Simply love it!!! I love pizza, especially the ‘thin’ pizza. Lol! I ordered chicken bacon flavor, it’s crunchy and so tasty!

I like that it’s in the mall. It’s convenient. They have really great customer service there. The food is good as well. I’d come back.

The most ridiculously bad service can be found at this location. If you enjoy spending up to half an hour waiting for a pizza, feel free to come here.

I love pizza my heart and I even use their stamp card! I have never had a problem until recently. The service has always been quick and friendly. However, the two times that I have been there recently, I was terribly sick in which I had to stay home from work. I order only 2 different slices: vegetarian pizza and the one with mushroom. I’m backing away from pizza my heart. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone of my friends.

I love this place. Pizza tastes awesome and is really convenient to grab a quick bite there and continue to shop.

For the last week, my hubby had been plagued with an intense pizza craving and since we were already at the mall to do some Christmas shopping, I recommended Pizza My Heart. To be honest, I never had it before, making my recommendation quite random, but I have seen a bunch of people wear their shirts before and if customers are so willing to wear their merchandise, it means the food must be good, right?
This specific spot is on the second floor of Westfield Valley Fair on Steven’s Creek Boulevard, right next to Old Navy. Our «server» was named Scott and he was ultra charismatic and friendly. He and my hubby seemed to connect quite well with all their exclamation of «dudes!» and whatnot. (Boys…) I ordered a slice of «Maui Wowi,» a pineapple and ham pizza, and my hubby ordered the Deluxe Chicken and Bacon with a white sauce.
I really liked how there wasn’t an additional charge for tax on our bill so we paid exactly what was advertised. The slices were also already made, resulting in no wait, but they were still warm to the touch. Each slice was HUGE, both length and width wise.
I was greatly in love with my slice, enjoying the sweetness of the pineapple and the softness of the sliced ham. The pizza here is pretty thin, but unlike other places that serve a thin crust, the dough was never chewy or tough. In fact, it was crispy and flaky and ULTRA DELICIOUS.
Unfortunately, my hubby didn’t enjoy his pizza as much as I did. There wasn’t a lot of sauce on his slice and while the chicken and bacon were cooked well, the lack of a thick, heavy sauce didn’t do much to quell his «pizza» craving. He probably would have enjoyed just a typical pepperoni slice more.
Overall though, we were pleased with our first visit and since it is conveniently located in one of my favorite malls, I’m VERY SURE we will be back again.

The mall can get pretty crowded during the holiday season and the line can get pretty long but that doesn’t wear this great staff down, they still keep a smile on their faces. The tables get taken pretty fast too but there’s nothing they can do about that, there are just too many people getting pizza there.

Well I’m a fan of pizza my heart in general. I like their pizza slice options. I really wouldn’t bother to review this place but felt a need to because my service today was great. Came by around 8:45pm and the guy handling the register (his name is Peter) was on point with his customer service! He was respectful, courteous and prompt.
My fiancé and I sat at a booth near the register so I was able to just hear how he handled business during our time there and he was great.
Food wise, it did not disappoint even though we came by so late on a weekday. One Big Sur (garlic!) and one chicken bacon mushroom and green onion (can’t remember the name).
I always get a meal: a slice, salad (enjoy their blue cheese, walnut and chicken salad) and a drink for $ 9.75. I think it’s a great deal.
Don’t forget the stamp card to get a future free drink, slice or salad!
For being in a mall, this place really went above my expectations. No regrets.

I don’t know how many Pizza My Heart reviews one can have, but I’m sure I have over a dozen.
Pizza My Heart has nailed quality and consistency through out their chain– and the prices ain’t bad either.
The main drawback about this location is that it is in the mall. On the plus side it’s not located within the food court so the traffic /​lines aren’t as bad as they could be if it were.

Love this place, Delicious and fresh always.
Price is fair and special if you use the card rewards so you get some free item for your choice like Pizza, drink or Salad.

Great place to grab a quick bite to eat. Pizza was alright, kinda need to add more ingredients. Love the soda fountain. Just a push of a button of pretty much a drink will come out. Excellent!

Needed a quick bite so ordered a slice of pizza and soda. $ 6 bucks not bad for lunch. I like thin crust so my slice of pepperoni and shrooms was perfect! Not a lot of tomato sauce so thats how i like it! Defin would have pizza here again!

Absolutely love their pizza. Perfectly thin crust, super tasty and fresh. Not soggy but not overcook or to crispy. It’s so yummy. I love this place so much. Can get crowded, but not too bad. Move fast. It’s my fav. Pizza place in south bay right now.

This is a perfect place to go with the kids in the mall. It’s quick and delicious. The kids like the cheese or pepperoni pizza and the adults like the Pesto. The kids also enjoying using the coke fountain machine where they can try different drinks by a press of touch screen button. The people who were here were friendly and seem to have fun working here and talking to all the customers. A great place!

Pizza my heart has always been one of my favorite place to garb a quick lunch! Pizza is always 5 stars! But today This girl Nina! Best customer Service ever she helped me with sizes of the shirt and food! She takes her customer very seriously! That friendly customer service is hard to find in anywhere now she deserved a raise!!!

I have to admit I was skeptic when my friend raved about this pizza joint located in a mall but after trying it I was quite impressed by the taste & quality of this thin crust pizza. I tried the roasted garlic, portobello mushrooms & pepperoni pizza combo slice for $ 4.25 & loved it. The crust was light, not greasy & flavorful. This pizza made my top 10 list for thin crust.

How could pizza sold by-​the-​slice in the mall actually be delicious? While it seems like a physical impossibility, the guys at Pizza My Heart might just have pulled it off. It is important to remember, however, that to experience this pizza in its full glory, you’ll have to wait for a fresh batch from the oven. Reheated pizza just won’t taste the same.

There are so many things right with this pizza. Let’s start with the crust – it’s thin and yet soft & pliable, and flavored oh so pleasantly. The cheese is quality mozzarella, thick and rich, none of your oozy grocery store generic brand. I would expect the pesto to be overwhelmingly garlicky and intense, but it’s surprisingly perfectly mild, and the almonds give it a nice crunch. And you know what sucks about most pesto pizzas? Some jackwad decides that having pesto means that no tomato sauce is necessary. Even the mildest pesto becomes exhausting when it’s the sole flavor profile. Not with this pizza – tomato sauce is notably present, well-​flavored, and stands in delightful contrast with the pesto.
ALL IN ALL:
I really wanted to hate it. It’s mall pizza. Don’t get me wrong, it’s no Da Michele’s, but Pizza My Heart serves solid, consistent pizza. In the mall.

You really just can’t go wrong with Pizza My Heart. The bacon chicken ranch is our go to pizza. We just ordered a whole pizza to bring back to share and eat later. This location is busy because it’s in the mall. But they are pretty fast in making it (10 – 12 min). The guy taking orders was nice and the seating areas were kept clean. Can’t complain.
Really wish they would build one closer to us. Hint hint!
