Taco Bell

I have been to this Taco Bell location via both the drive through and walk in. They are fast and efficient which are two great qualities for me. The order is always accurate.
What do I appreciate the most? When you go inside to place your order, they take your name. Then, the employees patiently call names out while people are not paying attention, talking on their phones, texting, scratching something… Eyes on task and mind on task people!
I don’t particularly like getting in and out of this joint but I like the service and the food. The drive through also is a tight turn and seems to have a lot of construction nowadays. This is also the only Taco Bell that has charged me extra (40 ish cents) for more red sauce in a bean burrito… that sauce is so worth it though!

My favorite taco bell. Always so friendly. They get my order right every time. They can even correct me if I accidentally say my oder wrong or forget something. I am always so glad when they do this. I go through drive-​thru every day and am always surprised at the pleasant people.

Their service is great, semi filled with smiles not every one is perfect. If you tell them something about your order they are up and ready to fix it with no attitude or anything. If they run out of your favorite drink they will let you choose another one. So for this Taco Bell hasn’t disappointed me.

I see a lot of negative reviews from here and that sucks. I fortunately have not had any of those issues. Everytime I come they plug my food portions are great, staff is very friendly. My only complaint is they have no toilet seat covers, and thats just nasty.

Got food poisoning here last night 7÷11÷15. Not only did I have it this time but my boyfriend has gotten previously. He has a sensitive stomach so I thought maybe it was just too much and I didn’t think anything of it, until I was up from 11pm until sunrise throwing up pretty much nothing at some point, and to make it worse im 3 months pregnant… never coming here again.

They always forget things on my order!!! So I’m paying more for things I don’t get! It’s just annoying because I always have to check my order and the one time I don’t, they forgot two things!!! Look, how hard is it to work at Taco Bell??? Is it too much of a real job for you guys there?

First time coming to this location because we were in the area and trying to decide on what to eat.
I’ve passed by this spot numerous times and being that they had their remodel done a few years ago, I figured ‘why not’??
Rolled up into an empty house but whatever. We were quickly welcomed by a warm smile and didn’t mind that we were indecisive.
So we order our food and it comes out piping hot. Whats not to love?
I’ll be back again if i’m in the area and having my normal cravings :)

I have been a customer of the Alum Rock store Taco Bell since me and my sister would take the bus home from Catholic School when I was in the fourth grade. My brother-​in-​law was the store manager back in the original building when it was next to Orchard Supply Hardware before my sister married him, he is now retired as a Army Ranger Colonel after 35 years in the reserves. Taco Bell has always been my favorite before Pepsi bought them. My niece just bought me two Taco Ball Taco’s today from the Alum Rock store, I wish they had as much meat lettuce and cheese as they advertise, Taco Bell Taco’s were suppose to have 3.0 ounces of meat, and at $ 1.19 each, they are no longer a great deal when they only have 1 to 1.5 ounces of meat and half the cheese and lettuce they are suppose to have. Fast Food companies seem to be shrinking the size of their meals to lower calorie count, and to increase profits. The FDA should require that they publish how much meat these fast food restaurants are suppose to use, and investigate them for shorting customers.

It’s late and we wanted a quick bite. The Taco Bell Drive thru it is! The woman that was helping us take our order was kind and waited patiently as we were reading the menu and making up our indecisive minds. Went to the window, got everything we wanted and that was it. The person was super generous with sauces and that is rare! I like places where you don’t ask for a lot just the things you need, but they end up giving you more or even a ridiculous amount like this place does. Ordered 4 items and she gave about 30 or more sauce packets.
I been to a lot of taco bells and quality is still the same where ever I go which is great!

i get sick every time i have tried to eat here over the last 9 year’s so about 7 times… gack no never again, its one thing to get food poisoning its another to pay to be given it.

This place sucks on ice. My tacos were more like veggie tacos. these guys are going under the portion policy so is not as cosisted or compared to other taco bells .just drive to the one on mckee rd they always pack my tacos with meet over there. Also alum rock location always serves food cold. No bueno ppl

I think the girls name was Chrystal? She was handling the drive thru tonight. Super nice and friendly. Asked my sister if we needed any other sauces and if our order was correct when we got it. Kind of chatted with us after some random car honked at us lol. She was great.

The people who work here are very nice and humble. I suggest the drive thru. Be careful with some people just walking around there from the street. Taco Bell has really good prices for their food.

Worst service I’ve ever had! They need to Hire new management in this place! I can’t believe the nerve of the guy in the drive thru! Me and my bf always come here for our after work snack. First order they made a mistake. So when we came back we specifically told them to make sure our order was correct, and now somehow whenever we come here the guy in the drive thru is always upset! What the hell is wrong with you dude? Why work here if your attitude is as bad as your food. Never coming back here again, that’s for sure! I would be glad to give you guys negative stars if I could!

Horrible horrible HORRIBLE! The prices are outrageous!!! Service is a hit or miss. But good lord. I can’t believe a Mexican pizza meal is almost $ 10! Wtf! A plain crunchy taco $ 1.19! I’d rather go to taco bravo off of bascom or snell. I’m blown away by these extreme prices.

Night shift 11:54 pm on 6÷5÷13 dude was a total jerk! Neglected to give me a receipt so I couldn’t complain… Will not be coming back !!

I went to buy a beef cantina bowl and they gave me a veggie cantina bowl. And then when I came another day to order a beef cantina bowl again, they gave me a chicken one. Weird.
My boyfriend ordered two of those new burritos that tastes like potato skins. They’re supposed to be filled with bacon, potatoes and cheese. One of his burritos had beef instead bacon in it. I guess they ran out of bacon or they made a mistake. It’s important to not substitute like that since there are certain people who can’t specifically eat beef.

My husband and I had not had Taco Bell in a while and we were craving their nachos and taco supreme. Once we got our order through the drive-​thru and drove off, I grabbed some nacho chips from the bag to have a taste. It was cold, and usually the chips are nice, warm and crisp. Oh, well. No big deal. It’s only chips. Three minutes later we’re home and we dig into our food. Ugh! It wasn’t even warm! Everything in it was cold. I guess any restaurant could have a bad night.
A week later I’m having the same craving and call my husband to tell him to stop by the sameTaco Bell on his way home from work to pick up something to eat. When my husband got home, he told me that Taco Bell got the order wrong and had to go inside the restaurant to wait for the right order. He discovered the order was wrong when he wanted to make sure the food was hot this time around. Most likely we won’t come to this location for a while. In the meantime, I hope they will makes some changes or hire new management.

Dear Taco Bell,
How the hell do you run out of beefy nacho burritos, which is part of the $ 1 menu, yet are still able to sell a beef burrito with nachos separately (for a higher price). Is there some special extra ingredient that I’m not aware of? I find it extremely hard to believe you would run out of the same base ingredients.
