I go to this Subway pretty often, usually at least once a week, sometimes more. The service is fast even during the heavy lunch hour. The line may be long but the girls who work there get you in and out quickly. Food is always good and fresh. My only suggestion to the staff would be for one of the girls who almost always rings me up, she always seems in a hurry and really never smiles. I assume she’s just trying to get people out of there quickly but I would suggest to slow down a bit and make the customer experience just a bit better. Most of the other employees are always very helpful and give service with a smile. There is one girl who stood out to me as being very pleasant, Karla. She seems so upbeat and happy to help the customers. It’s refreshing seeing someone who isn’t bitter working in a food chain restaurant, and it’s nice to see what seems like a genuine interest in being friendly and giving the customers great service. So 5 stars for the service provided at this location and the great food!

Been here and at other Subways. Oh the memories… of the seafood special that my cousin orders, the tuna and cold cut combos I get. The salad and soups I have also had. So all in all Subway has been surprisingly consistent in quality and expectation. Thumb to the up. Special Note: their restroom to my pleasure is another thumb up in cleanliness(least when I went this time: o) I may have been fortunate to visit after a recent upkeep!

Good place to get quick lunch… I would prefer this location to any other location closer to this for their service.

Service is fast, even if it’s lunch time… but the employees there don’t seem to understand English very well. I asked for no banana peppers and they put them in anyway, and when I asked what a sandwich without the patty is called(because the cashier said mine was a veggie delite and I was trying to ask her if there is a name for the sandwich the patty) and she started telling me all the ingredients in the veggie patty. So I just dropped it and took my patty back. So I’m still not sure if I was charged for the sandwich with the patty or without.

I know it’s Subway and not to expect much… but the service was AWFUL here. Yep, couldn’t understand what was being asked and when I asked them to repeat the question, attitude is all I got back. Further, it felt like rush hour based on the speed they were making the sandwich, even though I was only 1 of 2 customers in the place. Fail.

We had three cheese subs with nothing else on the sandwiches and they charged us the full price of three veggie sandwiches + additional money for each of the cheeses added(without which it would just have been plain bread!), they didn’t explain any of this until after they had made the sandwiches! Also the communication was horrible! Asked them to change their gloves after handling meat and afterwards my son told me they didn’t do it. Very disappointed.

This place is located near very large corporate campuses, so things can get a little busy during the lunch hour. Overall, they seemed to offer the same Subway product I’m familiar with, but with both indoor and outdoor seating.

I’ve been going to Subway for years. Yes it’s fast food, but it’s different from your typical burgers and fries. Not that I’m ashamed of eating fast food, I’m just sayin’. This is particularly busy location. During lunch there are maybe 6 – 7 sandwich makers behind the bar. They’re fast, but they’re not the most efficient. For example, at some Subways, if the the person in front of me is getting his sandwich toasted, I can usually jump the line since I never get my sandwich toasted. Over here, they haven’t figured it out. And sometimes they get confused as to which sandwich belongs to whom. This location also has two entrances, front and back, both with outdoor seating, which is a plus. It’s also right next to Starbucks and is also about a half mile from my work, which is super convenient. Not only to I get something a little more low cal in the midday, I can pickup a coffee for the walk back.

This Subway is the worst I’d even been. It is in the middle of a lot of tech companies and I’d been visit it at least 2 – 3 times a month in the past 2 years. After a while I found this location gave me the smallest portion than any other I visited. For a petite size female, I could finish a foot long they made and didn’t even feel really full. Try a new hire, you may get a bigger one. Also you need to be careful. This Subway don’t participate its $ 5 menu. Like this month, they charge $ 6 for subway club instead of $ 5. You will look a freeloader when you pay by a $ 5 bill. Also other subways is free to toast your bread, but this place charges $.40. They ask you if you want to toast or not, but never tell you it is not free. I think the owner tries to make more money and thinks people in this area don’t have a lot of choices. Sorry that I rather drive to somewhere else or pay more instead of being ripe off. Actually Speciality is on next block. Premier Pizza, Phở Viet or Carl’s Jr in the same complex are also good for fast and cheap food. This Subway is really good for eaters looking for food in low calories since they give you even less than other Subways.

