Wingstop

We love Wingstop! We usually order by phone to avoid a wait at the restaurant. It was nice to see our order correctly made. The food is good and it’s a nice treat to have every once in a while.

25 minutes wait for a take-​out order, and the place is half empty — are you kidding me?
What’s worse: they told us about the wait _​after_​we paid!

Sad I love wings stop too but I will never return to this one… To many times have there computers been not working and employees been screaming at each other. This place is a wreck. Don’t got to many good options neer by

I ordered classic wings from here so you can imagine my disappointment when I made my request online and opened the bag when I got home to find boneless wings. How frustrating.

This woman behind the counter needs to be fired. Slamming people’s orders on the counter when they come up to receive their order is not how you treat a paying customer. Me and this cashier had no issues during our visit but here’s what I don’t get. It’s either the owners don’t know what’s going on or they don’t care.
This place used to be my favorite wingstop especially since it was I think the first one in my area. This place used to be clean and fast when it came to service. Today I walk in and right away we got an attitude. We then walk up and proceed to order we would get talked to with an ugly attitude. When I went to sit down There was only 4 tables In use and all the other tables were dirty and had dipping sauce and trash on almost all of them. I then started noticing how dirty the place was. Floor was sticky and very dirty. The front counter and soda machine had grease finger marks everywhere. You could definitely tell it had not been Clean in a while. I live 5 mins away from this location and will not be back i I’ll drive my butt to another location.
Oh yeah don’t worget about the 28 min wait. They’re not joking either… this place needs either new management or close it doors. This location is no longer a good promoting location for wingstop and brings a bad image to the type of service you should be provided. A nice smile and hello oils have made this Unilocal review slot better but after sitting here at the table watching her have attitude with every customer she come in contact with either in person or on the phone. I will not be back!

As mosy reviewers said, it takes awhile for them to give you your order. But i guess thats expected for a wing place where people order 30+ wings in 3 different flavors.
I really enjoy ther lemon pepper, garlic parmesean, and hot buffalo. Ive also liked their chile lime, but that was for only a limited time.

The kids were hungry and requested Wingstop. We drove the extra distance to go to this location since the new location on Cottle closer to our house has been messing up our orders recently.
When we arrived, there were no inside tables available and we waited for most of the 26 minutes of cooking time before we got a table to sit down at. I ordered extra seasoning on the lemon pepper wings as well as the fries. Our order arrived over cooked, completely bone dry, and with almost no seasoning on either the wings or fries. The Original Hot wings were somehow cold. The kids were so hungry and we waited so long for the food that we didn’t bother to send the items back — all so we could wait for another 20+ minutes to get a new order.
Seems like a bad trend in both the Wingstops we go to; pretty poor experience. It can’t be that hard to deep fry some wings and fries and shake some seasoning on top…

The service was quick and the people there were really nice and friendly!

Ordered three simple combos, cashier says 26 minute wait, an hour later they tell me it’s not ready, no apology, all I got was, «it’s being prepared»

Like any other normal Wingstop except 10x more slow smh. The one in Milpitas I would say is way faster and still taste delicious.

I like Wingstop. Just not this location. I placed an online order for takeout at 12:20. I walked into the location at 12:50 to pay, only to discover that the cashier had not even placed my order into the system. I would understand if I still had to wait a little longer for my order to be completed, but they did not even begin it, when the order was supposed to be ready at about the time I showed up. This happened two times already in the past month. I’m not going to this location any more.

I ordered eight chicken wings combo with ranch. (Lemon pepper and original hot.) I ordered first before everyone else came after at 9:00pm. My order didnt came out but others order did and they order more chicken than I do. (Why does this happen whenever I come to this location near my house?) I waited twenty — five minutes for my overcooked sticky fries. (All of the fries stuck together; In a bundle.) Also my equal four pieces of flavor chicken that they didnt add a lot of flavoring to. The cashier keeps on reminding my food is about to be out in five minutes. (But five minutes been out the door several times she warn me… Which ended me not caring to listen.) Food is alright. I wish hopefully they can do first come and first to get their order.

