Pizza Hut

Ehhhh. Food is good, it got a lot smaller, it used to be a big place idk what happened. Food takes a while to get ready, but I mean food is food. Also there are very few seats to sit on, eberything is cramped.

Although the pizza is good every time, it has NEVER been delivered on time and today is the worst 1 hour late, (2 hours to make and deliver I don’t think so, I think somebody stopped for a beer). I’ve called and complained and they told me if they make me another it will be another hour. REALLY. Time to start going somewhere else.
Can I give less than one star? so they say they’re going to deliver another pizza because the last one was 2 hours late. an hour later I get another pizza however it’s actually the same first pizza which is now ice cold. I definitely won’t be coming back to Pizza Hut. Oh and this time it tasted like crap.

My class ordered food and I came to pick it up. The food wasn’t ready on time and when it came out, it was only half the order. Ridiculous. They’re clueless here. I didn’t expect much but this is just bad

Everything was delicious! We got a large custom made pizza with a pretzel stuffed crust. The crust was so good we found ourselves fighting over the crust edges. We also got the buffalo and honey barbeque wings. It took forty minutes from the time of order for them to get here but that was still very fast. Pizza was better than ballpark pizza and cheaper too.

I haven’t order from here for a while but today we decided to give it a try again and it was super good! We ordered this new pizza that they have that has hotdogs in the crust and the pizza in the middle as usual. We added some garlic to the crust part and they were very nice in letting us do and pick what we wanted on it without any complaints. Are pizza was really good. It was ready within the time the gave us and nice and hot when we got it. We will be ordering this style of pizza again. For just pepperoni it was 12 bucks plus tax and with the combo pizza it was 18 which is still a pretty good deal. They provided us with extra plates, napkins, cheese, ranch, and crushed peppers. Thank you guys for making it super good! We all really enjoyed it :)

Always had great service and the delivery comes correctly as ordered and fast!

I read the reviews on here, and still wanted to give it a try considering it was close to my work… THEY GOT IT WRONG.
I should have went with the reviews, and gone else where.

I seriously don’t know what happened but for the last years now this place has gone from bad to worse. When I was a kid it wasn’t like this though… I have no idea what happened.
Well they’ve had it coming for a while now but I just didn’t have the time to come on here and review this place.
Ok, so the last time I ordered from here was at least 2 months ago… I ordered online and 20 min. later I get a phone call from an employee that they are out of mushrooms… really??? The time frame I got online was about 40min… so it took 20 min to figure out you were out of mushrooms??? About 2 hours later, a guy shows up at my door with cold pizza… what am I suppose to do??? BE PISSED OFF!!!
Why is it so hard to get decent pizza service in this town?
This never happens to me anywhere else! Seriously, it does not!

The rude, incompetent service of San Clemente Pizza Hut deprived me of my fondness for the franchise I normally enjoy.
My family has been repeatedly disappointed by luke-​warm pizza and gruff, dismissive employees on the phone or behind the desk. Tonight’s disaster of cold pizzas delivered 90 minutes after an online order was the last straw, and we officially quit this business.

Worst Pizza Hut on Earth. They tell you it will be a 10 minute wait — 30 minutes later, not ready yet. I have come here once in a while over the years. It is always the same. Rude help. Terrible service. Broken ovens. Broken soft drink dispensers. A dump. There is always a problem with your order.

and I thought dominos was bad
delivery didn’t help, but this was the worst pizza I have had in a long time
guy didn’t have napkins pepper or parmesan on him, then rolled his eyes when he asked us if we wanted him to go all the way back to the car to get what he should have brought to begin with (we had requested the crushed red chili peppers n cheese over the phone already)
then the pizza sucked — fyi, the sauce on the new Mama Mia 5 dolla pizzas is pretty sweet, not sweet like in a good way, but sweet like dessert… blech
if yer hungry, in SJC, had a few too many to drive, and its a late night and nothing else is open with delivery services, go hungry instead of ordering from here, spend the money on a BIG breakfast instead