It’s a chain — what could people expect? The low reviews seem to irritate me a bit because by making the decision to eat here, you ought to know what you will get. I was feeling very sick-ly(flu day #3), hardly slept, and haven’t had an actual meal since Sunday so our customer gave me a can of Rockstar(sugar free) to help boost my energy. Though I have never had an energy drink before, I wasn’t hesitant to try it because I was really down, both mentally and physically. However, when that did not perk me up, our customer decided to buy me lunch. Per my word last Saturday during the pray, I said that I would be a lacto-vegetarian for the week so I stuck to that and got a 6″ veggie patty(390 calories) whilst my lunch counterpart had their Wednesday special: meatball sandwich. I got sourdough instead of whole wheat, lettuce, provolone, mustard, and jalapenos. If you think this is a rather dry sandwich, it so is but I wanted to limit the amount of calories as much as possible so whatevs. I did not pay too much attention to what he got but I remember he wanted Swiss and jalapenos on his sandwich. I was about to whip my card out but he got me so I took that as a notion to not get chips(I shouldn’t be eating that anyway) and I opted for a cup of water instead of a soda. I try to stick to the bare minimum when someone else is paying. Service was extremely fast. The line was pretty much 10+ heads long but the assembly line from behind the counter was efficient albeit short on smiles but they were all focused on getting the hungry lunch patrons of Silicon Valley to order, pay, leave or order, pay, eat, clean up after yourself, and leave. BTW– I know a guy and his family that owned a franchise of Subway so I know how to cookies are baked. I’m a chocolate chip«anytime» type of girl so I can eat a million at any given day but I refrained this time. I was enticed though… The store is relatively clean, small, but very noisy so we grabbed a seat outside and joined the rest of the party. I did not inhale my food because after all, I’m not w/my boyfriend, family, or friends… these are business contacts for goodness sakes! I had a good time being out of the office and I was thankful to get treated out. Next time lunch is on me. P. S. I need to eat at 2 more joints then the entire strip will be done and reviewed! Although the week started rough, I went to the gym this morning, got my car back, and it’s Friday!

I ordered a cold cut combo footlong and all I got was bologna. I asked to make sure it was the right sandwich too. I went outside to eat my sandwich and it pretty much fell apart. The only good thing was that the employee was somewhat generous with veggies. compared to other Subways I’ve been to. Even though their cucumbers were thinly sliced to the thickness of a dime. I don’t know why the franchise is so stingy with cheap vegetables like lettuce or olives.

One bad review for Subway coming up! My friend and I walked in and asked for a cold cut foot long since they didn’t have the Italian one(even though it’s on their website; franchises –__-). When we got to putting our toppings on, my friend noticed that there didn’t seem like there was any salami in it so she asked the guy putting our toppings on. He asked the lady who put the meat in if it was the cold cut combo, but not if there was salami in it specifically. Way to go around the question. He didn’t even check. I looked and it didn’t look like it, but I thought maybe it was in there somewhere. The cold cut combo has bologna, salami, and ham. When we ate our sandwiches there was ONLYBOLOGNA. Lady, please memorize what is in the sandwiches. Never coming back here again.

OK location… I ordered the new turkey, bacon, avocado footlong but I guess they misheard me and thought I just said turkey. I was able to correct them at the end though… They are efficient here, which is why I like this location. One person is going through the line asking everyone for the type of bread and sandwich and then starts the assembly line. I did hear the lady behind me say under her breath, «wait, I didn’t ask for salt and pepper»… The parking situation here tight so come early or come later.

For some reason, they do not have banana peppers this week. I love banana peppers. And not having something that I love — sucks. Everyday I ask them if they magically have banana peppers but I get the same answer. Dear Subway — Why did you miss this weeks order of banana peppers — although a minimal topping of the 10s of ingredients you provide, you happen to miss this? anyway — the service is fast as they are well prepared to cater the numerous single male nerds up and around Brokaw. I feel like I’m at a club as the line consists of all males — anyway. I hope you guys have bpeppers next week.

I’m not a huge Subway fan– the sandwiches are really not that tasty, and the quality of ingredients is not the best(i.e. reconstituted chicken ‘breast’, canned black olives, etc.) However, they do meet an important need, and that is to provide countless office dwellers a quick and relatively healthy lunch day after day. And in this respect, this particular Subway shines. I’ve been to many Subways, and they have ranged from incompetently slow to fly-infested gross. This Subway, however, is run really well. The turnover is high, so the ingredients are as fresh as can be expected. The ladies who work there are fast(very fast) and efficient– just how I like it! Many of them aren’t that good with English, so you have to really watch your sandwich(they can make mistakes) and point a lot. But if you pay attention and know exactly what you want, you can be out of there in 10 minutes even when the line is out the door. So… quick, cheap, healthy-ish? Yes. Personal service with a smile and the best sandwich you’ve ever had? Not so much.
