Universal Dental

I just got a cleaning and x-​ray here for $ 50. I have no insurance so I paid cash. It was cheaper than most places that I called so I went here.
This dental office is like. your grandma’s house trying to implement new technology like apple TV and a PS4. can you just imagine that? Wires everywhere, your gramdma trying to work with the new technology… etc. yeah. that’s this office.
I appreciated their new-​looking x-​ray machine that pops your xray on a big screen after the picture is taken, but like I said… wires everywhere. the girl trying not to strangle you with the wires as she takes your picture. lol okay, slight exaggeration, but you get the idea.
It is a very small dental office. Only 4 girls working at a time and a dentist. I think I only saw 2 chairs.
Now about my cleaning… IT HURT. It really, really hurt. I’m not sure if she had a heavy hand or whatever, but it was super painful. The dental assistant taking my x-​rays and assisting the dentist with my cleaning (Andrea), is NOT friendly. She is not there to make friends, she does not care about you at all. If I hadn’t know any better, I think she hates me. She didn’t even say Hi or anything, just «confirm your birthday.» … I’m not sure, but maybe her lack of empathy added to the painfulness of the cleaning.
3 stars because it got the job done. no more, no less.
