Pizza Hut

Good customer service but very poor food quality. I ordered online for carryout and reached restaurant early. The staff greeted me very nicely and said it will take a few minutes for my pizza to be ready. Waited for less than five minutes and got the pizza. Reached home in 15 minutes and found pizza to be cold, soggy and oozing water into the box. Unfortunately very poor quality food. The staff were cheerful and very nice though.

Last time I ordered a pizza they were an hour and a half late after the time promised. Eduardo who I kept calling promised me a $ 20 credit for the inconvenience and because the other driver made me late for school. So now I call back and because this «new» manager francisco had no knowedge of this my credit my $ 20 is invalid. The driver who had the piercings in her cheeks took that long to drive a mile. Horrible customer service and horrible manager for being so rude and fighting with me over$ 20.

A week ago I ordered 4 pizzas for some guests and the kids. Took 2 ½ hours to arrive. They kept telling me it was almost here and it obviously was not. By the time it arrived everyone had left and I was stuck with 4 pizzas. I was furious so I called and spoke with a woman who claimed to be the manager. She said she would credit my account $ 20 for the inconvenience. I felt a little better but was still bothered.
Today, a week and a half later I call up to order and I am told I have no credit after I had driven down to pizza hut and we had confirmed the credit. As soon as I arrived there was no credit. The manager Emanuel was extremely rude and unpleasant. I could not believe the service I recieved and I told him I would Unilocal him and call corporate as he laughed in my face. Horrible service and I will never return as well as tell everyone and let Facebook know how disrespectful the employees are at that location. Bye bye pizza hut, hello round table!

My husband was at work so he ordered me pizza for lunch to be delivered because I’m very pregnant and it’s hard for me to get around anymore. The reason why delivery is so nice for me is I don’t have to walk down stairs or drive somewhere ect… However this was not the case. The delivery lady called me and couldn’t figure out the call box to open the apartment gates, so I walked down to let her in. When I got down stairs she wasn’t even there. So I went back upstairs, called her and asked where she was. She sounded very confused when I asked if she was at my right address and then said she would be here in two mins. So I went back down stairs and stood there for a good 15mins waiting for her… when she finally came my order was already 30mins late. I understand she might of been having a bad day but it was very inconvenient for me and I won’t be ordering pizza from here again for delivery.

Great service, never have to wait, order is right every time.

Ordered online. Paid upon delivery. I was even complimented on my green eyes. :) Everything was hot and fresh. The way it should be!

It’s alright I don’t really expect high class service from Pizza Hut. Pizza is alright and I never had a problem with delivery time, it always arrives in the time frame they give me. The problems I have is that they don’t honor their online deals or coupons. Also they can never find my apartment number.

Delivery was perfect and fast. The driver knew the area and eas very friendly. Pizza was very fresh and hot. Will order again

Although this particular location is in a sketchy spot and guys pee in the bushes right there in front of you while you are walking out of the door with your pizza, and the co-​workers all look and act a little rough around the edges… I have to say I am really liking Pizza Huts new menu and their yummy hand tossed and skinny pizza’s. I love that you can build your pizza any way you want, with fresh spinach, peppers and other items you don’t normally see on a pizza.
Before trying Pizza Hut at a friends house a couple months ago, it had been years since Ive had Pizza Hut pizza, cause of the old greasy crust reputation. But now that they have changed their menu up a little… I have now ordered pizza from Pizza Hut for myself and my family.
This is a pick-​up and delivery location only… there is no dining area.
Would definitely come back.

what the fuck man… The front desk lady was nice, but I ordered 2 three-​topping pizzas. One was Ham, Pineapple and JALAPENOS. they forgot the damn jalapeños, and shame on me that I didn’t check in the store. UGH

Never calling this place again. Placed an order and gave them my name number and address for delivery, two hours later no delivery not even a call, their driver got in an accident, ok that’s fine, they said they would make a new pizza and deliver within 30 min, another hour goes by and a total of 3 hrs waiting, called back to see why our order was not delivered now someone else says someone, Not Us, called and changed the address, REALLY? All excuses and poor custom service. Way to ruin a good night.

I ordered the new bacon and cheese stuffed crust pizza. Once I made it to the crust of the first piece, something seemed off. The flavor was, for lack of a better word, weird. I took a closer look at it in the sunlight and the bacon bits were gray, and the consistency of the cheese was difficult to put into words… This stuffed dough had turned. I called the store to comment and was instructed to write my complaint on the comment section of the receipt and send it in. I said that is not acceptable and that I wanted some sort of reimbursement. I was immediately and rudely placed on hold. Five minutes later I decided to just drive the pizza back to the store and deal with it there. Meanwhile I stayed on hold, and 25 minutes later as I was pulling in to the parking lot they finally picked back up.
My experience inside the store was not any better. After explaining again and showing the evidence to another employee, his response was «ok is there a problem?». Are you kidding me?! Finally they called the manager to process my refund. The only bright side to all of this is that the incompetent employee who put me on hold for 30 minutes refunded me an extra ten dollars by incorrectly giving me a $ 20 instead of a $ 10.
Never again!

