Great place but they need a bigger menu. ;-) Avocado Egg Rolls are amazing. Best burgers in town. Drinks are over priced but overall CF rocks.

Came for a light lunch. Got drinks and apps. Factory nachos are the way to go! It was enough for 2 and it was delicious!

I recently purchased cheesecake from here and took it home. I ate one and got terrible food poisoning. When I called to tell them they questioned me as if they were doctors. The manager became defensive and basically said that there was no way I could have gotten sick from there. Which I know for a fact that I did. I am definitely not sure if I’ll be returning. They had no sympathy, no apology, no customer service. Till this day no one has contacted me or followed up on this situation. Very disappointed for sure!

The worst service a brand like Cheesecake can have. I have never seen such a worst quality of service at any restaurant. It was my mom’s birthday. We ordered three items. 2 appetizers and 1 main dish. 1 main dish came first that too after 45 minutes with pasta undercooked. 2 appetizers never showed up. After we asked the server what was going on, he said he does not know. When I talked with the manager named«» he did not even apologized for the service instead said somedays things like this could happen. Forget about the famous birthday song singing for my mom’s bday or free cupcake tradition. That never happened. I would not recommend this for anyone and specially if you are going there for birthday or a special day. The Birthday was completely ruined. dont go here. Go to other better restaurants like Bucca Di Beppo or olive garden or california pizza kitchen which next to this.

If you’ve been to cheesecake, you know that it’s a huge headache to order because there is such a large menu to choose from… Anyway, this review is just for the tiramisu that I ordered. I placed the order in on the phone, expecting to come pick up a pretty looking dessert… Well, it came Ina big tin foil tray, didn’t look that impressive and only tasted average. Kind of a let down to be honest.

Have recently become a fan of The Cheesecake Factory, but mainly because of one thing! I am obsessed with their spinach dip, although I wish it had a little something more(maybe salt), its still very good. Tried their Jambalaya, was OK. 3⁄5 My boyfriend got the Chicken Bellagio, and it was amazing! Definitely will be ordering this dish when coming back. The chicken was cooked perfectly, and the basil pasta topped it off very nicely. Got the Banana Cream cheesecake to end our meal, and were very satisfied! Loved it.

Ordered a vanilla bean cheesecake a week before my party. When I called the day before to confirm my order, they said they did not have my order. Luckily, a girl named«Madeline» took my order and I was good to go for the next day. However, the following day when I went to pick up the cheesecake, my order was no where to be found. We left with a cheesecake, but we had to endure an internal flaw in their ordering system and a wait time of 25+ minutes. UGH! 2 stars for the service. 5STARS for an excellent tasting cheesecake.

Waiting time was awesome! Five minutes @ 2pm on a Sunday 1st time coming here and don’t think I will be coming back. Will drive to Santa Row location. We were being helped by Mia. Whom only introduced her self brought over our drinks and did not see her again until she brought over the bill. Food was okay. Husband and I each asked for the rib eye steak $ 28pp made sure to specify that they please! cook it well done. Nope couldn’t get that it was medium rare. We know well not to ask the plate be taking back so we ate what was better cooked, the rice and mashed potatoes. There garlic bread was on point.

Usually when I dine at the cheesecake factory in Oakridge I have a good experience. Last night, my mother and I went there to celebrate a work promotion(yay me! But anyways…). We decided to share Avocado egg rolls and an Alfredo pasta. I also ordered a tequila sunrise, in which the waiter asked ME what was in it(wtf write it down and ask your bartender). First of all, it took days for our food to come out. We waited 30 minutes and our appetizer still wasn’t out. He finally brought it out, but we kinda expected our pasta to be out at the same time since it took so damn long(this was when the tequila was wearing off, so I was getting very annoyed lol). Finally, our pasta came out and it was so MEH. It just tasted like a wet noodle. No salt, no seasoning, nada. I told our waitor after 2 bites that this is not an Alfredo and he quickly apologized and gave us a choice of another pasta. It tasted wayyyy better than what we originally ordered. I’m giving them a 3 star because they handled the situation pretty well. The manager came out(I think his name was Dave or David?) And he said since it would take another 15 minutes for the pasta to be ready, he offered us a complimentary soup or salad which totally helped us keep our hungar down. Our waiter apologized several times and I think genuinely felt bad. I’ve had better experiences at the cheesecake in Oakridge.

I’m gonna go ahead and give this place a solid 3 stars: 5 stars if you dine in and 1.5 stars if you order to go, therefore averaging out to around a 3. When I dine in, the food and service is great. The only negative is the wait time for the food to arrive. It can sometimes take up to an hour to get your food so be prepared to wait if you arrive during busy hours, however the food is always amazing and worth it. On the other hand, order to go and prepare to be disappointed. 50% of the time I order to go, my order is incorrect, cold, and normally missing at least one item. Not sure why but it’s always the case. So your best bet is to dine in and you won’t be disappointed

I’m always down for cheesecake factory :) Every time I go, I order the Louisiana Chicken Pasta. It never fails me whenever I do. The portions are huge, so i like to share it with my friends. The cheesecakes are super good also.

