UPDATE: I received a call from the General Manager apologizing for such bad service. She advised me that there was a «change» in process, and urged me to please try them again. We love Round Table Pizza, and have continued to patronize this restaurant on Santa Teresa and Cottle. As expected with the new ownership, prices have increased, but now they do have coupons.

Came here yesterday to try the new peperoni and bacon pizza… The girl at the register was sweet as pie… great customer service wins me over every time! Aside from the pizza being delicious I for the all u can eat salad… it was sooo delicious and great variety… I would definitely come back!

We’ve ordered here before and didn’t have any problems. However the first time I had an issue with an extremely soggy pizza the customer service was less than satisfactory. Honestly why is some teenage girl at the register defending and making excuses for a soggy pizza? Is it because the owner and his 4 friends sit at the bar and drink… it’s no wonder this place is pretty empty and those waiting for pizza pick up look pissed It stinks, we want to support local even if this is a franchise but from my experience and the reviews I’ve just read this will be our last visit. Good and great customer service goes along way so we will no longer give our hard earned money to the owners of this place … no matter how much I’ve drank or smoked. Peace

The pizza I just had at this location was probably the worst round table pizza ever! I’m sure I would have been happier with a Costco pizza and that’s sucks because round table has always been my favorite. I’ve actually had pizza at this location 3 times and none of them where that good!

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I paid over 20 dollars for this pizza and it was the worst I’ve ever had. I would have been happier with Costco pizza… There was almost no cheese, the toppings were burnt and the sauce was like milky white instead of red. What the fuck is that! I’m mortified and will never go there again! And this isn’t the first time I’ve had a sub par pizza their either this one was just the worst by far!

I’d typically never write a review for fast food, but this review is for Service. I called to have a pizza delivered this evening and spoke with Richard. I know he was just doing his job, but now days it’s almost shocking to speak to someone with excellent phone etiquette. He was very patient and made certain to repeat everything back to me, he was also very pleasant witch is(unfortunately) another quality that has become increasingly harder to come by these days. I really just appreciated his level of professionalism and his attention to detail(before putting my order in he let me know about the delivery minimum as opposed to AFTERWARDS when I was ready to give him my card info.) while taking down my order. If this guy isn’t already a manager, he should be. Now this preggo is off to enjoy her pizza. :)

Quoted 45 mins got my cold soggy pizza after almost 2 hours… I was a regular, but the quality of product and service have seriously gone down hill… Guess I’ll be going elsewhere from now on

Been here twice in the last couple months with coworkers after work. Beer & pizza has been really good both times. First time we did a basic pepperoni. The second time we got a combination(don’t recall their name for it). It had a couple different meats, onions, mushrooms and bell peppers. Pizza comes hot and every time my stomach get’s the best of me and I dig in without waiting a few minutes to cool off. Oh well! Burnt roof of my mouth, but it was so good! Each time there were football games on the big screens, but it was still a pretty mellow atmosphere. It’s a little outdated inside, could use some sprucing up, but overall it’s a nice environment for relaxing after work. Very nostalgic for me since I used to go as a kid and haven’t been there in years! And speaking of it looks like it is pretty kid friendly with a bookshelf of things for the kiddies to entertain themselves with in the back. Staff has always been helpful. Clean bathroom is a big plus too! Will be coming back again I’m sure!

30 mins late and delivered the wrong pizza which was cold. Definitely disappointed. 1 star for delivering the correct pizza the second time. The second pizza was correct, fresh and hot. No tips given. Roundtable has gone down hill.

First ever review: Ordered a pizza for delivery. Here’s my experience… Delivery guy forgot a two liter soda I ordered clearly on the ticket… I realized I didn’t get the two liter of soda(already paid for) the second I got back to my apartment. Called the delivery guy three times, no reply and eventually left a voicemail saying he forgot to give me the rest of my order in attempt to get the goods I paid for. Next, I called the store. I was put on hold for nearly 10 min at first, so I hung up and called again, this time receiving a rep. It gets busy, I understand, no harm done. After being assured they would contact the delivery guy once he arrived back at the restaurant to deliver the remaining part of my order, like any reasonable person, assumed I would eventually receive what I paid them for. My order never came…(seriously?) and in retrospect, I practically gave a «donation» for the crappy service, and for screwing up the order gave them my hard-earned money to carry out. That would piss anyone off, and as a business owner myself, this was hard to accept because much of this can be prevented from caring an ounce about what you do. No customer of a decent business should pay for services they never received… and this is what this Round Table is carrying out whether it was intentional or not. Completely unacceptable in any field of business if you ask me, and certainly grounds for terminating business as a customer with them. Why take the risk? Choose the other Round Table down the street. I go to these guys eat least once every couple of weeks and I enjoy the food, but this time was just ridiculous, and cost an unnecessary amount of time and money for the customer. If you choose to order from this Round Table, know there is a chance this could happen to you. Customer service execution overall, as of 8÷22÷15 is subpar, by a ways. The store was literally unable to complete my order and refused to follow up! That’s bad for a PIZZA place. Needless to say, I think I’ve finally seen how this specific Round Table is run. Don’t think I’ll be going back after spending about $ 50 on MEDIUM pizza. Bust really, how could paying for your meal, receiving part of it, and a complete lack of responsibility for their mistake make anyone want to go here? In the end, I never received my complete order, paid for and all. Thanks. –Your average consumer

Really expensive for a crappy personal size pizza. When I was looking at the menu between personal and small size pizza the lady at the counter was making faces like she could afford those any day. The pizza was below par. The toppings were not cooked. Even papa johns could’ve done better… Unfortunately there was none closeny and I was getting late for a doctors appt.

