Reading those reviews, I am stunned that so many other people has experienced the same issues. I ordered few times, but will never ordered again since the delivery takes forever, not to mentioned that they also forgot to deliver my order once. The girl who pick up the phone when ordering is the worst! I am not a difficult customer and i am very respectful to anyone, but this girl is so rude and doesn’t care about the customer. The last time I ordered, I just couldn’t stand her attitude and ask to speak to her manager instead of being upset with her and she hang up the phone on me. It seems that they are losing a lot of clients because of their staff, I don’t understand why they do nothing about it? I think corp. should be told about the issues.

Good quality pizza and friendly service for the most part. Sometimes delivery times are pretty long and I’ve chosen to pick up most times I order to avoid that problem. I’m a regular and would recommend to others if Papa’s is your taste of pizza.

About the worst pizza I have ever had! Crust was thin and crisp but there was no sauce, skimpy on pep and sausage. No flavor.

I meant to update this a long time ago but forgot. The manager of the store corrected the issue for me and made everything right. She contacted me first thing the Monday morning afterwards and was great to deal with. All is forgiven.

Every single time I order here they take forever to deliver and by forever I mean hours. They give no apologies for it and I felt rude asking for my cold pizza to be free. They always forget the special seasonings. Always even if you ask them nicely over and over for them not to forget them. Just horrible customer service. Stinks because I actually like the pizza. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Previously had excellent pizzas from here but this last pizza had strands of grey/white HAIR stuck in the cheese. I actually ran to throw it up. Was repulsed beyond belief. Met the new mgr who is very nice but has a lot of work to do at this location. Suggestion: Hair nets.

Good pizza good delivery service they need to upgrade their computer software and computers completely they have the computers from 1980s 2014 that’s 30 years ago I think a couple dollars into a new computer and it is a couple of Dollars compared to what they’re making now and what they could be making if they invest the money into computers so that they can use app service more efficiently

Placed an order around 940pm on a wednesday night, paid with my credit card, received email confirmation, around 1015 I called the store to check on the status of my order, called 5 times and no answer, call the Corporate Papa Johns or main office and the attendant told me that they had closed for the night and that they would reimburse me the money… So no pizza from them, not an apology either, and of course I will never recommend or do business with them again…

I have for a long time been a fan of Papa John’s. Over the years, however, the quality(at least at this location) has continued to decline. The quality of the ingredients and the pizza as a whole has decreased. The service, however, has always been terrible. It seems that nobody here, from the workers to the owner(assuming a franchise) to corporate, cares about the poor service coupled to the poor quality coupled to the generally higher prices. Though there have been many instances that have led me to this conclusion the most recent is the one that finally pushed me over the edge. After trying to order online and not being able to complete the order I called the restaurant to try to place my order over the phone. The online offer said that you could order a large pizza, an order of chicken and a order of either cheese sticks or breadsticks. Using the web app I tried to order the cheese sticks but it was not an option. The only option presented was breadsticks. I called the restaurant to see if they could just switch it out. The restaurant said that they had no control over the online ordering system and if I placed the same order over the phone with them that I would be charged extra. They provided me with a phone number to call for online customer service. After being on hold for 15 minutes I realized that I can order pizza from anywhere else. I think this is the last time I will be ordering from Papa John’s ever. I realize that at the end of the day it was a silly minor issue. But being such a silly, minor issue it should have been one that the employees at the location should’ve been able to solve easily. In conclusion I feel they offer no better ingredients, no better pizza, higher prices and no customer service.

I love Papa John’s and think their pizzas are great. I placed an online order for pickup at this location. It was ready quickly(on a Saturday night, nonetheless). There were online coupon deals that made the pizza quite reasonable. My only complaint is that I ordered the buffalo chicken pizza and there was no hint of buffalo sauce whatsoever. I honestly think they forgot it, but it still tasted good so I’m not docking them points… this time.

By definition these national chains are not concerned about much except making cash. Take for example Papa John’s and the spokesperson(founder?) that appears on all the tv commercials. Almost makes the whole thing look human but the sad reality is that their food sucks big lemons. One would be better off baking their own pie instead of this mumbo jumbo of subpar ingredients and tasteless pizza. Now they have all the ingredients you want for around $ 14. I have to warn anyone reading this: is all a hoax. Let’s suppose you say to yourself«I am going to load up this pizza with everything they have in their menu», which is possible according to the deal. When the pizza arrive you discover that they, yes, put all the ingredients requested but in such an insignificant amount that it is almost funny. At headquarters they figure they will let the consumer believe this is such an spectacular deal but on the front lines, at the preparation table the instructions are only use the minimal amount. So in the end they send you a very mediocre pizza and when you are done paying the delivery person it will cost around $ 22 plus. To give Papa John’s(check out the name, Big Papa, keeps saying better ingredients better pizza. baloney). But the incredible thing about it is they make a truck load of money. They even have their own club for their loyal, die hard fans. I weakened, I ordered and received a very unappetizing pizza with no redeeming qualities. I threw in about 8 toppings, why not since it is offered, and what arrived to my doorsteps was a mumbo jumbo with almost a sweet taste. Not one bite worth the $ 24. Yes, I was lazy and I paid the price. At least Domino’s started their campaign when they realized they were selling a terrible pizza and now their chefs(chefs? what a joke for anyone that thinks they are). Papa John’s is the lowest denominator, misleading in advertisement, mediocre in their culinary capacity, expensive once you think that eating this concoction is so successful thanks to people like me that encourage their business practices and bad culinary skills by ordering. They probably deserve one more star but it was so bad I must, not sorry to say, give them the lowest and most depressing 1 Star. Bad food, Papa John’s.
