Love Tricia and Michelly! I’ve tried vinyasa, fusion, and yin. My favourite is Yin. I can’t wait to try Gentle Sol and Bliss, which are new additions since the last time I came here was last year. I always buy class packages on sale, so there is always a deal happening out there to support your practice! If you are like me and you are looking for a super mellow, relaxing warm environment to do some heated stretching at night, try Yin!

If you are lucky enough to live in the vicinity of SolFire Yoga studio — you should go! Tricia and Michelle have created a beautiful and sacred place where you can open your yoga mat and connect with yourself and body. My favorite are the Vinyasa Flow classes, the Sunday morning Hot Yoga class and the Yin Yoga classes by Tricia. Life changing!

Wonderful yoga studio! I always leave with what I needed going in. Sometimes I want to come to the flow classes to feel worked out, right now I’m in love with the yin and restorative classes. There’s also a Zumba class on Saturday morning, really fun and upbeat welcomeing group.

OMG the russian instructor is so hot! also an excellent instructor. They actually take the time to do proper instruction and form. its relaxed at times and aerobic at other times

I purchased their groupon last night and took my first ever hot yoga class this morning! I was very nervous but the owner Tricia (who also taught the class) was SO encouraging and helped me with my form. I’m so glad I found this place and cannot wait for my next class!

Solfire Yoga has stepped up my yoga practice. Tricia is the best instructor for new and learning students. She keeps me interested and wanting to come back. Classes are great times and location easy off freeway. The studio is clean and just right hot yoga temperature. I found my special place.

My husband and I travel a lot and we are always trying to find an all level yoga studio. Soul Fire was perfect!
I’ve done yoga for the past 20 years and my husband has done it for 3. So we need to find a studio that can accommodate us both. I’ve did bikram for 10 years, regular hatha, vinyasa, Iyengar, power yoga — hot and regular of all the above. Soul Fire offers a wide range of styles for all ability while throwing in some fun Zumba.
Take it from someone who travels and is in constant search of a good, welcoming yoga studio while on the road. You cannot go wrong with Soul Fire.

Clean & peaceful yoga studio. Classes are not crowded so you always have plenty of space. Teachers are kind, patient, and cool. Fellow students and low key and fun.

My wife and I just finished our first class at this brand new studio. It was a vinyasa heated to 95 set to music at 6 am. The instructor was upbeat and offered just the right amount of flow and stretching. Wow — we are now ready for a busy Friday!!!