I order pizza for office lunches because it’s simple it’s easy and it’s convenient. I’m not looking for amazing taste if I was I wouldn’t order from Pizza Hut. I am however looking for you to be somewhat on time! I wish they had that if it’s late it’s free program because I would never EVER have to pay for pizza from this place! It should not take 2 hours to deliver pizza to a location 5 minutes away!!! This isn’t an isolated incident. Every time this place delivers ridiculously later than expected. What kind of lunch service do you expect to run if you can’t get pizza to a customer in two hours! I COULD BE MOST OF THE WAY TO LA BY NOW!

The Worst Pizza Hut I Have Ever Been To. Called My Order In And They Told Me It Will Be 20min Till The Pizza’s Are Ready, Got There About 30min After I Called And My Pizza’s Weren’t Ready. Manager Was Rude, A real B***h. I Wouldn’t Come To This Pizza Hut Again. Go Somewhere Else. I Recommend Going To The Keyes And 2^nd St.

What can I say? It’s Pizza Hut. It’s not meant to be some artisinally crafted, wood-​fired, high-​falutin hipster pizza made with arugula, strawberry-​garlic confit, and squid foam. Nope, this is order-​a-​large-​pizza-​and-​open-​a-​bottle-​of-​two-​buck-​chuck-​hang-​out-​with-​the-​wife pizza.
Thanks to this location, I can have said pizza within about 35 minutes of whenever the craving strikes (and of course, the two-​buck chuck is always on hand!).
For those complaining about the store not honoring the national promotions, I have a very helpful tip:
1. Sign up for the pizza hut deal news email list.
2. Get the coupon codes from the promo emails
3. Order online (or through the app), and enter the coupon code.
I have never had a problem getting the national promotion deals this way, and they’ve always served me with the same smile as they do when I don’t use coupons.
I’m sure I will lose some Unilocal cred by giving Pizza Hut four stars. But who cares? It’s good, and we both know it. At least I’m man enough to admit it!

I live across the street from this place. Sometimes I’m lazy. I’m not that lazy, I don’t get delivery B). When I’m lazy I get pizza. I order it online. I also subscribe to the Pizza Hut club so sometimes pizzas are less than $ 10. recent deal was 3-​topping for $ 8 i believe. The pizza is ok… the cheese is a little funny, they’re sometimes pretty skimpy on toppings. Would suggest Got2Go pizza on San Carlos if u want to spend just a little more money for really good quality.
Mostly it’s just the convenience of the location for us.

I really wish I could say something nice about my local Pizza Hut but I can’t. They don’t honor the advertised deals… instead noting that they are «independently owned». The owner of this business may need to go back to corporate for further training in how a franchise is supposed to work.

Don’t bother ordering your pizzas for delivery if you live pretty damn close to a Pizza Hut. You save money ordering carryout and you get your order within 15 – 20 minutes rather than an hour or more.
Got ourselves a nice large ½ and ½ pizza with some cheese sticks. I love how consistent Pizza Hut is. Their crust has always been buttery with the right amount of chew (even when you reheat that ish up the next day in the microwave).
If you want good carryout pizza with the best crust go for PHut, not Dominos.

I probably wouldn’t return here for a pizza.
I love Pizza Hut Pan Pizza. When made right I think it’s one of the best chain pizzas available out there.
One day I was hungry for pizza. I placed an order online right before I left work since it takes me about ½ hour to get home. I arrived at the Pizza Hut to be told they made my pizza with jalapeños instead of pineapple. I don’t know how you could confuse the two, but they did. So they said they had to make a new one. They were unapologetic. They just told me they messed up until I had to say I didn’t want a pizza full of jalapeños. Only then did they explain they were making a new one. They then asked what I wanted: a two-​liter, breadsticks, etc. I told them I didn’t order any of that. They then told me oh, it’s free. I said I’d take a two-​liter, I guess.
It took another 20 minutes for my other pizza to arrive. Mistakes happen, but this seemed like a really stupid, lazy mistake. I should have just walked out but I was hungry and didn’t realize it would take so long. I ordered online since I thought it would be less likely to mess up. I think the store should have given me the pizza for free since I had to wait. Maybe if they do that a few times they’ll get the orders right more often.
I don’t want to come back again. I can’t trust them that they won’t mess up my pizza again and I’ll get stuck waiting.
