Wish I had an option for ZERO stars. I want to buy an annual prepaid product only available from an authorized dealer (not available online). I have gone by the store three times during his posted hours and each time the place is closed.
Twice in morning around 10:45 — 11:00 and once about 3:30 in the afternoon. Shut down tight even tough the posted hours on the door says it should be open.
I did try to call but, of course, voicemail. Don’t waste your time with this place. I can only imagine if you really needed help, you could never count on this place.

This is one of the best cell phone shops in town. John is very honest and always treats his customers with respect. He consistently provides affordable solutions and make sure his customers walk out with great satisfaction.

I’ve been a customer of Union Cellular for five years now. I confidently recommend this little shop to friends. This is the standard by which other cell phone dealers should be judged. The owner, John Huynh is attentive and friendly and always remembers me.

Well, now that my wife was all set up, it was time to fix my mobile situation. I had a Samsung r560, which was okay when it worked. That was some time in the past. Now the 2 button would only work if I jabbed the right side of it, carefully. The screen was cracked and had a big black blotch on it, making texting impossible. I could receive calls, that’s about it. So, I took it down to Union Cellular and was given a couple of replacement options. I decided on a Samsung, but a different model. They were on Special, so I got out of there withour spending too much. And had my number transferred to the new phone. No hassle, all quick, yet not rushed.
I feel comfortable sending friends to the little shack in the parking lot at Cambrian Plaza.
