Boo Taco Bell! Taco Bell may be open at 7AM for breakfast, but … not today. It seems the San Jose CA Taco Bell establishments were all closed this morning to avoid the breakfast giveaway. Their big marketing strategy«Taco Bell is giving out free breakfast today between 7 and 11 a.m. thanks to Kansas City Royals’ Lorenzo Cain.» turned out to be a scam! At least for this Taco Bell Location.

This Taco Bell has the most disgusting bathroom I have ever seen anywhere. I’d rather a use a portopotty after 500 people before me used it before I ever step foot in there again, it looks and smells like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. NOTHANKYOU!

In restroom using urinal when employee comes out of stall. No soap no paper towels, one second of water on his poop hands and back to the kitchen. Last time I will be here at end of shift. Can’t wait to report this franchise

It was fine, only been here once so far, neither disappointed nor impressed. They made it to order. Would be nice if there was a drive through.

It may be just Taco Bell, but that’s no reason to have a dirty Restaurant with rude employees who are more interested in yakking and joking with each other than keeping the place clean. I’m sure when it became mandatory that fast food included dirty dining and bathrooms that didn’t work, or staff that couldn’t say thank you, but that must be the norm now. This Taco Bell is one of the worst. It’s really to bad, because fast dining has become part of our busy lives and we now have to accept the lowered standards these place like this Taco Bell operate by. My last time here, that’s for sure.

Wow what can I say, best Mexican food I’ve ever had, one of the only actual authentic Mexican restaurants in town. A great small family run place and I’ve gotten to know the owners really well they moved not to long ago here from Mexico and said all of their recipes were passed down to them from family. I love finding hidden treasures like this in town, if you live in San Jose or even near it it’s definitely well worth the ride to stop by Taco Bell!

Chalupas are my favorite thing here, and most stuff on the cheap menu – I do wish the potato burritos were still one dollar-ish.I think the place is bigger because there is no drive-through, but the thing that stands out for me is the Christmas decorations – quite all-out for a fast-food place. This past Christmas season a booth area was roped off for a nativity scene – very impressive, IMO. There was also a blue-toned Christmas tree in the corner with packages and painted windows as well. I think they keep them up until January 6, the traditional end of the season – not positive of this. This location will have a weird vibe for me from now on, though. On January 3rd, I went there to take some pictures of the displays. This Taco Bell was the last place I was before I went home and got the news that Phil Everly was gone and the Everly Brothers were no more. This hit me harder than any other musical news in decades, and I was sad to know this was the end of an era in our country’s musical culture, and I knew that millions of people felt the same way as me at that exact moment, definitely soul-stirring.I am so heartbroken for Don. There are no accurate words – I think I felt the way people felt when JFK died. Anyway, I haven’t been there since then but I would guess they are traditional and leave the decorations up until the 6th. Rest in peace, Phil.

They decorate a LOT for Christmas, and they make the best bean burritos of any other Taco Bell I’ve been to!

The food here made my stomach hurt and tasted bad, the tortilla on my 7layer was gross but the place is spacious and the lady at the register was nice

This Taco Bell is located on the corner of Almaden Expwy and Branham Ave, in the same block as CVS and Kragen/O’Reilley Auto. It has the staple menu(7 layer burritos, potato soft taco, cantina bowls), etc. Taking off 1 star as this site does not have a drive through, you have to park and walk in to order and get your food. Staff does get your order right and does confirm before they charge you. 3 stars

It’s Taco Bell! Fast food never yields high standards, so why four stars? It’d be nice if they had a drive through, but it never takes me long to stop in and get some lunch on my way to work when I need to. The orders come back correct and the people seem fairly content to work there. What prompted the review is the nice touch with the holiday decorations. I know restaurants paint things on the windows and such, maybe put up a wreath this time of year, and perhaps my expectations are even lower for a fast food restaurant — but they really go all out at this location. Currently, TWO of the tables are occupied by displays. Decorations include two giant inflatables, two Christmas trees, three reindeer, a little village/train set, a nativity scene on the counter, two walls papered with snowflakes, and another with 13 gingerbread men. I wandered around looking at the decorations while I waited. They did quite a bit at Halloween, as well. Totally unnecessary, but honestly, a nice touch. It put a smile on my face this morning. People rushing in and out to grab their lunch, and hey, stop to appreciate what’s around you for a brief moment. I like it. It is kind of a bummer though that if you want water, they only give you the tiny cups. No free super-sizing on water. Aw.

I crave taco bell sometimes, mainly the chalupas, cheesy gordita crunch, and nachos! Those are about the only 3 things I ever get. This is the closest TB to me, and I’ve been here way back in the day, but the only con to this location is NO drive thru! Why?! Quick and easy as always, and they got the order right! Clean inside, but con for no drive thru. Booo.
