Round Table Pizza

This place deserves 0 stars! The girl that helped us was gross! She was sitting at a table eating when we walked in. She went behind the counter and took our order. Her fingers were full of dried dough, and dirty! She took our money and proceeded to go make our pizza dough with the filthy dirty gross hands!!! Needless to say we canceled our order and left!
Disgusting

It has poor service, the pizza isn’t as good as before, if you order more than two pizzas you’ll get one pizza after 10 minutes then you have to wait another 20 minutes for the other pizza. They need to clean the plates better because when I received them it still had food from previous customers. Not to mention that there’s only one person making the pizza.

I ordered a medium pizza for delivery. It not only tool them about an hour and a half to get me my pizza but when i t arrived it was cold. Not to mention I live about a half a mile from this location. I will never do that again. $ 30 for a bad experience. Lesson learned.

No is the first time this place made mistakes or come late to may please cm 1hr 30 min deliver and in top wrong pizza Dave M you have one job pick up phone and more shore get the right order … May order is Hawaiian pizza no cheese pizza

I would give it 4 stars for the pizza because I thought it tasted good and I love pizza ha (I woke up from a nap just to eat this pizza that’s how dedicated I am to pizza). But I guess for the ambiance, it’s like a 2 – 3 stars since it isn’t the prettiest place, but it’s clean enough and big (I kind of thought I was at a Chuck E Cheese… ha).
Came here just to get our pizza fix because we passed by another Round Table the other day and it smelled so good that we just eventually had to eat Round Table ha. Ordered a large pizza that was half BBQ chicken and half combination, both were good. The crust was really good for some reason… very crispy. It took 20 minutes to bake, we didn’t order ahead of time. Also got a pitcher of beer to drink which was really cheap.
We watched the football game and there were others there to watch. The customers were very friendly as everyone shouted at the Cowboys ha.
Sidenote: The worker was nice because he gave me ranch and bbq sauce.

I have ordered here several times because it’s close to my house, but I avoid it WHENEVER possible.
Every time I go into this round table, the employees are sweaty, unclean looking, and incredibly unprofessional. Especially the guy working the cash register, who you will find frequently outside smoking like a chimney (but you’ll never see him wash his hands!). Calling over the phone, nobody is ever polite or informative.
2 weeks ago I order a large italian garlic supreme to go. I get home, find out that there are no green onions. I call the store, the gentlemen informs me that «We out till tomorrow.»
If you don’t have all the ingredients to make a pizza, let the customer know. Before they get home with their incomplete pizza.
The next time I ordered the same pizza, they left my onions off again. I discovered this before I got out the door this time, thankfully. The guy working the kitchen reaches in and drops a handful of green onions on my pizza, and I ask him about the last time they were «out» of onions. Turns out they weren’t last time! And the guy up front just straight lied to me.
I loooove round table and rarely do I have a bad thing to say about their brand, but this location serves the company and its customers in the south bay very poorly.

I ordered three pizzas over the phone and was told they’d be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived after 30 minutes to find that they forgot to make one of the pizzas. They they tried to covertly make the pizza and stick it in the oven without providing a reason for the delay, but I knew. At least offer me a free beverage while I’m waiting.

Horrible service. First they said 15 minutes on the phone I came in at 16. Now they said it’ll be another seven minutes. So basically these ex cons and retards don’t know how to tell time.

Horrible service. Called at 9pm and was on hold for nearly 10 minutes. When the guy came back on the line, he asks if the order was for pick-​up or delivery and I answered with delivery. He then tells me «actually, we’re not delivering anymore. We stop delivery an hour before closing». Wow, well that would have been nice to know before holding for close to 10 minutes. The other two times I’ve ordered from here, the service was crappy as well. The first time, we picked up our phone-​in order and dealt with staff that could have cared less if we actually got our pizza before Christmas (in other words, they were extremely slow). I’ve never had to deal with this bad of service at Round Table when I used to live up on the peninsula. It’s like night and day down here.

Food is good. Customer service on the other hand sucks! A employee who worked there told the table next to us to dump the soda. That all the cups where the same and That they weren’t allowed to get soda since they didn’t pay for it. He made them dump it.

Horrible service !!! I love the pizza but too bad the service makes us not want to come back ever !!!

This Round Table Literally stinks. i walked in and it already had a funny smell to it. This place needs some air ventilation.
Lack of customer service and very pricey.

My problem was not with the staff, but the smell. The place stank like a toilet, towards the back half. The inside was old and worn down. Carpet nasty. Would be scared to eat in there again. The worst run down RT I have ever been to… period!

This place has very bad customer service. The waiter does not say thank you and does not even care. This place certainly have bad management since their employees act this way. But overall, good pizza lol.

Mr. Zane M., very rude and unwell trained customer service: never say THANK or even look at customers while taking orders, give F***k word while taking call-​in orders, untighten hair, unshaved beard. If you want to be treated like Sh! t, come and see Mr. Zane. No shame! The rest of staffs are very nice as I observed, rountd table pizzas are always good. I still go for Round table pizza, but ABSOLUTELY NOT THIS STORE. Health department need to check this store.

There was a lot of hair in our pizza which we had to send back. These dudes are super hairy and don’t wear hairnets or beardnets. Also, the beer is expensive…

On the contrary of a lot of common reviews here, I actually had a pretty good experience! When phoning in for my order it was a bit difficult because I had poor reception in my house, but my order was heard accurately, and I was given a 45 minute window to work against.
I got there about 40 minutes to the timer and got my food about 5 minutes afterwards, to yeah, 45 minutes to the minute was surprisingly accurate!
Quality is great, price was great! AND Wednesday orders have a small discount!

It was the most disgusting place ever. The employees were so dirty looking. One guy walking out from the back walked scratching his balls then picked at them. Another women looked homeless with a dirty ass tshirt. None of them washed their hands after handling money then prepared pizzas. The cashier heavy set guy was rude as hell. And to top it off they messed up our order. And the bathrooms were worse than a port a potty. Never again.

Terrible customer service! Extremely rude on the phone. Didn’t seem like he wanted or cared to have business. If I were the manager of this location I would seriously do a crack down on poor service.

We placed an order for pick up, and right when we got there they were like «we don’t have an order under that name» so we left to confirm on the phone with my boyfriends dad if we were at the right place. We confirmed everything and went back and the guy still said we didn’t have an order there. So my bfs dad called while we were in there & it turns out that they had the order all along. They just put it under a different name and a different phone number (like seriously? Get it together)
And this place is dirty
