’s a few more minutes of waiting? When I called to place the order, I had requested that the subs be cut into ¼’ths. One of the associates was doing that right, but the other, presumably the manager, was not. When she was about to wrap a sub, I reminded her that I asked for it to be cut into fours and I swear to(some higher power), she gave me the biggest stink eye possible. That, I could not brush off. I mean, really? I had politely reminded you of my request and for that, I deserve to be given such a nasty stare? Oh no no no. And the big kicker — ANTS. Oh good lord were there ants! I spotted quite a few of them around the cashier and the cookie display and I was grossed out! But the time I found them, it was already too late for me to cancel and place another order(hungry people!), so I sucked it up. BUTNEVERAGAIN will I EVER return to this location of Subway! Horrible and disgusting!

I personally would not even give this subway a rating at all if it was possible. The sandwiches are terrible at best. They are very stingy with the produce, and when you call them on it. They are rude and give you looks like you are doing something wrong by asking for more produce.

Since subway is a chain, i feel like it is subject to a rating compared to other Subways, not the general food world. With that said, 1 star being the worst subway and 5 stars being the best subway location, this subway deserves two stars. I frequent this location because of its convenience to my work. The sandwich makers are extremely skimpy on the ingredients. The give less than the bare minimum of veggies. For example, I ask for bell peppers and i get two little slice,. I asked for olives and i received 3 pieces. The workers seem to get annoyed if you ask for extra too, so i don’t even bother. Another downside to this location is that the seating is poorly arranged. There is only one welcoming spot to eat in a restaurant that is usually packed because its so close to businesses.

I hate hate HATE this Subway location. I come here because it’s conveniently located near my office, but after today I am never coming here again. Most Subway locations are super stingy with their toppings, but this location in particular is EXTRA stingy. I got a 6-inch turkey on honey oat and they seriously put one cucumber, one tomato, minimal lettuce, and two little slivers of bell pepper. So I said to the lady making my sandwich, «Can you add some extra toppings? You hardly put anything on there!» And she proceeds to add an extra tomato. THAT’S IT. I was so ANNOYED! And then, to add insult to injury, I redeem my Subway points(which btw, Subway is discontinuing so you have to use your points up now), and she said even though my sandwich was free I’d have to pay $ 0.50 because the avocado was extra and not included. I mean, seroiusly?! Talk about nickel and diming. Why do I even bother going to Subway when there are so many better places to get a sandwich? I hay choo Subway!

All Subways are hella stingy with their portions, but that’s another story; however, today’s review is regarding the service. I ordered chicken breast on wheat with lettuce tomatoes, onion, jalapeño, and lite mayo. I asked for NO olives, and then there goes some olives on my bread and when I told her I said NO olives, she looked at me with this bad ass attitude and proceeded to scrap them off, then I asked for extra jalapenos, she added one more with this stupid pitbull look on her ugly ass face, then I said just a little lite mayo and she practically drenched it. WTH! People with attitude should NOT work in customer sevice!!!

My first job is at Togo’s so out of principal I’ve always hated subway. «They don’t give you enough meat» /«They’re sandwiches have too much veggies» /«Togo’s rule!» But now that I’ve learned to let go of my hatred for subway(after 7yrs) and actually try their sandwich without any prejudice… I kinda like it better than Togo’s. I like it so much that’s I had Subway 4 out of the 5 weeks last week. From Tuna to the Spicy Italian, to they’re Roast Beef with Chipotle sauce, it’s all good. The bread is fresh baked, their veggies are fresh… what’s not to like!!! Maybe it comes with age but eating a foot long pastrami at Togo’s isn’t so appetizing to me as a Sweet Onion Teriyaki with Green Bell Pepper and Olives. Maybe in another couple of years I’ll start liking Quizznos’

Sometimes, when I’m broke– I come to Subway for the $ 2.99 daily special. I can see Subway through the windows in my office, so I can see when they are so busy that the line spills outside of the door. I absolutely cannot stand waiting– so I call in my order and then walk past all of the people waiting to the front of the line. I catch a lot of people shooting me the evil eye– but I keep walking. Afterall, they could be VIP’s at Subway too– if they picked up the phone and dialed(408) 297‑8090.
