The guys here were really helpful. Especially Trisha, Alex, Ray and Brian. Bought a family plan with 5 lines and couple of phones. Every time we walked in to port the number, they were really helpfull. They would explain all that you want to know. It’s great that we have a T mobile outlet so close to our University.

Was a nice little store went To look around. I had all my questions answered but when i said «thanks ill just take a look around» the sales clerk followed me and kept trying to promote phones and tablets i didnt even want even though i told him i was looking for an iphone. Note to management im being generous with stars because of his customer service skills.

In A Nutshell:
–Pre-​ordered a black Samsung Galaxy S6 edge.
–New location downtown, semi-​hard to find but close to home.
Overall, glad there’s a closer T-​Mobile.
