The food is Great! The on-line ordering sucks. Try to order a HALF&HALFPIZZA, what a joke, you can order but with no topping. Try ordering any Pizza with extra cheese. The NEW system lost all my history and who knows what happen to the credit card information. I called too order and the hours were wrong. Now Closed on Mondays. So Round Tables on-line service is Wonderful.

Horrible Pizza!!! I have been coming to T$A since they were in Blossom Hill Rd then they moved to St Teresa Rd then eventually closing that location. Last night I got a itch for pizza and we(fam) decided to drive all away to Stevens Creek Blvd and we ordered the Tony’s Gourmet Pizza which is one of my fav’s. the only two ingredients that it had were Bacon and Ham, completely missing the pepperoni and the prosciutto. I am presuming they run out of both of those ingredients and they ended loading with with what they have left«Regular Bacon». The Bacon over whelmed the taste of the pizza that I ended only eating a Salad. I guess it will be a while before I can get that itch for pizza again.

Tony & Alba’s has always been a wonderful experience for me and my family. The staff are always so friendly and accommodating. Last weekend, I booked their«second room» for my son’s 1st birthday party — I had about 25 – 30 guests. The entire experience was amazing from the person who took the reservation from me over the phone, to those that answered my calls for my questions/final order, to Diyana and her husband helping me out the day of the party and of course, the food! I cannot say enough about this«family» restaurant that has such a wonderful atmosphere and delicious food!

I’ve been going here for years. It’s a family owned business and the people there are really nice. The food is generally very good. I especially like the spinach stromboli and their italian salad. I do wish they had a better beer selection though.

The pizza package is great. The pasta package is a good deal too. Everything else is kind of a rip-off. Lots of seating and a friendly staff doesn’t make up for«full» orders with teeny portions and food coming out delayed. 2 Stars.

We tried getting a table at our usual spots on Santana Row on a Saturday night. We were a large party of 12 so unable to find a place that would take us without a 2 hour wait. We decided to leave Santana Row and found this place on Unilocal. It was busy, but they were able to get us seated. The pizza and service was great! I believe it’s a family business too. We had a few different pizzas and all delicious. We will go back for sure!

Update– Funny how today if you go to «THEIR» Unilocal page and click on menu, now it says prices vary under the pizza section when yesterday it said $ 17.99 for a medium. The owners tried to say in their reply that what we saw was not related to them. It was THEIRDAMNPLACE we clicked on in a Unilocal. If you’re on Unilocal you better make sure you update prices and if not it’s your fault and MUST honor what is there, Otherwise it’s FALSEADVERTISEMENT. The gentleman behind the counter was the nicest man ever and said he would make it right and brought in the lady who was rude and accused us of leaving and being gone for over an hour when she could have clearly pulled the receipt and saw that we had walked out the door just a minute earlier. She then told us to our face that they will not refund us and will not make any changes and if we wished to stand around and wait over an hour to speak to the owner we can but that it won’t change anything and we will not get a refund. Who makes a customer wait for an hour? That is when we got upset and stood out front and informed all the other customers going in to watch what price they are quoted to what price comes on the bill because it is two different prices and when brought to their attention nothing will be done. So at no time did she try to make anything better all she did was make the matter worse than what it is. They did after all this give us our money back which should have been done in the beginning.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. We went online and saw the prices and placed and order. The only price not listed was salad so we called to get prices and told $ 12.00, garlic knots $ 4.00 and 14″ pizza $ 17.99 plus toppings. Once there total came to $ 89.28 so we took the receipt to the car to compare prices to see how did it come so high. We then walked back inside and showed how different the prices where. The gentleman apologized and said no problem we will return your money and sorry. Then a lady came up and accused us as taking the pizza and going home and consign back an hour later. We were literally gone for 1 min to walk to the car and back and never left the parking lot. Then the issue began the owner didn’t want to refund because this lady lied and said we where gone an hour when all they had to do is pull the receipts and see the time stamp. Finally after going back and forth and other customers advising me to call the sheriff the owner decided to refund us. I would have to say worse customer services ever never once did they try to find a solution to the issue and only accused us of things that was not true. I wouldn’t care if this food was free I’d never come back again after how they treated us.

This is the best pasta and pizza place around. The price is expensive for a medium size pizza $ 30. I love their vegetarian pizza, the artichoke really stands out. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Little gem. We found it very randomly. We loved this place. Everyone was super friendly, the place was really cute with welcoming booth — just so surprising in the mall. Pizza was delicious and the accompanying salad too. Nice dressing. For the price it was unbeatable. We had the spinach pizza — the crust was really delicious and I liked the topping. We shared a combo and they brought us some warm bread. We will be back for sure. Very happy to have found this place.

Yum! The perfect place to get your Italian fix on. Homemade raviolis are meaty, covered in sauce, and cooked to perfection. Eggplant appetizer is a staple. Sometimes it is a bit over breaded for my taste, but is still delicious. Hot from the oven focaccia keeps your stomach happy while you wait for the main event. Staffers treat you like family. Great for takeout as well as dining in.

