Pizza Hut

Prices online are FAKE… they don’t honor them and only want to charge you almost double! I went today and reminded them of the online prices for a one topping medium pizza for $ 5 each when u order 2 or more… Other items like wings were part of this deal… They refused to honor the online promotion and the advertisement on TV prices… The girl quoted that they are «part of a corporation» and because the «cost of living is higher in California and New York» then they have to charge more «. Complete B.S. but whatever… I guess when a customer calls you have to ensure that they honor online and other advertised promotions…

I wish I could give zero stars, I have ordered from this locations many times with no problem, for sub par pizza. But tonight was ridiculous, I ordered online (I’ll attach a picture of the order) and when I went to pick it up, it wasn’t ready, even after 25 minutes, and then when I took it home I realized they gave me the wrong pizza! So I called them to find a way to get this problem fixed and they told me to drive back (it’s pouring rain and super windy) and swap out the pizza and pay for the new one! I wish I never ordered this pizza in the first place! Go to round table or little Caesars same quality and probably better service

There’s not much to say about a Pizza Hut but this place is weird. They messed up our order of a simple pepperoni pizza. No big deal. Then when I asked them for paper plates and napkins, the guy simply told me that they didn’t have any. I thought he was joking so I stood there like a weirdo waiting for him to start laughing. I was tempted to go to Costco and buy some for them.

Pizza Hut is Pizza Hut. Nothing really to say about the pizza; however, the customer service here is consistently great. I’ve never ordered delivery, so I can’t comment on that. I have always had a pleasant experience ordering takeout and the employees always greet me promptly.

I’ve ordered a couple times from the Cottle location and tonight was the last time!
Other times I’ve ordered we usually do a half and half pizza. Well, their idea of half and half is having 2 slices be cheese and the rest of the pizza be covered in toppings. This has happened to the last 3 pizzas of mine.
Tonight though, I ordered a pizza online from the location. A large half and half pizza for delivery. I live only a few minutes away from the location but the delivery was convenient. It said that it would take over an hour for a delivery. So I called and asked for it to be changed to carry out and the guy over the phone was happy enough to change it and told me when I could pick it up.
When I went to pick it up, I was standing inside the store for about 3 minutes and there were 3 employees right at the counter and none acknowledged me. Now, one of them was a delivery guy so I understand that it wasn’t part of his job but the other 2 employees were just talking away. Finally the delivery guy asked if I was here to pick up and I said yes and so he was getting my pizza. The other employees finally stopped talking and the guy for the register asked for my name and I told him the other guy was already helping me.
Our pizza was very hard, there was little to no cheese, and they once again messed up the half and half.
For sure the last time I’ll be going to this location after multiple bad visits.
Their delivery is alright — either on time or 10 minutes late.

This place gave me the runs! Terrible service and food must be handled bad to so that to me.

It’s Pizza hut you get what you pay for, that is all no more no less.

Don’t order delivery pizza here it took them 2 hours, we called them twice at 8:45 pm and they told my fiancé one of their delivery person went home sick so they are waiting for their other delivery person to come back to delivery our order. We called back at 9:35 pm no answer called three times no answer then I block our number and called they finally pick up their phone. Their answer is that our order was under pick up not delivery, are you kidding me. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER PIZZA FROM YOU GUYS

This place sucks. It’s Pizza Hut, but for some reason i always like the pizza. Anyway, we placed an order 2 weeks ago. It was a weeknight, so they weren’t as busy as weekends. we gave them our order over the phone, they gave us the total and asked for our CC number, we gave that to them, and they told us about 35 – 40 minutes (they were delivering). An hour and ten minutes goes by and I say «what the hell, maybe you should call them» to my boyfriend so we can get an ETA. When he called and they asked for his name, he had to tell them a few times. When they couldn’t find that, they asked for his phone number, he had to tell them a few times again. Then, they said ‘we don’t have an order for you’. We were STARVING after working construction all day and too tired to cook. Needless to say we were soooo pissed. This is their job, they answer the phone and take orders. How can this happen? unless someone over there is stoned, how can someone just lose an order. they stand there and enter the stupid orders into their computers, so how did ours NOT MAKE IT IN??? COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. The only way I’d ever order from here again is if all my options suddenly disappeared and they were the last food source on the planet.

