ChiLi Cheese Fries. Enough said. This pLace is aLL about cheap thriLLs and oiLy eats. I aLways find myseLf overLy enjoying the food whiLe I’m scarfing it down but end up find myseLf regretting the decision once I’m finished. LMAO. Sketchy neighborhood but I’ve been coming here off and on since middLe schooL so I guess it becomes the norm? Minus 1 star because the cheese on their food isn’t aLways meLted, in fact, sometimes it’s not meLted at aLL. BOOOOO!!!

Even though this place is fast food I wanted to try it out. It was terrible! I bought the cotton candy covered soft serve, and it was terrible! it was like a tar covered ice cream! The coating wasn’t even that good, it was too sweet, waxy, and sticky. The hot dogs are okay, but don’t ever get the ice cream– you’ll regret it!

Whenever I come back to California, I have to go to Der Wienderschnitzel. My mom used to reward my good grades with corn dogs, chili dogs and fries. Bad times were commiserated with corn dogs, chili dogs and fries. There used to be one in Milpitas, but it shut down last year and has since been replaced with a Starbucks. *gasps and clutches pearls* Yes, I had to find another Wienderschnitzel to go to. My favorite one is in downtown San Jose that is an outdoor only kind of thing — it’s horrible in the summer, winter and windy days. However, they always have the corn dogs cooked to perfection! While this Wienerschnitzel isn’t the best, it hits that corn dog, chili dog and french fry craving. The inside is exceptionally well-maintained and so very clean — it’s such a novelty for the bay area. The area is a bit sketch, but I’ll brave it for a corn dog. See you at Thanksgiving, Wienerschnitzel!

I like eating at this location because they have a clean comfortable place to eat inside. It’s normally pretty slow too so I get fast service. I like to take my daughter. The tables are pretty big too.

I’ve known and been going to this place since I was little, so, there’s a lot of childhood memories here. The service was friendly and fast –awesome combo –and the food was delicious! Today, I got the chili cheese fries and the chocolate sundae and both were really good –despite it being a hot day. The prices aren’t that bad either, which is great! Highly recommend it!

Well first I like to say that some may find the area sketchy, but I’ve grown up around here so the locations isn’t so much of a problem or a concern for me but once in a while there’s always a couple of sketchy figures now and then. And for the food it’s pretty okay depending on your taste buds or how hungry you are. If you expect food to be like a Five Star Course Meal, I suggest you go eat somewhere else lol. Like I said foods okay and also at cheap prices compared to the nearby Chipotle, BurgerKing, and a few others. It is what it is. I’d give it three stars just cause all the times I’ve gone there I had never had a problem with my order or lack of service.

I like this Wienerschnitzel by the 24 hour gym across the street from Home Town Buffet. Some of my gamer friends told me about it and took me there. It was cool. Now I go there sometimes and use the drive thru. I like there chili dogs and their ice cream sundaes. You might like it too.

Dog’gon it! When it comes to dogs they know how to do it. I say this because i am not a hotdog fan or aspire to be one so am basing this by observing the other customers gorging over their food while I was waiting for mine. When they do devour, they do devour… Maybe they’re hungry or maybe they just really liked hotdogs. We got the 10 chili dogs for $ 10.99, curly fries and then the drink. Kiddo didnt like the chili dogs and scraped the chili off it… As for me it wasn’t something I would order again either. The curly fries are awesome as usual because its curly fries. Food was OK, there were decent amount of people in the place so it wasn’t sad. Lighting was dimmer than other usual places. 2.5 for me.

The location of this Wienerschnitzel is definitely a little sketchy, right on the corner of Capitol and McKee. It’s in an old run down plaza next to a 24 Hour and some coffee shops. If you’re looking for decent fast food, I’d go as far as suggesting the Burger King located a little bit down the road. If what you want is fast food that satisfies your wallet and growling tummy,(definitely not your taste buds), feel free to walk or drive into this local establishment. My friend and I came here for a late night food run and got that 10 corn dogs or chili dogs for $ 5(or something along those lines) because we were feeling hungry and cheap. The food seemed appetizing at first, but once you take that first bite, you think twice about taking another. Their food has no taste or texture really. It’s actually kind of worse than store bought frozen food defrosted at home. How they managed to stay in business I’m not sure… Maybe because they have plenty of penny pinching people and broke teenagers.

