Order the Tuesday deal which came with 2 pastas, either marinara or chicken Alfredo, which includes breadsticks for only $ 10.88 for carry out. It took them about 15 minutes to make it. The process was nice overall. This location doesn’t have any seats so I’d recommend carry out or delivery.

We never received our pizza, our order was promised at 1117 pm. Don’t ever bother ordering anything from this branch. Don’t waste your time or money. No call, I rather order through door dash.

This review is for Brenda, my boyfriend and I went in to pick up our pizza before we went to the drive-​ins. We ordered a large pepperoni, pasta, and some wings. Brenda made sure we had plates, forks, cheese/​peppers, everything that should come with what we ordered.
I know this is stuff that should already come with the order, but most times they forget. We were very happy she remembered and she was very nice.

My dad and I ordered a large for $ 15 but it turned out looking like a medium. Dad said he younger dude was really polite but when we passed through the side door I saw them laughing. I looked up how big the sizes are and I guess a 15 inch is their large. So dear pizza hut… Step up your damn game. It’s a joke!

I would give no star if i can. Service is horrible! Waited over a hour then decided to call. Apparently they cancel my order and said we call you but no answer. I DIDN’T GET A CALL

No stars if I can… Made an online order and waited a whole hour an didn’t hear from them. Called the place and they said they called our # twice but no one picked up (ummm obviously they didn’t)… so they cancelled our order. didn’t get no apologies the only thing they said was they can put in another order which will take another hour… at least send an email confirmation to state the order was cancelled?.. ummm they said they don’t do that. then what’s the point of giving out our email? My bf got upset and called for their manager which is the same bimbo who said the exact same thing. He let her have it. HORRIBLE customer service ever!!!

My special request was rudely denied on the phone and without even asking the manager the employee decided to take it upon herself to make a decision for the establishment stating they do not draw or write anything on the box even if the customer requests it. She ended the conversation with «Do you want it or not?» in a very rude tone of voice. Not only that but after confirming that we did want it we hung up and she called back yet again to say «So do you want it??» again very sarcastically and annoyed.
^ Isnt it weird how others have had no problems getting their special instructions followed? Yet this lowly grunt of an employee states they don’t.

Horrible service! They told me wait time was 35 minutes and took an hour! Pizza was cold! I called manager and got my money refunded but then he said if he was a dick i wouldnt get anything back! Jesus is his name!!!

Come they tell me 30 to 45 mins and it has been over an hour there is no way it should take that long even with a few places to stop worse place for delivery

My boyfriend ordered a pepperoni lover’s dinner box. I admit it was bad timing, considering the fact that today was the night of the big fight of the century. I understand that it would be quite a busy night for a popular pizza place like this establishment, but the wait for the delivery was 2 hours long! We called 3 times within the 2 hour waiting time and the employee on the line kept stalling. When the food finally arrived, we decided to let it go, until we realized that we were given the wrong pizza — it was a supreme instead of pepperoni… The manager was asked to be put on the line, but we were placed on hold for far too long. I am hoping this will not become a reoccurring issue.

Ordered on-​line. Food was supposed to be here 55 minutes ago. I’ll be requesting a refund. And apparently eating an over-​ripe banana for dinner, since that’s the only food in my house.
Update– I called and spoke with «Brenda» who claims the order was canceled… no apologies, no concern that her team screwed up. If they’re going to cancel an order, they should contact the customer, not leave them hanging indefinitely.

My family decided to order 2 large pizzas for Superbowl 49. I ordered online for the 1^st time and it was pretty easy than I imagine.
1^st pizza — BBQ
2^nd pizza — Chicken Parmesan
There was a countdown on the website after the order was confirmed… I say about 40 mins.
Good thing the delivery guy made in 35 mins. He did a really good job so I gave him a good tip.

I got really mad at this because they took about 25 minutes to get the pizza and when I got my pizza there’s a hair in it. Very disappointed

I always enjoyed Pizza Hut only because of their crust. I love the crust because I love cheese. I always get the large with pineapple and chicken/​sausage. I wanted to try something new– the bacon and cheese crust. Yum right?
No. Hardly any bacon. More like bacon bits actually. Hardly any cheese in the crust which was a bummer. I didn’t complain tho, considering that me and my boyfriend dug in and ate most of it.
I will not get the bacon crust again.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. They always make sure that every customer gets the right order. When ever I go visit my friend I always order my pizza at this place.

Pretty pod in terms of I ordered online via Unilocal,they said it would be ready in 15, I went in 20 to pick up 2 large pizzas, 2 cinnastix and 2 2liters. Thank you, we were starving after a long day of yard work!

I usually get my food delivered from this location and they always take forever! One time I waited almost 2 hours for my food and when it finally did arrive, it was all cold. I would give this location 2 stars, but they do deliver, which is a plus for days when I’m too lazy to drive…

Watch out for asking to get your pizza as requested. The first time they messed up my pizza it was like pulling teeth to get compensated for their wrong doing when I was clearly stated on the instructions. — — — — — — –CAUTION — — — — — — — -

As I called back and requested and original pan pizza because I wasn’t satisfied (actually didn’t like it at all) the manager Jesus informed me that I could only get it tonight and had to drive over there and it could not be delivered. bI was very disappointed and felt cheated and deceived! Come to find out the information the manager gave me was false. He made me feel like a crook saying to me «ok if you just want a free pizza I’ll give it to you». WHOA! Unbelievable. Oh and another thing when I requested for my new pan pizza to be crispy and not soggy, as it usually comes (I learned from my first order here) he replied there’s no way I can make it crispy. I can’t pick up the pizza with my hands right out the oven to see if it’s crispy. Geez– I think they should call the White Rd Pizza Hut and gets some tips on how they make their pizza’s crispy. Kudos White Rd Pizza Hut! Anyhow, my pizza arrived and it was delicious but not as crispy as I wanted the crust to be but still yummy! There’s no other pan pizza that compares! :)

Never had any major problems ordering here for the past 10+ years. I usually always have it delivered but lately I’ve just been carrying it out to save a few bucks.
Location sucks. you have to park in the back and walk around to the front of it. there’s no dining room. it’s just a small little area where you pay and pick up your pizza.
I think the pizza here tastes better than all the other pizza franchises I’ve tried so that’s why I keep going back!
Only problems here are that they do not have any paper plates for you. and their p’zone sucks. I expected the p’zone to be like a big fat hot pocket but less fatty. I was wrong. Way too much bread in it and the marinara sauce is on the side (I rather have it in the p’zone) and the p’zone wasn’t really stuffed with meat and cheese. I tasted more bread than anything.
Another warning: if you’re ordering a lot of pizza for a party or something. expect like 4 phone calls from different people to confirm that you’re actually going to come and purchase the pizzas. I ordered 5 pizzas for a small get together and within 5 minutes of placing my order, I got my first call to confirm. I had another one before I guess they baked it. and 2 more when they finished. I was grocery shopping and was going to stop by the place on the way home, but I guess they didn’t trust me.

We were thinking of ideas for our Saturday family dinner, and we decided to take advantage of the $ 10 large pizza offer. This was the closest place to my aunt’s house by far. After seeing other Unilocal reviews, I kept my expectations low, so this was better than expected.
I ordered online about an hour in advance and got there about 10 minutes after the designated time. They certainly had the pizzas ready, and they gave us plenty of extra crushed peppers and parmesan cheese when we asked. They didn’t have paper plates, unfortunately.
The super supreme pizza was pretty good. Kinda skimpy on the bell peppers and onions, but there was enough meat to go around. The chicken supreme seemed lack chicken, unfortunately.
Overall, they did the job.
