We’ve had TPS service our pool for nearly 2 years with the cleaning and responsiveness deteriorating over time, to the point where we’ve cancelled the service. Separate, significant charges for routine maintenance would appear on our bills and after cleanings there would still be dirt at the bottom of the pool and leaves. The owner Kevin chose not to respond when we tried to understand the situation and see what else could be done. Now our pool is a bit older and presents a bit more of a challenge than the average cleaning, but clearly TPS is not up to the challenge or interested in reasonable dialogue to address the situation. If you’re looking for a good, reliable and honest pool cleaning service, look elsewhere.
