Domino’s Pizza

I have never used this location for delivery so I can not comment on that however. I have been maybe 5 times for pick-​up. The young girls who work there are so kind and professional. After the first time I was surprised how delish the pizza tasted, in the past I was not really a fan of Domino’s, so I thought maybe I was just that hungry, but every time since, it has been just as great. A friend mentioned that he thought that Domino’s had made some changes to the recipes, I am not sure if that is true or not but its a great place for a single mom of two to swing by and pick up dinner to surprise my kids with a special treat that fits the budget.

Ordered a pizza on Wednesday they deliver the wrong pizza so I had to wait 1hour for the right order and on Friday waited 1 and 20min an no pizza I call and told me that they had no order 4 my address this was my final time ordering from them.

Because of my experience I called the store back the same night and complained about this. The attendant offered me a free desert on my next order as an apology. I just tried to order again, and the store owner said that he does not give out free food. I think that you should not offer something to a customer if you refuse to follow through. I will not be ordering from here again. I called Pizza Hut instead for a cherry pepper bombshell pizza. Yum.

It took 35 min to deliver and I live 6mins away. And not so pleased by my pizza presentation with all the topping on one side. First time ordering online and last time. Delivery guy was nice though.

Careful do not order from here, they only have one driver and it takes over 45 minutes to get your pizza!

We’ve ordered from this location many times and are usually satisfied with the quality, convenience and timeliness. However, the last two times our order took over an hour to be delivered, and the food was no longer hot by the time we received it. I told the driver I may have to order somewhere else and while he was apologetic, he eluded to this being a problem management hasn’t been willing to address. He was the only driver on the clock at 3pm on a Saturday. Football season has started and I’m sure that means a spike in demand, which should be planned for.
I love the app and I love the tracker that tells you what stage your order is in, but it also sets an expectation that once it’s out for delivery, you should get your food in a reasonable amount of time. The last two times delivery alone took over 45 minutes. I don’t want my pizza sitting in a car cooling off because Dominos can’t or won’t hire more delivery people.
This happens sometimes, but if it happens again I’m going to have to try a competitor.

Worst Experience Ever. I called today and ordered two veggie and one medium veggie pizza for online delivery. First of all the person who was taking our order on the phone was rushing and kinda rude, the total was 36 $+ tip but when we got the food wasn’t worth it, the veggie sandwiches had only cheese and jalapeño and pizza wasn’t even cooked it was only dough with some vegetable topping .it was just waste of money and time.

Pizza is OK, but, order two larges to equal one large because the large pizza is more like a medium size. It is like McDonalds. Don’t try to have it «your way» to much. More like soup Nazi from Seinfeld. Know your order, what you want and know your coupons before calling! Don’t be high maintenance and you will be rewarded with a 40 dollar meal that will fill the belies of 10 hungry teenagers on a budget and that my friends… is the main existence of Dominos (love it!).

I love the deal 2 medium pizzas for 5.99 each! Guy on the phone was really helpful and nice. Pizza delivered in 15 minutes! I love pizza!

I came home not long ago and was starving bcuz some pizza place didn’t cook my pizza good. Thanks to my brother I got to eat pizza. Dominos never lets me down!

Always missing Parmesan cheese and chili, but pizza, speed, tracker, and quality perfect every time.

Best pizza! This one in particular makes the pizza spectacular and they don’t waste any time! Very courteous as well! Do them a favor, order and pick it up! I’m very pleased with this dominos and I can say the least about anywhere else such as papa johns across the street… which made me throw up minutes afterwards… Or possibly hours afterwards…

Yuck. I called the other day to place an order. I have no idea who I talked to but he kept talking over me to speed to the conversation (I guess) When I asked him to tell me what type of coupons they had for medium pizza he huffed and puffed, as if I were asking him to recite the dictionary. Once I gave him my address he told me that I needed to call the Dana point location, which is fine but it was the way he went about doing it. As if I was definitely not important anymore because Im not even going to be doing business at their location. I totally understand that there are rush hours and when it is busy it can be overwhelming. but there is absolutely no excuse for being rude and rushing me off the phone. Glad I don’t live close to that location.

I k now this is a big chain and I have not been a fan of pizza in general but since Domino’s revamped their menu — added more options (love the garlic crust!) and made it sooo easy to place an order online, exactly how I want it, I’ve changed my view. I love the order tracker as it helps to time when I need to leave to pick up my pizza. The staff seem friendly and efficient. No complaints there. Haven’t ordered anything else so I can’t speak to the other food offerings but this is now our «go to» place for pizza.

Used to order from this Domino’s often but never had a good experience. They are good about giving you a free next order when they screw up, but they screw up every time so it is frustrating. I ended up ordering from a Domino’s outside of the city and it was much better.