Great happy hour special, but a very short window of time. Great drinks & appetizers but, the bartender Darren is miserable, dismissive, & rude. I don’t understand why you would have someone like that represent your establishment.

Normally I love Cheesecake Factory, unfortunately I was not too fond of this particular location. We came in around 9PM on a Sunday. We didn’t wait at all to be seated, but we had to wait quite a while for our server. We time it, we waited over 15 minutes for someone to even acknowledge our table of 3 and ask for our drink orders. We also had to ask for our bread and for a server to take our order. I’m not sure if there was miscommunication somewhere and maybe our server did not know we were there, but come on. I ordered a steak and it ended up being really salty. My colleague ordered salmon and it was really dry. My other colleague ordered a chicken dish which turned out to be mediocre at best. Usually we love ordering cheesecake at the end of our meal, how are you going to go to Cheesecake Factory and not order a cheesecake?! Unfortunately we did not order cheesecake and that was definitely a first for us. It’s a good thing we were only in the area a few days for business because it would be a shame if I had to go to this location regularly.

My first time having dinner at Cheesecake! Im not a cheesecake lover but, I loved the food here! It was worth the wait! Also the ambiance was nice & captivating! My siblings & I decided to have our late dinner here since most of the restaurants are closed by 10PM etc. i gotta admit my first time experience at cheesecake was VERYGOOD! Our server made sure that we have what we needed like the complimentary bread & our drinks etc! The food took about 25mins to come out but, we didnt mind since we were having great conversations! I ordered shrimp & chicken gumbo! It was delicious! It was a bit spicy but, LOVEDIT! We all left happy & satisfied with everything. ALSO, I’m thankful that they were able to give my phone back! I left it on the table because I had my daughter in my arms so it slipped through my mind that I had left it there! Oh well atleast they were nice enough to keep it safely & waited for the owner to come & pick it up!

Food is aLways on point but the customer service is aLways a hit or miss. Parking is dreadfuL. I spent over ten minutes circLing around and around and got NOTHING. I ended up giving up and decided that I wouLd have to settLe with a Longer than necessary waLk. Boo! Came here with the work famiLy since we were ceLebrating a birthday– Birthday Boy’s reQuest! Made reservations for 6 and specified that there was a bday ceLebrant, they even took down his name. Food took a minute to come out which was unfortunate since we were kind of on a time crunch. On the bright side, aLL the food tasted great and I’m confident in saying that everyone Left happy. Fast forward– we pLaced an order for the Low carb cheesecake w/strawberries and a sLice of carrot cake. Not a singLe person came out to sing or wish the Birthday Boy a HBD, no compLimentary whipped cream Sunday with a candLe to bLow out, and not even a Quick chocoLate scribbLe on the cheesecake pLate to recognize this speciaL occasion. NOTCOOL!!!

I usually don’t write reviews for large chain restaurants like this one, but the service my friends and I received definitely compelled me to write one! The wait for a Saturday night was about 45 minutes which is typical. We were seated by our server Mary. I have to say she’s the sweetest, most attentive waitress I’ve encountered as of late. She made sure to let us know that we would have to wait for our bread because it was being freshly baked. She took our drink and meal orders very promptly. I ordered the Cajun chicken pasta but subbed rice for the pasta. It was delicious! I think it was around $ 17, but the portion was huge! We also got the banana cheesecake omg BOMB! Mary made sure we had everything we needed/wanted. She was always quick to refill my water before I completely ran out. Someone get that girl a raise please! Shout out to Mary :)

Usually when I come here, I just get the Avocado Egg Rolls. They’re ALWAYS delicious. The last time, I got some sort of Shiela’s chicken and cashew salad and my daughter got the mushroom burger. Holy meh, Batman. My salad was«ok»…I’ve had better ones from Safeway and Trader Joe’s, and those only cost like $ 4. This salad was definitely NOT worth the $ 12 this place charges. My daughter’s burger was pretty disappointing even though it looked RAD. After a bunch of salt, it was pretty good though. Also… the gluten free bun is legit! A «lunch» salad, burger, and one lemonade came to $ 32. Holy sh! t. So not worth it. They get to keep a star for those Avocado Egg Rolls and their cheesecake, but overall…2 stars.

Came here for happy hour and granted, yes there are many other ppl here for HH, but even considering that, the service was still incrediblyyyyyyy slow. Couldn’t hunt down our waiter for the check and when we finally did, there was no one to take it. After a grueling time waiting, we decided to rummage up whatever cash we had in the bottom of our bags so we could just leave it on the table and get out of there. Other than the poor service, I always love myself some avocado egg rolls and $ 5.50 during HH is definitely worth the crispy avocado goodness. The bread we were given was extremely cold and that was disappointing because one of the best things about restaurants is looking forward to that basket of warm bread. We also ordered the crab and artichoke dip and it seemed good at first then we realized they faced all the burnt sides of the bread down. Better luck for us next time I guess.
