I had cockroaches coming into the garages in my duplex in Campbell. I contacted Mike and he was able to come out pretty quickly. He was thorough and professional. His price was reasonable. I would definitely use him again.

I was able to find Mike and make an appointment with him. It seemed he was very busy and lots of customers that he has missed my voice messages.
He came within the time-​frame he had promised and we walked through the backyard as well as garage. He made some good suggestions regarding possible holes that rat/​mouse can get in. The next spray would be after rain season (noways, rain is fancy wish) and my contract stil is valid for the quarterly treatment.
For the above reasons, I am upgrading my review to 4 stars.

Just an update which I should’ve done months ago. I got the tiny little flour beatles back and I did call. Guess what happened? He never called me back, never showed up and we moved out a month later which took care of it.

I’ve been a customer for the past year, and Budget Pest Control deserves these 5 stars. Since my first call to perform scheduled maintenance on my restaurant, Mike, has always provided first-​class service — he’s honest and legitimate, and has never suggested unnecessary work. He takes time to explain, and puts any fears at ease, simply by telling me that he’s going to take care of it. And at the end of the day, Mike takes care of it.
