Love this Place! had a very good experience overall great customer service! Workers where Luis and didn’t really see the other workers name but was also a guy who treated me and my family really good even packed our yogurts for us as I was pulling out my money to pay! Place was really clean! Definitely coming here again!

It’s a small place. Employees here are very careless. Asked for a sample cup and they don’t do samples.
Had points to get a free yogurt. I don’t know what they did but the points came to zero. Recklessly he said I donno and never gave my points back.
Careless people. Sometimes card machine does not work. Cash only!
There is always some problem.
But at the end it’s just a yogurt place. No fancy flavours. Go try and find the flavour your taste buds like.

Walked in a night where it was super busy, cashier was a girl who didn’t even say hi. All machines were empty except one. She was also on her phone as we were in line. Worst service ever.

The frozen yogurt here is like all the other frozen yogurts at other Yogurtlands. After all it is a franchise. It’s not a horrible place but the customer service is always lacking.

Not coming here again! I walked in and saw a tremendous amount of people. Worst of all, the floor and tables are disgusting and sticky. Not what yogurt land is about!

9：55pm， Friday night… got the parking right in front, one girl sweeping, one guy on cashier, yogurtland umbrellas already folded up: closes at 10pm. Paid with credit card. Espresso Float yogurt flavor tasted not good, made the entire yogurt too sour (got the plain tart and espresso; added mochi and reeses topping).

This fucking place. We were in the lobby for over five minutes and nobody came out to greet us. We were having a hard time getting any of the flavors we wanted as well. We were getting close to leaving while I was talking incredibly loud for my voice to echo through the whole building with still no aid from employees. We thought they were closed. The employees working were MAY and the other woman didn’t have her name tag on. They came out and suddenly wanted to do their job. Sorry sweetheart. My service was lost when you were too busy fucking around in the back. I’ll take my business to the Old Oakland Road facility fifteen minutes out of my way.

I was excited to receive a flyer in the mail for «FREE YOGURT» since I have wanted to try this place for a while. To my dismay and the fine print… it was for 3 OUNCES only which is about two fingers. Then they give you these massive self serve cups hoping you will fill them up to their 20 OUNCE capacity including your toppings. Then you put it on a scale and you end up paying about $ 6. There’s your «FREE YOGURT»!!!
Yes, it was tasty but not at a price where I could have purchased a whole tub of ice cream. It’s sugar and cream people… why do you have to price gouge??? Talk abut greed… even if I could to afford to frequently visit I would not… I’m not going to make someone else rich for massively overcharging well intended consumers.
AND IF YOU ARE GOING TO PUT OUT A FREE COUPON… HAVE SOME INTEGRITY AND NOT HIDE THINGS IN THE FINE PRINT!

You know, maybe just maybe you ought to either change your hours on Unilocal to 10 or stay open till 11 so when your employees tell me your closed at 10:10 when I got there that I dont waste my gas or time next time I want a yogurt. Your employee didn’t have too swift an answer when I explained it to him either. So much for service

I miss hanging out in ESSJ since I switched jobs. Don’t get me wrong– I also like Nubi across the street but Yogurtland is consistently good with the # of flavor options, toppings and the freshness of the toppings. Parking can be a little crazy in this parking lot with all of the fast food options, etc. but it is nice to sit out sit and hang out for a minute and watch folks go by. They were nice enough to extend their close for 15 minutes while we finished up our froyo.

Frozen yogurt was great but costumer service was crap. No one was at the counter when I came in. Then someone finally came up from the back but said nothing. Did not feel welcomed at all. Once we paid for our yogurt they once again disappeared to the back. What’s up with that?

I don’t typically eat froyo but when I do it’s usually because I’m grabbing some for my nephews and nieces or I scored a free one from a facebook offer. :P
Recently Yogurtland did a Looney Tunes promo and I got a free 5oz yogurt when I tried the Road Runner flavor: Cactus Berry Tart. Pretty good but the consistency of the yogurt was a little strange… it was a little runny and grainy for my taste. But I did enjoy the flavor though so that’s okay.
In regards to redeeming the promo, I did have a little bit of difficulty at first because I tried to redeem a facebook offer and showed them my email — then they said they were not a participating location. –_​_​_​_​_​_​_​– It’s a little frustrating to me when stores don’t post up which locations are or are not participating so it makes the trip out there super iffy. Fortunately though the staff here was nice enough to let me redeem it this time so I got my free froyo! :)

I actually came into this Yogurtland towards the end of last month in the morning. I was a little disappointed to find out how bad the texture of their yogurt was because it came out really thin/​watery and it melted really fast. Their topping bar wasn’t as spacious compared to the other Yogurtlands I’ve been too also.

Clean, Not busy good customer service! Def had to get my fix here!

I moved, so of course had to find the closest yogurtland.
I still prefer Milpitas yogurtland.
Customer service is ok, but the issue is the yogurt!
Its not the same! Even in Campbell i noticed the difference but on King its either icy or creamy no in between. Downtown my pistachio is way to creamy and on king too icy. I love all the flavors but pistachio holds a special place in my cup :(

Stop by here after the Garlic Festival. I had to come to yogurtland because the Hello Kitty items they have. The guy was attentive and nice, he offered us sample cups to try. I already knew what I wanted (any of the tart flavors I LOVE!) while my boyfriend was going crazy with the sample cups.
They have indoor and outdoor seating, the place is kept cleaned. There’s water on the side for you to help yourself to.

First and probably last time I would ever visit this locating. If your in San Jose I suggest strongly to go to the shopping center but do not go to this particular Yogurtland. You want good quality try Yogurtland on Almaden Expwy.
I got yogurt earlier in the day and it was okay, the yogurt melted faster than expected and my cousins fruit seemed a bit rancid. I got Tart woth gummie bears. Even in the store it was hot, no air conditioning but the water they have does taste fresh. We were gone for several hours and returned with my dog. I’m assuming the Extremely bored looking and extremely rude Asian or fillipino woman sitting outside talking to an employee (who looked equally unhappy) was the owner because she asserted herself as such and she had on no uniform, rudely announces no pets inside. I understand, it’s health reasons. Some Yogurtlands have exceptions if you carry them tightly. I said okay, was about to let my cousin hold my dog when the rude and bloated owner mentioned it again which I didn’t appreciate.
It seems a trend with this Yogurtland which I’m assuming recently opened awhile ago, that rudeness and poor customer service is the reason why their shop is failing in such a busy shopping center. Not all employees are as rude though, just today in particular. My advice, take a lesson from such yogurt establishments like Yogurtland on Almaden Exprwy or Tutti Frutti at Valley fair where they actually treat the customers like humans and not moneybags.
So not worth the drive or breath. I of course will be announcing this situation to almost everyone.

I love froyo. They have a great selection when the machines are actually working.
This is a pretty crowded location with limited seating indoors and out.
Not a fan of the layout of the shop. It’s cramped.
The place could use more tidying up and maybe more sanitizing of surfaces that come into contact with food.
It is convenient and can’t go wrong with the prices.
