OK, if you’re slammed, please don’t quote me that «Your order will be ready in 14 minutes» line. You know it’s going to take 30 minutes so please just tell me that. That’s OK. Don’t jerk me around. On top of that, and what prompted me to write this review is that I ordered 10 pieces and they gave me 8! I have the bones in their box to bring back to them but my wife reminded me; «You can’t argue with stupid». I’m not bringing back the bones. That is also stupid.

Okay, seriously, are you kidding me right now? CAJUN IS NOT MANGO HABANERO! I understand mistakes happen, but please do not put Mango Habanero onto my wings, then try to correct by covering with Cajun. Let’s be real here, does a customer want their mouth on fire because of your mistake? Not to mention, crummy customer service, and the drinks from my «Summer Boneless Bundle» were MIA. Get it together Wingstop!

Good food and clean restaurant! The workers here are pretty attentive but kind of rude at times. I come here all the time for lunch and I am never disappointed! :)
60 cent wings on Monday’s and Tuesday’s and also quick service!

The food may be OK, but this is one of the most unprofessional places I’ve ever been to for food.
I’m under the impression by the employees that these are high school dropouts, people who have been in jail, etc., so maybe they have a program to help people, but as great as that is (if that’s the reason), I still don’t find it acceptable.

Manny is one AMAZING dude. @wingstop you are SO lucky to have this guy on board. He runs that place like he owns it. Sweet, considerate, and always on his feet making it happen. @ management, I expect you to promote this guy. I know as a business owner, that’s the type
of person right there, I want working for me.

Awful awful experience. Don’t get me wrong I love Wingstop, but this Wingstop was terrible. The soda machine was broken, and we weren’t able to have a drink with our food. The wings were cold, and the fries were over done! I am very upset with my visit.

i door dashed this wingstop. i got my 40 piece combo yaaaaaaay! dry AF like they been sitting there under heated lights for an hour i did however enjoy the sauce that it was rolled in. they were so rough luckly i had a drink to chase them with. i must have got the last bunch of french fries cus they were all super tiny. who wants to eat 1 inch long french fries. then i notice my oven fresh bread –_​– rolls were missing along w my baked beans. ended up throwing half of the dried wings away and gave my french fries to my dogs. a hour later i received my rolls and beans my company and i were no longer interested in the sides. thanks door dash but no thanks wingstop on coleman 2 thumbs down! actually 8 since there was 4 of us

I tried several different Wingstops and this place USED to be my favorite location until today.
I was there at 11am. When I ordered, I had to repeat ’10 piece’ about 5 times to get the order straight from the manager. And, the soda machine didn’t work for about 15 min. My wings came out before soda machine was ready to serve the customers. When the soda machine finally worked, the carbonation was all over my hand. (–1 star)
They got the order wrong by giving me wrong sauces and seemed really rude about getting us the right ones. (–1 star)
I also noticed the wings were EXTREMELY SMALL, smaller than usual. So, I looked at my wings more closely and at least two to three drum sticks had NO MEAT attached. Literally, they fried chicken bones. So I showed the fried bones to the cashier and the staff repeated same thing. ’ It is the distrubutor’s fault.’(-2 star)
As a customer, who would want to hear the store blaming on another party? I personally believe the store should step up to take the responsibility and resolve the problem.
Not to mention the store floor had pieces of mop cloths every where. (–1 star)
Overall, I am really disappointed today and will not give more than one star for today’s service.

Not sure about this place. It takes a long time to get the food. The food is good not great. The fries are also just ok. Not sure if I will return. I guess so if I want an OK meal.

First off I love me hot wings! I made an order over the phone and the girl was super polite. When I got there she was super friendly, great customer service, especially at 10:28pm when I know ppl would be grumpy and over working. Just thought I’d give them a shout out !

My order was said to be ready at a certain time from an online order. I got there after that time and paid. The cashier had absolutely no customer service. She didn’t even tell me it wasn’t ready yet. I got my food about 15 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. It wouldn’t have bothered me that much had the cashier been a little more friendly and communicative. Also, the fries were unsalted when regular seasoning was specified.

This is the only wing stop I go to. Friendly service and food is prepared quickly! Parking isn’t even too bad since there are a lot of other places around. I really enjoy the food and service here!

This place bomb af. You gotta check it out if you in the mood for great fries and great wings. They got deals on Monday and Tuesday so even if yo brokeass is craving. Their soda machine is supes on point with every flavor in the world in it, like they got Fanta Lime. That is on point omg.
but yeah come thru if you craving for American af wings. Garlic Parmesan is the best flavor.

We love the variety of available flavors for chicken wings (regular and boneless) and fries (parmesan, lemon pepper, etc.)! Note that it will take some time for you to receive your food after placing your order. They actually fry and flavor the chicken wings as requested!
So, if you want a fast food joint that serves good wings, come to this chain!

I had to wait an additional 40 minutes for wings tonight. Simple order, one I have placed a thousand times before. This is THE WORST wingstop I have ever dealt with and I order Wingstop nearly weekly for football.

Came here tonight for our very Last minute dinner pLans. I was surprised by how busy it was especiaLLy since it was a Tuesday evening.
We ordered:
GarLic Parmesan Wings
Lemon Pepper Wings
Seasoned French Fries
Veggie Sticks
Fresh Baked RoLL (1)
Food came out quicker than I expected even though there was an abundance of orders to be fiLLed. They were definiteLy whipping it out & cranking it fuLL throttLe in the kitchen.
QuaLity and taste of the food was great– not a singLe compLaint. My fiancé and I came in starving and Left absoLuteLy uncomfortabLe (and I mean that in the BEST way possibLe). Two thumbs up in my eyes!

My kids and I come here all the time. Their boneless chicken and with bones aren’t so bad at all. I like their lemon peppered and garlic parmesan chicken. And my kids loved their Cajun and Louisiana boneless and they always make it crispier on mine… I have always like this shopping center and im glad wing stop is on this location too and i love their seating outside. I gave them a four stars cause of the high price. As long as they don’t do much of their chicken, we will keep eating here. BTW, what’s with the new Korean Chicken? I’m not a fan of anything sweet so not sure if I will ever try that just like their Hawaiian are too sweet too.

Super quick online ordering and pick up. Order was exactly right and ready for me when I arrived, still piping hot.
Wing stop doesn’t wow on the flavor for me anymore, but I knew what I was getting myself into. A+ service.

Korean hot wing with honey and Sriracha chili glaze? You must be kidding. If you don’t know how to make Korean hot wings, do some research or visit Bön Chon Chicken. Your chicken wings were dry while glaze was too sweet and overpowered the chicken flavor.
Btw, Korean use Gochujang for hot wings, not Sriracha chili which is used by Vietnamese to flavor the chicken wings.

I haven’t had wings in a super long time and the last place I had them was Buffalo Wild Wings. Seeing that Wingstop was closer, I decided to try them out.
It’s conveniently located in the same plaza as Target. It’s right next to a number of other places you could eat. I walked in and was greeted with the employees and was helped immediately. It was my first time there and the employee helped me out and asked for her suggestion.
I ordered the 10 piece combo which came with fries and a drink. I got it to go and waited for about 5 minutes for my order. The restaurant itself was comfortable with a seating for about a couple dozen so it’s not too big.
The wings itself were tasty. I personally loved it more than Buffalo Wild Wings. I got the Louisiana Hot and Lemon Pepper flavoring on my wings and I highly suggest it. Their fries were quite tasty too!
If you want something quick and something to fill you up, I suggest going here! The prices are pretty reasonable as well!
