This was my first time in this store. My husband and I are always looking for new places to explore. As I was enjoying the place,(almost done) maybe three more cases to look at. I was 95% done. One of the two elderly ladies approached me and stated we are closed. She just stared at me. I was stocked by her rudeness. I said ok and left. It would have taken me a couple more minutes and I would have been done. She could have been polite about it. Not even a thanks for coming or come again. Or how about, go ahead and finish looking. Nope! Nothing! I will not be back! Sad because they had some interesting stuff.

I’m sorry. I am from Willow Glen and I really want to give this place 5 stars. The content of the shop is great! However, the sales people are rude. One time I came in after work(took off early-they close at 5.) After driving across town, I had the saleswoman lurking right behind me as I was trying to make a buying decision. I knew they were close to closing, and I was being respectful of that. However the woman was literally tap tapping her foot(or so it seemed) to rush me. She was practically breathing on me. OK lady I know you must want to go home-but I would have purchased a lot more if you just left me alone. I would have left by closing.

A cute little store with fairly well priced vintage, unusual and just plain random items. It’s a collective so every section is owned by a different person, thus the variety is large and quite amazing. The service is great and though they didn’t have my 3d reels I’ve gone back a number of times hoping sooner or later they’ll show up :)

I completely agree with everything Sally said. My cousin and I just wandered into this place one day because the line at La Villa was just waaay too long. We thought we’d wait it out inside the Willow Glen Collective, but little did we know we’d get sucked into another world of everything your heart ever dreamed of. The ladies working there were so awesome. We ended up staying well over an hour and when we walked out La Villa was closed and we had spent about $ 200.
