As a college student diagnosed with both ADD and Dyslexia, I was seeking an alternative to taking medication. After many days of searching, I found an article in the South County Magazine about Awoken Life and Brainwave Optimization. I immediately scheduled an appointment with Mary and started my 10 sessions. After my week of optimization I can see many positive results. Not only is my focus better than ever, I am also retaining more information which has helped me tremendously with my school work. I cannot thank Mary & Michelle enough for their help and for making it an amazing experience!

WOW!!! What an experience. Not only does the technology work but Mary was absolutely astounding in how she helped me through deep, restful and healing meditations while the high tech device was aligning my brainwave patterns to my highest good. It’s been three months since I went in for my optimization and I STILL feel the positive effects. I highly recommend you give them a shot if you want to get rid of emotionally charged baggage that gets too easily triggered and wears you down.
