THE BEST HOOKAH LOUNGE IN ORANGE COUNTY PERIOD! I’ve been to all hookah lounges in the area and this place is simply the best. The hookah is amazing, tobacco is fresh and customer service is awesome. Tony, the hookah expert, is great, I usually get the watermelon mint hookah but I wanted something new so he suggested a special mix and it was amazing, it lasted for 3 hours with the same flavor, we will definitely be back :)

This review is about the service– not the hookah or hookah tobacco quality. Ours was a rather crappy hookah experience which many others may have experienced as well and thought was «normal», because, according to hookah etiquette (yes, there is such a thing), the person preparing your hookah makes sure it works by taking a couple of drags to check that it’s got the right heat, isn’t leaking, and is breathing well, and most certainly does NOT mean the hookah guy lingers at your table, engages in banal chit chat while he pleasurably drags the first 20 puffs out of your freshly made hookah (which are the best puffs you get from a hookah) before handing it over to you with an irritating smirk, which is what the hookah guy at this place kept doing for the 3 or 4 times we went there.

Hookah Lounge at The Olives Branch is just a high end hookah lounge. The lounge is relaxing with moroccan theme couches, beautiful chandeliers, perfect intimate lighting. They use only the best Khalil Mamoun hookahs, coconut coals and the best hoses in any lounge. Everything is just top notch here from the mixes to the atmosphere. My friends and I ordered a watermelon head hookah (BEST HOOKAH), double apple hookah and a pineapple head hookah. They all were awesome, hit perfectly, smooth, thick clouds. The best thing about this place is they have tvs in each private couch section to watch sports on. They have a bar and Mediterranean restaurant that serves some really good food. If you like hookah and are looking for a place where you can have some good food, a good drink and can actually talk to your friends this is the place to go.