I switched from Pizza Hut on Snell Ave to this store on Cottle Rd as the other store could not get your order right on time when ordering ahead online. This place gets its online orders right and they are nice and hot. They show you everything when you pickup so there is no confusion. Staff is a little hard to understand on phone (thick accent) but they do get your order right.
This is a takeout only Pizza Hut, no tables to dine in. Good size parking, it is in the same block as Orchard Supply Hardware

I wish i could give them –1 star. Writing this after the 3^rd time ordering from this location. U have to make sure, I don’t know how (because i tried), that they get your order right.
Tips: make sure MILDRED is not the one taking your order.
Don’t expect any costumer service even if they messed up your order.

I’ve ordered pizza here a few times and never had really any problems like what people have listed below, I guess I’m just one of those few lol. Anyways what I liked about a order I did in the past was when I ordered it it did come late and the pizza was cold so yes I was pissed but when I called I understood why. All the delivery people had called in and that just had one guy running around and the manager said that he was very sorry and that if I wanted to come in that he would make me a new hot fresh pizza at no cost so I did and that made me happy :) very nice of him to do that. Remember people if you are a dick they will be a dick back. Just be nice and explain the situation and she what happens. If they become a dick then by all means go at it :) lol. And remember it’s not round table it Pizza Hut we don’t buy Pizza Hut for the taste we buy it for the price. If we wanted taste and didn’t care about cost we would go to round table or mountain mikes. Thanks for reading and I hope this review was helpful to some viewers.

Manager «Mildred» refused to accept a coupon that was used for an online order– wouldn’t even speak to me when I picked up the pizza — very poor customer service at this location.

Food order and delivered was cold, now I know why I don’t order from these guys.

I’ve order from this Pizza Hut many times online and I always pay through my card but all of a sudden this time I ordered and the delivery guy asked for my ID and credit card. I recently lost my card ID and I never had a problem ordering food. That’s so stupid, worse service ever! Never ordering from here EVER again!

It’s Pizza Hut. Nothing more than that. Don’t go in with great expectations and you won’t be sorely disappointed.

This Pizza Hut was so convenient because it was right down the street. But the last time I went I ordered a large customized pizza, and 8 hot BONELESS wings for our party. When I got there I checked the pizza and the wings, paid, then left. When I got home we started eating and realized that the wings had BONES in them. EVEN THOUGH I ORDERED BONELESS!!! Not only was this a problem, but when i called to get a refund they told me it was my fault because their receipt does not say boneless…30 minutes later and some yelling later I finally got them to tell me the head managers name so I can meet them to return these nasty and WRONG wings. Needless to say, I am no longer using this Pizza Hut, it’s not worth the head ache to fix my order over and over.

One of my neighbor’s 7 month old grandson died suddenly. One of my other neighbors and I who are both on a tight budget wanted to buy them a pizza or something so they would have something easy and available to eat if their appetite picked up. So we decided a large pizza would be perfect and went in and told Ceasar what had happened and if he would consider giving us a discount. He gave us a pizza at no charge. My neighbor who was thirsty since we were on foot asked for a small cup of water and Andrew gave us each a bottled water. I give five stars not only for the kindness of the free pizza and water but for the compassion these two gentlemen have. They are two good examples of how we all could live spreading love and compassion to all those in need. Thank you so much Ceasar and Andrew. I hope your example spreads and you get back what you give as well. It’s a blessing to have you in our community.

This Pizza Hut is located in the Osh plaza. There are no tables at this location, so its mainly for pickup or delivery. I’ve ordered pizzas from this location many times, and it always came out pretty good.
I love how there are a lot of toppings on each slice and the crust is very tasty.
The service has always been pretty good. The cashiers are friendly and nice to chat with when I’m waiting for the pizzas.
I’d definitely order from here again.

These sneaky f***ers…
Sent a coupon that said «but 1 large pizza at regular price, get 1 medium pizza free». As far as I know, any pizza here is $ 10 (any size, any crust, any topping)…or something close to that.
Gave the coupon to my friend because he was getting pizza from there, and they charged him $ 18 for a large and gave him a medium pizza buried in sauce for free. It was a pathetic trick because for $ 2 more she could’ve thrown the coupon away and just gotten 2 large pizzas!