Not bad… really overpriced. The food is good, but you can get better food and for a better price at one of the local joints. I won’t be using them too much moving forward, I think there are other better options for pizza in the area.

Here’s where my wife and I differ on pizza, at least this time. I liked it, she didn’t. Ordered boneless Buffalo wings — medium spicy, 2 pizza sandwiches(one chicken and extra cheese, and the other with ham, sausage and salami, and a large cheese pizza with extra cheese(skinny crust). I found the pizza pretty good, although the crust was kind of soggy and could have been crispier. The sauce was bold, just how I like it, and had a good amount of cheese. I saved my pizza sandwich for today, took it from the fridge and put in microwave for 2 mins and it came out great. If I were eating alone, I would order from them again($ 51 with tip). I agree that it was a little greasy, but any time you heat up cheese, the oil gets released, and I half expect a pizza to be somewhat greasy anyway. I didn’t have any grease dripping down my arm as in some places, so that’s a plus. Had it delivered, and was delivered on time, and piping hot. The menu is somewhat limited, but they offer 5 different sizes of pizza, ranging from personal to extra large. Stay tuned for next pizza review…

Pizza is great. But there’s an older lady with blonde hair cant miss her that for me I really don’t know if she does this just to me and my family or everyone??? but every time we order a unlimited salad she says it’s only for one person and you can’t share your cups. I truly feel disrespected. The first time she did it I was okay with it but then after she continue doing it and she gives you a really bad look of maybe dislike based on that I went somewhere else it’s not just about pizza I hope she tells everyone ordering a salad ” it’s only for one person“ if not it will also be considered discrimination against families. Think about that ???

After years of being a loyal customer at this location, I’m afraid that will no longer be the case. Let’s face it; Round Table is pricey. Good, but pricey nonetheless. So surely with that price comes great customer service, right? Definitely not at this location. Read the reviews. They frequently take WAY longer than expected to have your pizza ready. This last visit was no different. My wife called at 6:30pm to order a Pizza for pickup at 7:00pm. At the time they said it would only be 15 – 20 mins but they would hold it for 15 mins to be sure it was still warm when we got there to pick it up. Great! Got stuck in traffic on the way home and arrive just before 7:15pm. Paid for the pie and was advised that it was not yet ready. I noticed they were quite busy so I just figured they needed more time, but trusted that my order was being processed. I went next door and got some items from the store. At 7:35pm I am becoming a little impatient; I’m tired, hungry, and my family is waiting for me at home to come back with dinner. I inquire about the status of my food and the young lady at the register appeared confused. She disappears for a moment to return with someone who I could only assume was a manager. After a few seconds of confusion, the gentlemen glances slightly down to his left and sees my phone order marked«7:00 pickup» set aside. Now, my assumption is that the lady who was handling the register, who is likely the same person that took our order, set it aside and failed to put it back in the que. Ok, people make mistakes. At this point I wouldn’t be able to wait what I assumed would be at least 20 minutes for my food so I requested a refund. I was offered a refund as well as a few apologies, but no offer of a discount or free food or anything to gain my repeat business. This unfortunate incident cost them a loyal customer.

Review I wrote directly on the Round Table website: I am writing as a very displeased customer. This evening, my family and I ordered items for pick up. We were told that our order would be ready in half an hour. Upon arriving, my husband waited an additional 55 minutes. No apology was given nor was there any relay of «update» from the staff. After waiting, someone finally told him they messed up and comped a free pizza. While I appreciate the gesture, to wait almost an hour and a half would have not have been an issue if the mistake would have been disclosed at the time of arrival, not 55 minutes later. We frequent this location amongst others and for a pizza place, we don’t expect five star treatment but I do believe customer service goes along way. Signed, starving pizza lover

The lunch buffet price must have went up, since I was charged $ 9.5(after tax) today. I thought their lunch buffet is $ 7.99 before tax, so I’m not sure how I was charged $ 9.5. When I asked for a receipt, I was given a hand written one with $ 9.5 per person, so I have no idea how much it is before tax. I thought it was a bit odd that the cashier wouldn’t print out a receipt from the computer. Anyway, I guess the new price must be the reason why there were so few customers eating the buffet compared to the past. In the past, all the tables and booths were filled. Today, there were only 7 people eating the buffet. For $ 9.5, I don’t think the lunch buffet is that worth it unless you are super super hungry.
