Prices are competitive even against larger chain retailers and that is difficult to do when you are a local Ma and Pa not sure why folks complain. Why do people complain about they only let people in before store hours they know or after they set up maybe it is because they can let those who they can trust before there actually ready they earn that privilege. All this place has done since I discovered it here are a few reasons 1. They have parts or tools that are discontinued 2. Decent prices comparable to large chains retailors 3. Wide variety of tools you won’t find other than the internet. 4. They can order specialty tools if you don’t care to do the research.5 they have a large selection of rental without a major credit card requirement.6 knowledgeable staff.7 they usually have everything you need in stock all under one roof. I am one person who trys to buy at local owned businesses because it keeps the tradition alive. And you build a business friendship with private owners and that alone is worth it to me. So for those who talk down about small businesses keep in mind that it’s not a chain retailors it’s locally owned and if your shopping there you probably couldn’t find at the big store chains. Great work Sunny tools we hope you survive the take over of large hardware stores.

This is where I go to get all my specialty tool. Their return policy is 7 day or else they will try to charge a restocking fee 50%. Good selection fair price customer service usually is great. There has been times in the past that made me not want to deal with.

tons of tools with a splash of the worst customer service I’ve ever had they claimed they were closing a half hour early then proceeded to watch me like i was going to steal something the lady working there was very very rude and kept throwing out crazy prices then when i opened my wallet here attitude changed and said i could look in the other side of the store hydro side then on that side the man working was just swearing and being a miserable worker forget this place go some where else

They will let people inside and shop that they know and make you wait outside until they get their stuff out when they open up in the morning. That’s fine but it will make you feel that you are not their special customer. So much for coming to set up early before the opening bell. very disrespectful and rude when your being watch all the time because they don’t trust anyone ! Look at their prices very carefully because many times the price tag are misleading.

Honestly, these guys know what they are talking about. I needed help with my out door tomato garden. We just had a freeze warning and I was worried about my garden. They were able to give me advice as well as point me out some products that were extremely competitive in pricing. Very nice guys. Thank you!

Holy cow they have a ton of stuff!

They have a good selection of products when it comes to tools and hydroponics. Prices are fair, over all a great place to shop.

Cool people working here. They have everything you need prices can be cheap and expensive but always Bargin with these guys. I do hope they survive during the growth of the chain of harbor freight stores which has alot of items in which sunny tools does carry
