I LOVE Swarovski jewlery. I have a huge collection and have had no problems with my crystals falling out like the other reviewers. Swarovski crystals are not diamonds therefore you can not treat them as diamonds and wash with them because it is possible that they will get loose and fall out. Swarovski kindly warranties the crystals for life as long as you keep the original receipt as proof of purchase. It’s also recommended to keep the box and outter box but not necessary to have in order to send to be repaired. Their customer service is great.

I callled the main office and same thing. She wouldn’t even let me talk to her Supervisor. This place is really bad. I have now reported them to BBB. No rating on this store. It is a ZERO. i was forced to rate it.1 star

This store has what appears to be beautiful jewelry but the quality is HORRIBLE. I purchased 2 eternity type bands which I loved to compliment my diamond wedding ring. I loved mine so much I went back the following week and bought my mom a halo type ring, it was also really nice. We were both very happy, my ring framed by the Swarovski rings looked beautiful, but, within 25 days I noticed I had lost a crystal. OK stuff happens. I got a replacement ring and 27 days later same thing, another crystal gone. Not knowing if this was the original or the replacement, I gave it another chance. This time when I went into the store the sales person told me «are you taking them off every time you wash your hands». I said«no», she preceded to tell me that was her recommendation. I told her that was unreasonable, I should not lose these stones because they are exposed to hand soap and water. I let her know I am treating these rings just as I do my diamond ring, I take it off at night and don’t sleep with it on, I don’t shower with them, and I wear gloves when doing dishes or any cleaning. This isn’t some $ 15 costume ring I picked up at Macy’s. Well you guessed it here I am, another 23 days and guess what, yep another missing crystal. To make things worse, my mom called me and is missing 2 crystals from her ring. Now my mom is 85 and not real active, but I am going to guess she wasn’t taking it off to wash her hands either. When I went into the store and spoke to the store manager Leticia she told me that maybe I should just pick another piece of jewelry like a necklace or earrings. I told her I wasn’t interested in those pieces, and was very disappointed in their quality and I just wanted my money returned. She said for a refund I would have had to return the rings within 15 days. I told her I would like an exception being I was working with 2 rings and gave the benefit of the doubt that this had been a freak thing. She said she would have to get an approval from their customer service group and they were closed for the day(this was Friday) she said she would call me Monday. No call Monday so I called on Tuesday. Leticia said customer service offered the same thing to chose a different piece of jewelry so she said she had called her District Manager to see if they would override. She said the same offer there too. I said I thought that if the rings could not be subject to soap and water it should be stated with the purchase of the ring. She said it was stated on the bottom of the receipt that I could read the warranty information on their website. Oh yes I am going to come home completely thrilled with my purchase and notice at the bottom of my receipt in small lettering to go and check my warranty. The sales person when I first purchased the rings told me there was a 2 year warranty never mentioning the don’t wash your hands thing. I said OK, guess I will just be coming in every 20 days or so and getting and exchange for the next 2 years. She said no, she would not approve any more exchanges because I didn’t follow the sales persons advice or their care instructions on line and because of my NEGLECT(such great customer service!!) she would no longer allow an exchange. I could come in and with my store credit find something else. Needless to say I was a VERY unhappy customer. I looked on their site for care and these are the instructions they have posted«Remove jewelry before washing hands, swimming, and/or applying products(e.g., perfume, hairspray, soap, or lotion), as this could harm the metal and reduce the life of the plating, as well as cause discoloration and loss of crystal brilliance.» NOTHING about loss of stones… I have written to the customer service for Swarovski to see if they will work with me on this, otherwise I guess I take my $ 280 credit and purchase something I don’t need. Needless to say with this kind of quality and insulting service I will NEVER step foot in that store again… Unless of course it is to return whatever it is I end up with.

Nice stuff but having 1 person working at a time is bad business. Shouldn’t take 30 mins to make a simple purchase
