How can you mess up fast food, really? Not 1 piece of tomato in any of my 6 crunchy tacos. Excellent service, friendly staff. One of the better t-bells I’ve been to. Food is always hot, and prepared with care. I have a couple mix ups with orders, but they are more than eager to resolve and replace the order, including something extra usually. Will continue to eat here.

I rarely every write negative reviews but If I had the choice to select half a star I would. I pulled into to the thru placed my order and the cashier did not tell me the total amount. I drove up she repeated correctly and asked me to take a survey regarding her customer service. Once i got to the second window, they mistaken me for someone else and gave me a drink which I did not order. Then proceeded to give me my food and said good bye. By the time i got home i realized they missed more then half of my order. I drove 5 minutes back and kindly asked them to finish the order they missed. They told the manager what problem was and the manager stared at me looking like a complete bitch. One of the workers handed me another bag which was similar to my order and said that I drove off before they handed it to me and it still wasn’t the right order. First of all you said bye and have a nice day so what does that mean? I would assume you finished handing me my complete order. I try to be as nice as possible when I have a complaint because they are the ones making my food. All you need to do is smile at the customer and apologize and give me my correct order that shows on that receipt. To the manager who is working today please take that stick out that’s stuck in your rear and smile more it would help your day go by faster. If you eat here double check your order. Poor workers mean poor management. Oh yea and if you made a mistake just apologize it doesn’t help when you blame the customer for your actions.

I love Taco Bell, but I’m dead serious if you have an option to go to ANY other Taco Bell in San Jose do it. And I’m not being snobby and picky, I work in fast food too, my food standards aren’t that high. There’s a reason every review for almost the past year at this place is one star. Hire more/better people and get your crap together. Drink machines are broken, Pepsi doesn’t work, garbage all over the floor. 9 out of 10 times they get your order wrong. Pull up to the drive through around 9 on a Tuesday, wait for about ten minutes without a single car moving so I say screw it, going inside is always faster, so I park and go inside. I never thought I’d be wrong. I get inside and stand for a minute to the side, looking over the menu. There’s no one else in line, the cashier looks at me and smiles and I say I’m not ready. I take a minute, decide, walk up to her and she tells me «oh, I’m on my break.» Uhm ok then why are you standing in front of the register? I ask if there’s someone else who can take my order, she says«yea, sure» and walks away. So I’m standing there for five minutes while other workers run around doing their thing, by this point a line is building up. Finally the women at the drive thru notices me and comes takes my order. Just three items, two of them without sour cream. She couldn’t get the register to work, switched to another one, that one didn’t have money, had to switch with the drive thru one. I sit down and wait for my order, and as I’m waiting I’m seeing them make the orders for all the people in the drive thru, and then serving the people who ordered after me! And the whole time I see the lady who took my order keep looking back at me and whispering to a guy. Gave me a weird feeling. Finally it got to the point that if they served another person who ordered after me I was going to say some thing, and I’m non confrontational. But they had my order next, and as I get out to my car I had a feeling I should check my food because of the weird looks they were giving me. And I was right. Of course, my food had so much extra sour cream it was dripping off. I had to go back inside, walked up and said something, and they made my order right.

I’d give 0 stars if it were an option. Waited in the drive through for over half an hour and there were about 4 cars ahead of me. The longest I’ve ever had to wait in a drive thru. Right when I got to the ordering speaker, no one greeted me or asked what I wanted to order. I waited about 5 minutes and they shit the lights off for the menu. At that point I decided to drive up and there was still a car in front of me. They got there order and once I pulled up there was no one at the window. I got there before they closed(12:40am) and once I finally got out of the drive thru, it was 1:25. So f*cking irritated and annoyed that they did that and didn’t even go out to tell me and the 3 cars behind me that they were no longer serving. Who closes down while there are still people in the drive thru.

I’ve been to this Taco Bell before and it is normally good service. I went tonight(8⁄22) and there was a guy working with an awful attitude. He forgot to put a burrito in our bag and when we told him about the missing item he told us it was already in the bag. After showing him all of the items in the bag he still refused to give us an additional burrito even though we had already paid for it and showed him proof. This was the worst service I have ever seen from a fast food location.