Pretty damned good food! It was a pretty happening place as well. The staff is friendly, polite, and even came out to ask if I wanted some focaccia, which the young lady brought with marinara upon request, thanks!!! I got a salad, the house with chicken, it looked great when it came out and the dressing is really tasty. The cheese bread was rustic and a little under done, but it also was good. They also had an amber beer… yummmmmmmmmm!!! 22 oz, yes please. This is the first restaurant that I have encountered in this area where all the employees are smiling and not seeming irritated that we are dining here. Thank you for making me feel welcome!

I was meeting a friend in the Valley Fair/Santana Row area and randomly chose this restaurant to meet at. I’ve eaten at several places in the area but nothing really stood out about them besides«overpriced.» The food and service at Tony & Alba’s is amazing and my friend and I are both more than satisfied with our experience. I’m already planning to come back! We ordered the«meal for two» with the following combination: Appetizer: Bruschetta Salad: Italian Salad Pizza/Pasta: Tony’s Special Pizza Dessert: Cannoli

From my last review to my updated review is night and day. The crust was much much better!!! I Ordered take out yesterday and both my pizzas came out to perfection. I ordered vegetarian pizza and the Tony Special. The crust was crispy and the flavor of both pizzas were really good. The customer service at this place is great! The person at takeout even opened the door for me as I walked out. I don’t see that anywhere in restaurants anymore. Thank you Tony and Alba for making this experience right.

It’s literally been years since I’ve paid a visit to this place. I remember always loving to come here after school just for their complimentary FRESHANDWARM focaccia bread. My mom and I came here last week and ordered a banquet full of food. We definitely came in hungry lol. I ordered their Chicken Parmasan(however you spell it) Sandwich. Now, usually when I have Chicken Parmasan Sandwiches, the chicken is breaded. Mine was grilled which made it taste… different than what I was used to. It was okay, but they got pretty cheesy happy to the point where it was gooping down onto my plate. Too much for me… I also ordered a couple meatballs on the side with some Garlic Knots. Not too bad especially dipped in their warm Marinara sauce. Wouldn’t mind returning again in the near future, but might stick with a Meatball Sandwich instead :-p

Where do I begin? What a pleasant visit! I decided to come because I was reading all about them on Unilocal, and I’ve gotta say… I only have applause to give to this awesome Italian restaurant — staff and food alike! The owner greeted us as soon as we walked into the store, gave us a brief overview of the menu, and we ended up ordering the«meal for 2.» The owner shared that this is usually a good option for people who aren’t toooo hungry. Mostly though, we wanted to try the pizza and pizza dolce, so we went with that option, as it also came with an appetizer AND salad. Wow! The caesar salad was pretty standard, the bruschetta appetizer was pretty good too(nothing too spectacular), but I really loved the clam + garlic pizza, along with the pizza dolce(nutella and banana) too! We were pretty full at the end, but not feeling overly stuffed and heavy, like you can sometimes feel after eating too much oily food. I would say all of the workers were awesome. Everyone looked out for when we finished dishes, cleared our table after each of our courses, and followed up with us as we awaited for our pizza dolce to come out. Even the other lady who was on her break took time to serve us the pizza, as she saw it sitting on the counter for a second. Very attentive wait staff. I DEFINITELY recommend this place to visit, and will be back too! I only knocked one star off because they did not have the«pizza of the month» available. But next time, I look forward to trying it!

This place is starting to be our go to for Italian dinner(pick up) at home. When we have big parties we order trays and pizza. Very hot and very fresh. I love ordering from here because everyone on staff is very friendly and genuine. PLEASE get the Paesano membership, they give coupons often and on all you family’s birthday months. They have a Christmas gift which is pretty cool. If you order before Christmas, they will give you a red envelope. Do not open the envelope and when you order again in January they will open it. You will win a prize from discounts on your order to some big prizes! Albert and Diana are wonderful people and they run a really good/honest business.

It was my first time here and there are a lot of things I like about this place. I heard a lot of good reviews from friends and decided to have dinner with my boyfriend. When you walk inside there’s a big sign that has inspirational quotes. Seeing that already gave the restaurant a positive vibe. The lady at the cashier was very sweet. Since it was mine and my boyfriend’s first time, we weren’t familiar with the menu but she definitely was patient and helped us out. I love the fact that you are able to choose gluten-free pasta. Not a lot of restaurants have that option and I’m glad I found a place that does. Not only that, but they have a handful of different types of pasta, regular and gluten-free. Our food got to us pretty quick. Or maybe it was quick because we were able to be distracted by watching the basketball game. We’re big sport fans(They have about 4 – 5 TVs.) First we received our salad, which I eat a lot so I am very particular about my lettuce. I got a Caesar salad, and the lettuce was soooo fresh! I was very impressed. While we were eating, the staff checked on us regularly. I’m pretty sure that the owner or manager even took the time out and said hi which means a lot to me. We tried the popular dessert, pizza dolce and I fell in love. I have the biggest sweet tooth and it was one of the sweetest concoction that I’ve had in awhile. Not only did my boyfriend and I have a good experience at this establishment. But they also advertise«RAP» which is an acronym for Random Acts of Pizza where you can buy a whole meal for a needy family for $ 10 and they would cover the rest. That kindness right there is what made me fall in love with this place. Thank you Tony&Alba’s.