My first time visiting this wingstop since it was the easiest location to get to before I got to work. I had placed an online order here about 2 hours prior to when I wanted to pick it up because I wanted to be in and out.
When I got there I told them I was there to pick up an order. When the cashier looked up my order for my stated time she said I ordered garlic parmesan when I ordered lemon pepper. She looked up in the system and there only that order. I’m not sure how they would mix it up since I ordered online and selected lemon pepper…
She walks over to the manager (or at least that’s who the cashier said she was going to talk to) who then fixes my order and gives me the right wings.
Minus for the mix up but plus to the guy who fixed my order really quick. I probably won’t order online unless I have to but I’m willing to give this place one more chance.

Great stop for wings anytime of the day during the week. Place can get quite busy but the most I’ve ever waited was 15 – 20 minutes. If you want to skip the lines you can order online or over the phone and pick up when it’s ready. They also have boneless as an option now too! I always order a combo which comes with a side of dipping sauce, fries, a medium drink and how many wings you want. I always get original hot, lemon pepper, or Parmesan garlic.

Great stop for wings no matter the hour.

1 — 6 boneless wing combo (Lemon and BBQ) with side of fries
Lemon wings weren’t anything special. Definitely a safe, fall-​back. Would of enjoyed a little stronger lemon taste to compliment the pepper.
Disclaimer: I’m a fan all things BBQ and these wings didn’t disappoint. They aren’t gonna be like your wings from the South but it gets the job done. Dunked in a little bit of ranch on the side and they are ready to go!
The sugar-​topped fries are always a treat. This side order covered its bases with an even ratio of crispy and fair-​fried fries. There is a freshness in every bite, maybe from potato skins still on the fries or because every fry doesn’t appear to be a machine clone of one another. Hard to ever go wrong with the fries at WingStop.
1 — 5 boneless wing add on (Louisiana Rub)
Had a tangy kick with a mild spice. A little on the oily side but the little crispiness worked well.
Customer Service:
Was greeted by a smile and was helpful when ordering. I went with my girlfriend and we didn’t want to order two combos (late night snack). The cashier suggested adding 5 wings for $ 3.49. This was perfect compared to ordering another combo of 6 wings for $ 8.49.
TL&DR:
Will come back for their great customer service, wings, and large assortment of fountain drinks.

Waited over an hr for our wings to show up because they gave our food to other people and the employees didn’t seem genuinely sorry about that. The only reason why we waited was because we already paid for the food. Never again will I come to this wingstop. The only reason why I gave it two stars was because the wings are good.
P. s. they didn’t rush our order to the front so we waited some more.

Ugh… it’s father’s day and my dad was so disappointed when I came home with his chicken wings. He wanted lemon pepper wings so I ordered 50 pieces only to be disgusted and disappointed on how undercooked and not fried to a golden crisp… there’s was NO CRISP nor was it GOLDEN!!!
I had to pan fry the wings and give it the golden crisp it was missing. My poor dad had to wait another 20 minutes to eat. Thanks wing stop! If they needed some help cooking chicken wings they should have called me sooner so I can press the additional «10mins» button for them. Train your cooks and don’t rush! I won’t be coming to this location for a while.

My gf and I were craving for some chicken wings. When we arrived, there wasn’t anyone at the register. I figured because there was no line and they were in the back somewhere chit chatting. I must had waited about 2 minutes!
Finally she arrived and took our order. We ordered the 15 classic chicken wings — lemon pepper and parmesan with fries. The wait was about 24 minutes and I knew I should had ordered on the phone. When he called my name that my order was ready, he asked what I ordered. I was like really? You really need to ask that. He thought it was funny, but I did not find it hilarious.
After we were done, we needed a bag for the fries to go. I stand there for a few minutes and no one even notice. Serious? I’m never coming to this location again.

I must say every time I come to this location
the service is great and the food is delicious,
hot, and the wait time is not long. The service is good. My favorite is the lemon pepper and I have never gotten sick but want more, more.