Mayor and Crew keep you wanting to come back more and more. Love the service and cleanliness of restaurant. Can’t get enough of those Jalapeño Poppers for late night craving!

This Wienerschnitzel is located on the corner of Capitol Avenue and McKee road. This fast food establishment has the usual Wienerschnitzel menu. They have hot dogs, corn dogs, chili dogs, hamburgers, fries, and chicken sandwiches. The location of this fast food establishment is convenient to the gym where I work out. They do have a drive through which is a little more convenient. The hot dogs are pretty good. Sometimes I find that the two-for-one menu, has hotdogs or chili dogs which are not as tasty. The chili dogs make the bun hotdog comes on a little soggy. If you’re looking for good nutrition, this would not be the place to go. Hotdogs and chili dogs are high in calories compared to other choices on a fast few menu in other places. But, if you’re looking for a quick fix, something to take away the hunger, this would be the place to go. I gave this place three stars because of its location. The service is fair. The facility looks clean. But I just don’t like the taste the food very much. Try it and when you go there, tell them Karen sent you.

Omg I hate this place! First of all the girl at the drive in is an idiot. She over charged me for my order! Secondly she forgot my chili cheese fries which is the only reason why I would come here. Thirdly, I called to complain and guess what!!! No one picked up. What a waste of time and money. Don’t come to this one. Service sucks! Especially the girl at the drive in!

So glad I live close to this place. I always order the Chicago dog because it takes me back to my trip there. To tell you the truth, this Chicago dog is better than the famous Portillo’s! I also tried the bacon wrapped dog! Great texture and juicy. I like their buns! And of course, who can forget the famous chili cheese fries. The only thing is that sometimes you don’t get enough and sometimes you do. It’s very inconsistent. It’s nice how they always have coupons for their food. Great deals on Sunday paper!

Hey man, it’s fastfood hotdogs… what do you want? Pretty consistent, though I rarely visit. Good for hangovers and such, with such greasy artery clogging goodness to chase it out. Staff is always friendly, restroom and dining room kept clean. Not the best food in the world, but its cheap fast food. The last time I came in there was this elderly gentleman that had set up an elaborate display made of change. I complimented his art and asked to take a picture. He seemed happy to get some recognition and I will make sure to post the picture. That is a big win that the staff let’s him hang out after eating for what seems to make an older gentleman happy. We can all hope be treated as well when we are his age.

My Daughter loves hot dogs more so than corn dogs and we were across the street to get some basic essentials at Target. I was too lazy to go to Costco what w/the parking hassle and the crowd for just $ 1.50 doesn’t seem worth it. I was delighted to learn that they have a kid’s menu which is like $ 3.99 or something of that nature; comes w/fries, a hot dog, a drink, and a toy. The hot dog appears to be something I can easily put together at home, the fries have that body and texture like BK fries but it had no flavor to it(perhaps they forgot to season it?). The toy is a foam type of toy that broke in the car so I can’t comment on the durability of the toys but over all my Daughter enjoyed her little meal. Service was quick and rather friendly. I seemed to have gotten extra attention since I was wearing short shorts that day but at least I got my food and no harassment was involved — it’s all good.

Not a whole lot to complain about with Wienerschnitzel. The food is always pretty bombtastic, and this location is(thankfully) less stingy with the fries and cheese on their chili cheese fries. I especially love to go here for their chocolate dipped ice cream cones. YUM!

10 minutes after picking up 6 cupcakes, a couple of sweet rolls, lots of muffins, and a milkshake, I felt the need to really clog those arteries and headed to the Wienerschnitzel. Ah yes, the hot dog house shaped like a little Swiss ski shack. With tit’s glorious Foster’s Freeze and B grade meat, it was the perfect snack before heading on back home. I had the chili cheeseburger which ended up being a mistake on account of the many hard pieces of fat and gristle I encountered during my first bite. The chili cheese fries however are phenomenal! They rival Del Tacos chili cheese fries with the sour cream and onions on top. I have a special place for you in bottom of my clogged heart.
