Customer service is great! But the food not so good, I order a michelada and it was nasty I usually don’t complain but this michelada tasted horrible so got to the cashier and told her I could not drink that, she was nice and made me an other one was better and drinkable but not so good still, never been back since, live near by, but rather go off my way for better food.

It is the worst service ever. Dairy makes me sick and I ordered my food with no cheese or sour cream and I specifically told the girl and she even repeated it like 3 times. So I drove all the way home about 20 minutes away and then went back to exchange it and the girl had a fit calling me liar that I never said no cheese or sour cream and I asked what they could do for me and if I could please speak to the manager and she just handed me the money and took the food. I am never going back again and never recommending tacomania to anyone.

Came in to try it out and order nachos it was piled with stuff but the chips tasted stale and over ran with beans very soggy like it was someone’s nachos they ordered and didn’t wand and then warmed it up for me after I finished eating what I could a few roaches crawled up out of the counter just shouldn’t be open as a business

Not the same as at the taco festival. I ordered nachos and while there was a lot of stuff on top there was hardly any cheese. The carne asada had a lot fat prices as well. I’ll stick with burrito factory.

My favorite Mexican place in town! We used to love going to la costa until my fiancé discovered this place. Recent trips back to la costa haven’t compared to this place at all! They also accept card, which is just so much more convenient when you need a Mexican fix!
My favorite thing about this place is the buffet style sauce station that lays out an assortment of sauces, my go to is the red one! It’s spicy, and will burn your mouth– just the way I like it! I usually buy a whole container full of this stuff to have and eat at home. I LOVE the roasted jalapeños they have and the grilled onion. These alone I would come back for!
Their service is also always amazing. I’ve never had a less then friendly person take my order, in essence they treat you like family! In comparison to la costa, when you simply ask for extra sauce they’ll lie to you and say there’s already some in the bag.
This place has my heart!

Never in my life coming here again. First the cashier had the wrost attitude ever including the manager. Secound my two little tacos were cold and theird there was a hair in my dads menudo. I honestly dond recomen this place its horrible. If there were zero star i would totally give zero star

I usually love this restaurant at a different location but this time I decided to try out this Tacomania location, and I was extremely surprised. At first the food was good as always, fresh, but then halfway through my meal I look down and there’s roaches on the floor. I kept looking around the restaurant and noticed they had several roaches all around inside the restaurant. It was such a disgusting sight that I lost my appetite and almost wanted to puke. Although I was a huge fan of their food, that sight never makes me want to go back again.

Just moved down the street, and after my boyfriend had a quick lunch here the day before and said it was great, I decided it was my turn to try. We went on Wednesday and he got the 2 for 1 Al Pastor tacos which were yummy, and the carne asada torta which was also very tasty. I got the carne asada burrito and was very impressed. Large portion (I could only eat half) and it was gooey with cheese which I love! The salsa bar with grilled onions and jalapenos is a plus! I will definitely be back!

Had a chili verde burrito which was really good. Daughter had chicken nachos which were pretty good too. My wife ordered a chicken burrito that never came. A bit of a language barrier between us and the nice lady at the counter. I think if they got it together their it would be a decent place. I like all the other tacomanias I just wish this place would live up to their good reputation.

I live around the block so walk on over to order a quick bite. I ordered a carne asada burrito which was OK. My husband ordered a alpastor burrito. He starts eating it then he says it tastes funny, it wasn’t till I took a Good sniff then realized what was wrong… Alpastor is cooked with pineapple, when pineapple goes bad it starts smelling like alcohol. At that point I snatched the burrito out of my husbands hands and marched my a$$ back to the restaurant and told them what happened. so they talk to each other in Spanish saying they suspected a smell … Really? Never ever again.

If there was a negative start rating I would give it a –5 star rating. The food is not good I cannot recommend this restaurant due to the quality, price, presentation and service. And yes in that order I take all those in consideration to provide the best tip and rating when it come to my opinions. I tried this place a week ago and it was horrible. I ordered the suprem taco for $ 2.85 it wasn’t worth it. The steak or asada was like eating steamed steak. Asada is ment to be grilled from what I know of. The worker there wasny helpful and didnt really care what I wanted or needed. She couldnt make any suggestions what so ever. The cook took over 15min to make two tacos and when I got them they didnt taste good at all they needed more seasoning and the tortillas was under cooked. wet and sloppy. Which explains my –5 star rating; ive haf some horrible mexican food before and this tops all of them!

They were just average. Ordered 3 shrimp tacos at $ 2.75 each along with a carne asada burrito at $ 7.50. For some reason I was expecting their carne asada to have a ton of flavor, but it was fairly dry and not very flavorful at all. The shrimp tacos looked really good as they do put onions, bell peppers and salsa, but they were excessively salty and also not bursting with flavor. I’d rather head further down Monterey Rd. to La Costa for burritos/​tacos.

I went for the 2 for 1 Al Pastor tacos deal on Wednesday. They were ok. small but worth the money.3 tacos would fill me up. The Al Pastor had bits of pineapple in it. I also had the carnitas tacos. they were good. I’ll try their carne asada burritos and lengua tacos next time. stand by!
