I have ordered from this location for the last time. I have come here 2 – 3 times because it is conveniently located to my house. At numerous other locations, I have ordered a CHOPPED salad for pick up. Every time, it is a CHOPPED up salad with the dressing conveniently tossed in. However, this particular location, without fail, always blows off my order ticket until i ARRIVE, making me wait an additional 10 mins. They also throw all of the ingredients on top of the lettuce in FULL form… no chopping, and with a squirt of dressing to the side. I had to ask her to chop it, and she said«Oh, you want it chopped?» to which i replied«yes maam, its a CHOPPED salad»… this mobile feature is meant to be convenient for people on the go, and this is the only Subway ive visited where i had to cut m own ingredients just to be able to fit it in my mouth. Either they need to retrain the staff, or start offering a «Do it yourself» salad… arg!

This is the best Subway I’ve ever been to. It’s cleanly and the employees are very friendly. They always make my sandwiches perfectly and quickly. I don’t even need to tell them what I want anymore, I simply walk in and they ask if I want the regular. The fact that they remember me and my very specific sandwich is terrific.

This place is better than your average Subway. Friendly staff, pretty fresh veggies, clean bathroom, and decent food. If you are a fan of Subway, you’ll enjoy the bell peppers outta this place. Go here, and EATFRESH

Staff here is nice and welcoming, but I can’t say it’s like the rest of them because I’ve had really bad experiences at other locations. Tina’s Tips and Tantrums — Tables sometimes needs a little wipe down — Restrooms are clean — Great deals every day for $ 5.00 for a 6 inch sandwich, chips, cookie, and drink — Breakfast deals as well — New creamy sriracha sauce, but haven’t tried it

Went to Subway yesterday for lunch and really appreciated the customer service. The place was super clean, and well organized. The workers were nice and suggested certain things to help make my sandwich taste better(in which it did!). I’ll definitely be going to this subway more often.

Best Subway in San Jose. Cleanest, freshest and friendliest in the niheart of Downtown Willow Glen. I eat there three times a week and swear by this place. Everything seems to have been upgraded since new management took over this year. Check it out for yourself. You won’t be disappointed.

Amazing. After all this time, still have not heard from the proprietor. Not very customer focused.

This location is decent and the service is quick. The parking is hard to get to, although it’s right on Lincoln. Not bad, but not great.

if i could give it a 0 stars i would. I come in to this subway at least once a week in the morning. well today. i came in and order the usual. the lady(the owner) rudely was like give me a minute i need to put the bread in the oven. I was in a bit of hurry so i tell her. well can’t you just make my sandwich first since i need to get to work. she rolled her eyes and kept doing what she was doing. I thought costumers are always first. I was ignored. I decided to never take my business there again. worst customer services ever.

The service at this location was probably the poorest I’ve had at a subway or restaurant in awhile. While it’s understandable that while in training one would be slower(I didn’t have the trainee making my sandwich but she helped the honey) it isn’t necessary to ask me over and over again questions which you received the answer for or to have me remind you of what I said the first time. The cherry on top was when she asked me a third time if I wanted it toasted… after it had come out of the toaster. The sandwich was fine. The service needs some serious work.

There are few places I despise as much as Subway. No, that’s being dramatic, but still. How can a company make the food look so good on tv, and then not com through in the restaurant. It’s a big disappointment. Anyway, skimpy meat, limited selection, mid-level bang for your buck… yeah, it doesn’t really inspire hunger pangs.

I am not a big fan of subway sandwiches because all of the bread tastes the same to me. No matter what type you order it is all soft and squishy and I don’t think it has high quality ingredients, but it good, just not what I want from a deli sandwich. BUT. .. . I can’t pass up a free sandwich. Ok, actually I can. I had a coupon(I don’t even remember where I got it) for a buy one get one free 6 inch sandwich on my fridge. I kept looking at it knowing it was going to expire because I am not a big fan. But circumstances had me not wanting to think about lunch too much and needing something cheap and quick so on my way from my Nia class in Willow Glen I stopped by this location. It was empty.(It was early for lunch). It was clean. And the sandwich maker was very nice in making my sandwiches exactly like I wanted it. A 6 inch sandwich is $ 4, and you can get a $ 5 foot long, but since I was taking this to friends, I thought it was better to get two sandwiches so they could be different. So I saved a buck. One thing I love, love, love, love, love about Subway is they make it to your specifications and they have a lot of veggies — including bell peppers! Love that. I think this is a nice location! Oh, and while I was there another customer came in very excited that they now serve pizza. Sorry, I have no details to share — shocking, I know, since I LOVE pizza you would think I would have taken notice. But it was a not a be-aware-of-pizza moment.

On the rare occasion I don’t bring my lunch to work, Subway is the place I hit up the most. Quick, healthy, cheap and really tasty when I add extra pickles, pepperoncini, vinegar and salt & pepper(all this on whole wheat with no mayo, no oil of course). Especially great when I’m having one of my regular vinegar and salt cravings. Mmmmm. Three stars because it’s a Subway sandwich, not a real sandwich from a nice NY deli. Hits the spot when I need it, but I would never choose it over a real sandwich.

most would think it’s silly to review a chain cuz you already know what you’re going to get… NOT true. i’ve been to some crap-a$$ subways in my time but this one in willow glen is definitely not one of them and they deserve a shout out! bread & veggies were both fresh. the fillings were well-proportioned and the sandwich was put together really well. alton brown would be proud.(his sandwich ‘good eats’ epi is grand.) while i can appreciate a real-deal deli sandwich, sometimes i just crave me a 6″ roast beef on wheat(all the«works» w/extra cucumbers, no oil & vinegar and no s&p please).and this one did the trick. would i go again: no doubt.(hopefully the same sandwich maker will be there!) p. s. park in the back lot for easier access.
