Not only does Supertacos EL Conrro have outstanding tacos but they also have great prices and amazing service! This is the only taco stand I know that makes there tortillas by hand!

I just moved into the area and have always noticed this taco truck across the street. For a while now, I’ve been looking for a good taco place. I tried it for the first time last weekend. Great tasting tacos! $ 2 each, $ 4 for horchata(which is also good). I will definitely be a regular!

So good. Screw all the chain taco places– this one is the best. I’m a sucker for their super burritos. Sauces are good quality and with variety! NOTE– they are on the NE corner of Tully and McLaughlin not what is on the map. Plenty of parking in a gas station lot.

Homemade flour tortilla. Mmm. It’s made on the spot and instead of loading it with 2 corn tortilla, they use flour which I like better. Their al pastor is amazing here! So juicy and flavorful. I also love that the salsa bar is self serve so it’s nice to grab what you want. Can’t believe I’ve never tried it until recently. It’s so good! I’ll be back, time and time again.

Best Taco truck in town! If you want hand pounded tortillas and fresh ingredients you have come to the right place. There are always lines of people waiting for these authentic tacos. The tacos come plain, so be sure to add your own fresh onion, cilantro, lime, radish, and fresh salsa. Sometimes there is a wait but the wait is well worth it! This place is a little gem right on Tully and Mc Laughlin. Open late, and always crackin! They must put some sort of spell on the food because I am hooked for life.

Handmade tortillas, fresh agua de guayaba, freshly made spicy salsa… how can you possibly go wrong?! Been living in San Jose for 7 months now, and I gotta say these are the best tacos I’ve had here so far! And I’m Mexican if it helps! The super burritos are a must, too! The aguas are good here, but I personally am not a fan of the horchata they make — something about it just seems off to me. Also, I stay away from the lengua here because the one time I ordered a lengua taco, they gave me mostly the top part(which I don’t like), so I ended up taking it off and ending up with hardly any lengua at all. The asada and pollo are my favorite meat options at this place, so I highly recommended them. Chorizo is also good, too. Heads up though: the address on Unilocal is wrong. Hit up Tully and McLaughlin and you’ll spot them in a green cart at the Valero gas station in the corner.

Do you like to stuff your face into hot, juicy, dripping wet tacos? Do you like head. er. I mean cabeza? Then this is the spot for you! The tacos came out scalding hot! The meat was dreamy steamy, the tortilla burned my fingertips, and the smell was insatiable. Tacos come with only one tortilla, not the usual two you get from street tacos, but the hand-made tortillas were quite larger than street tacos. Fresh and fluffy. Condiments are laid out in front to add as you please. Cabeza was delicious! Full of marinated flavor. It was so tender and oozing with juices like they beat their meat a couple times a day. Al pastor, on the other hand, was on the dry side. ~Meh. The pillowy tortilla alone is worth the trip out here. Slap that meat on and now it’s really on!

Their truck was at the San Jose taco festival and I had heard great things about it. Their carne asada quesadilla is HUGEEE and it was only $ 5 at the festival. I was supposed to split with my friend but she bailed so I had to eat this by myself after eating hella tacos before that. The quesadilla was good but it didnt knock my socks off. The only thing it had going for it was the size and how it was packed with so much meat and cheese goodness. I had a sip of their horchata and it was sooo good. It definitely quenches your thirst and that kick of cinnamon adds a nice touch. **TIPS** 1) Split with a friend. This can feed 2 or even 3 people easily. 2) Enjoy!

$ 1.50 a taco or $ 2.00 with cheese. They do charge $ 2 for specialties like lenga They charged me $ 2 each for Asada and Lenga… I was over charged: thumbs down: But they make fresh corn tortillas. And meat is good. Salsa is pretty saucy… Limes were dry as sand. I will probably be back for a late night creep.
