The Twilight Zone

I found The Twilight Zone smoke shop on Unilocal and checked it out today. Excellent products, great selection and fantastic service. They helped me find a great product that fit my needs perfectly! Very friendly and nice, and very knowledgeable. I have been to five other shops and Twilight Zone is the best. I will be back and will tell my friends :)

I went in looking for a pen and the guy working hooked me up with the STAG 45 and i love it. This place has an excellent selection of quality goods. Great shop!

Was driving around the area on my day off and happened to need some zig zags, but my boyfriend and I ended up walking out with a new bong and a percolator instead. talk about a deal and GREAT QUALITY glass, so good I couldn’t walk out the place without a new set. owner is a nice man, been going there for awhile now and I always walk out with crazy nice stuff, affordable as well, ended up buying an American Blown, good quality Thick glass bong for 79 $ and a Diamond Glass Percolator (to convert the bong into a dabber) for 49 $ total was 141 $ and just in case your wondering I even ended up buying the zig zags too (: over all if you need a new piece, you’ll find exactly what you need here.

The guys here know there stuff and are really friendly. They will show you have to set up your gear if you are a beginner like me when it comes to vapes. Would recommend to my friends to come here.

Me and my man went to this cozy shop and got our first hookah. The owner was amazing and really helped us out with our purchase. We will be back for more.

The worker here is extremely helpful. I’ve been to shops in Berkeley, Oakland, San Leandro, Hayward, Sacramento & here in San Jose & NONE OF THEM educated me about hookah supplies/​use and gave me tips like he did. Not to mention there’s a large variety of smoking appliances/​supplies.
Side note: he has the Apple On Top bowl for $ 29.99 (it’s $ 39.99+ elsewhere).

I came here shopping for a gift and didn’t have a clue what I needed. The guys behind the counter where true professionals and also very chill at the same time… I felt welcome ask questions, shop and enjoy the store. The store is well stocked with all types of smokers stuff for all kinds of smokers. The hours where great and the location is super convenient. Highly recommended!

Many smoke shops in San Jose but this one really stands out for their customer service and product selection which they are happy to explain. Walked out with a sick one, good deal.

I had a really good experience with the owner of the shop. First time to this establishment and I bought the wrong product. But here is what I was most impressed with that before I even bought the product. It was explain to me my options and he was very thorough on explaining how the product work and there warrantees. I ended up not needing the product, but the owner ended up helping me out with store credit.

I go all the time. They are right by my house, and the guys all know what they’re talking about. Seriously, go see them if you need a great honest opinion regarding anything. They’re prices are super convenient as well! Go check them out!

I come in quite frequent with my girlfriend but today (4÷3÷15) at 2:50 I came in alone trying to purchase a 14in glass converter because I have an 18in water pipe and I only had 11 bucks going in hoping to get something small but ended up getting a really nice, sturdy converter and they told me not to worry about the difference. These guys are great we love the management and every time time we go in, the staff is really cool as well so thanks for always helping us out!!!

Just came in to get tabacco oil and use instructions on my new vaporizor which I got to help me quit smoking ciggarettes. I have to say I was blown away how great the guys were to me. Ed was especially helpful and very knowledgeable about the product in the store. He was very encouraging on my mission to quit and it was clear that he knew what he was talking about regarding product.

This place is the best smoke shop you will ever go to. The workers there are very honest and wise with their recommendations and are very friendly. The owner especially is somebody that you would want to run into when buying an expensive piece.
The products they sell there are great quality, thick glass and they offer various colors and designs.
My friends and I all have been coming here for a good year or two and we’ve never been disappointed by their products nor their customer service.

I would give this place no stars if I could. I came in and bought a whole bunch of products from this guy and later after most of them easily broke, I found out from a friend that they were knock offs! The owner was rude and obnoxious when I visited the store again to tell him about his fake stuff… He basically threw a tantrum. Do NOT buy from here!!!

Ed and Logan are great, got exactly what I needed at a good price. Definitely worth the drive from Santa Clara, I’d definitely shop here again.

So, I needed some supplies, including a new postage scale. I searched Unilocal for a smoke shop here in San Jose, and found The Twilight Zone. I chose this place because the reviewers fof this place all say similar things, «staff friendly, made it right, stood behind my purchase, nice selection, etc.» And, The Twilight Zone enjoys a five star rating.
I was served by the owner, Jordan. Seems to be a genuinely nice guy, and quite personable. I was impressed by his selections of his many different product lines. Jordan patiently explained the makers, made recommendations, and recommended that if I ever needed a replacement and couldn’t find my receipt, just call him, and he would provide an additional receipt for a factory warranty replacement. All of this for the «big» sale of around $ 50. Impressive.
In a capitalistic world, it’s great to see the occasional shop that puts customer service and quality of their offerings before profit. I believe Jordan and The Twilight Zone represent what American capitalism should look like. But, increasingly, does not.

Awesome customer service as usual! Just came 5min ago and bought a replacement bowl! The owner was helping a customer fix her vape pen and he was trying his best! The vape smoke was coming out like crazy but the lady still said she felt that she wasn’t inhaling the juice. She finally left and said some nasty things. The owner apologized to us when we paid at the front! We told him to not worry about it just because we did see ALOT of vape come out of her pen and we knew she didn’t know what she was talking about. She didn’t even clean her own vape pen for 2 months and the owner helped her clean it and replace one of the parts for free!
The owner was super nice and ended up adding a mini piece to our purchase because they started the 5stars reward card! (Also, because I purchased a big piece from them in January!)
Will always come back for all my smoking needs!

Tucked away in a generic strip mall off of Capitol Expressway, the Twilight Zone doesn’t really advertise itself too loudly. But I’ll be honest: out of all the smoke shops in the area, the name was why I chose this location. I grew up watching the Twilight Zone marathons on holidays, so I hold it near to my heart. Not to mention I got a kick out of hearing Siri say «finding directions to… The Twilight Zone». Heh heh.
The shop itself is long and narrow, with an organized set-​up.
Incense and posters to the left upon entrance; sweet cigar humidifier on the right. Then come the posters, piercing paraphernalia, lighters, pipes, and down the line we go.
I came here looking for a cheap e-​cig to try out, being hesitant to spend big bucks on an online version only to find I don’t care for the product.
Lo and behold, the TZ had the Pure Smoke brand of e-​cig, in both disposable and re-​usable versions, with natural tobacco flavor and menthol flavor. (Amusingly, they also have e-​hookas!)
The guy behind the counter was laid back, intuitive, attentive, and clearly knowledgeable about all of their products. He didn’t pressure us at all, but also knew what we might like.
My partner was happy to find a quality selection of low-​end and high-​end cigars, as well as refills for his zippo that he’s been wanting to get for months.
We both walked out happy. If the e-​cigs work out, I’ll come back here for refills.
