Val’s is like no other Optical store. Amanda was so helpful and seen that I got exactly what I needed. If you want a pleasant and professional experience. I strongly recommend Val’s Optical were your needs come first.

I came here to get my glasses adjusted and didn’t have cash to pay the $ 2. The lady declined charging me $ 2 on my credit card and told me to have a nice day. I will definitely be coming back here when I need new glasses and would recommend everyone to come here for all optical related things.

Sign in window says they open at 10AM, so does the voice mail. So I took time off from work to go there. Arrived at 10:05…NOBODY THERE! Waited 25 minutes. Nobody ever showed up.
Come on! Is this any way to treat customers?
Also, I find it odd that they do not post the price on the frames they sell. This makes me suspicious that the price you pay depends on who you are.
On the upside, the service is pretty good… when they show up.

Beth and Jennifer go above and beyond their job to make sure there customer is 110% satisfied. Their customer service is impeccable. They are always smiling, so friendly and kind!!! They find you the best deal and at the best prices and help you select frames that will work for your style and budget. They also helped my husband who had bought frames online get the proper lenses for them and fit them perfectly. And got them back to him in record time!!! Thank you so much for your passion for your job and all your help! I will return again and again!!!

I dislike «usual» glasses. Jennifer took a lot of time helping me find glasses and sunglasses which had style and fit with my face very well.
I also ask a ton of questions which she patiently fielded without a roll of her eyes.
Thank you for your excellent customer service, and great glasses!

A great place for quick and friendly service!
I recently visited Val’s for the first time and found their prices, service and frame selection to be much better than my previous visits to the «mall type» optical stores. I didn’t get the pushy salesman trying to sell me the store but instead received a pleasant discussion with a knowledgeable gal who’s name was Mila. She has this cool machine that accurately measures you for the clearest vision possible. My new glasses are a perfect fit and I’ve never seen more clearly. This little place is worth checking out for any eye wear needs.

This place gets major kudos. The staff is really helpful and knowledgeable, especially Jennifer who went above and beyond to assist me. She really knows her stuff and made sure I was taken care of and got exactly what I needed for my prescription in a timely manner. I was visiting from out of town and needed a replacement because I stepped on my glasses in the hotel room and this place was nearby. She accommodated my schedule and provided first class service. Even though there were quite a few customers also being assisted, I received plenty of help and was treated in a very personable manner. I wish this place was close to where I live as I would use them for my prescriptions every time.