Worst taco bell ever! this place is very dirty, service is slow, and food is not cooked completely. As soon as we walked in the tables were dirty and very sticky i asked if someone could come clean a table for us and the cashier ignored my request. I order and the lady taking my order kept yawning while i was speaking(so rude) and even though i repeated my order 3 times they still got it wrong. I order a chicken taco salad with No Beans! and what do i get beans. Ugh i went told the cashier i said no beans and she took my plate and rolled her eyes… my mom got a loaded griller and the meat was still undone again i go tell them to cook it thoroughly and they put the griller in a microwave type of thing and gave me the same one didn’t remake it at all. So disappointed at the service we got guess we never coming here ever again!

Poor management yet it’s been almost a couple days and yet still no reply of my horrible experience at Taco Bell! I was waiting for a response before I went to corporate but seems to me that I will have to go that route! Dam shame employees how hard is it to do your job? And make the customers have great customer service and great quality food, I understand it’s Taco Bell but the fact I spent $ 20 bucks on nasty food isn’t okay with me !

So tonight after work getting out late was was extremely hungry didn’t get to have my lunch at work so wanted a midnight meal so i told my girl let’s head over to Taco Bell. I know we cutting it close arriving at 12:58 and TBELL closing at 1 a.m. So when WE arive at drive tru there’s one car ahead of us telling myself cool they took their order they’re going to take mine I pull up and say hello can I get a number 6… I don’t hear anything in the intercom finally 1minute after they turn off the menu lights so I pull up to the window and 4 associates are just hanging out the associste opens the window and says we close… man i look at her and say you just took that cars order that was in front of me. they responded by she was 1min earlyer then you… Shady!!! What kind of customer service is that her responds was its not bad customer service if we are close. i told her u saw us in the camera and she admit to seeing us in the camera but we didnt get there until 1am. So u take a car order ahead of me. you see us in the camera and u dont respond on the intercom when im saying hello but u turn off the menu lights thats some horrible customer service no wonder this location is suffuring. Will never go here again jack in the box is my go to place for midnight order now! Tisk tisk.

Usually pull by the drive thru and order the 12 pack tacos… decided to try the nacho, ranch and fiery shells instead of the regular shells. Posted it for 12.99 + tax on the order screen but when asked for the card… It charged 18 $. She said flavored shells are $ 5 more. Welp… Too late now… #feelingscammed.

I usually go to the taco bell/kfc on king road(which is the best place in my opinion) but I went here because we had just came from Walmart & this one was right next to it. I ordered a cantina burrito. & got served a VERY small burrito(similar to a tiny breakfast burrito) when I usually get an actual super burrito sized one when I go to the one on king road. I don’t know maybe the one on king road just hooks it up more? But I’d rather stay away from other joints & just go to my usual on king road. & I forgot to mention. The guy who took my order through drive through had to keep asking me what? What was that? & I actually speak good english! Maybe dude needs a hearing aid. Or should work the cashier instead of the drive through.

Alright I’m giving #TacoBell another star. These guys deserve more for their excellent service, especially Joseph. He served me on Friday August 29 at around 9:30P — great kid, really responsive and friendly. I also really respect Taco Bell’s new $ 1 menu. Supposedly it’s the only true dollar fast food menu out there(McDonald’s and Burger King both have prices that vary from $ 1).I really respect that because a lot of people are struggling in this economy(San Jose especially!) But it ruined my stomach. Like literally, food poisoning. I don’t know how stuff is prepared at this Taco Bell, but it’s always too wrong, too greasy, too bad for you. For me «it’s always a good idea at the time» — this time being the spicy tostada. Drive thru moved fast enough, like I said the kid deserves some kudos. The interior is better decorated and well-lit this time, in more ways than one.

Taco Bell knows me. Taco Bell is my bae, Taco Bell never judges me. You can switch beans instead of meat for anything! I mean, who else will do that for you? Most dudes I know only want to give you their meat. Not Taco Bell. Chicken is on point too. Get the Cheesy Gordita Crunch with a DLT nacho shell? Damn Taco Bell, you don’t always gotta go all out for me. You know I think you’re cutest when you aren’t all done up. We can just stay in on Friday night and watch a movie. That’s what I love most about Taco Bell. You get me.
