All Star Donuts

Good selection of fresh donuts! They have the sugar donuts that We don’t have in Boston! And I have never seen a giant croissant like what they have! They were all good! Coffee was good too! Nice local family run donut shop! We saw many families coming on the weekend and just spent the morning there. Nice and cozy.

Came here a few days ago. Huge assortment of donuts and other pastries. Reasonably priced, and fresh tasting. Came here today (1pm), almost all sold out. Granted my first visit was during the morning. So if you are looking for some good donuts, stop by early or you’ll be disappointed you missed out!

i am very happy with their bagels best in town and great coffee.

Really good croissant breakfast sandwich, they toast it instead of microwaving it if you ask :)

This is a very specific review… very VERY specific review.
I sadly cannot eat donuts– my stomach does not agree with them. However, in my sad donutless world there is a light. It’s Sundays when the owner gets «fancy» and makes the pink donuts. The pink french crullers are a light and fluffy piece of heaven. You gotta get there early cause he does not like to make too many and they go fast! I can’t speak to any other donut or any other day of the week but Sundays and french crullers are definitely the «sweet» spot for this shop.
Any place that can provide me a fluffy piece of heaven and sell me lotto? 5 stars!

The variety is good. They have hella different scratchers. There’s indoor seating. They Take CASH ONLY. The portions are good. The price is decent.

All Star Donuts had 2 shelves of donuts left early sunday afternoon. looking at the reviews, i wasn’t expecting them to be open but they were. guessing they close shop when all donuts are gone.
supposedly they also sell ice cream, sandwiches, lotto tickets, and coffee. didn’t see any signs regarding same. no other patrons present

–wasn’t fluffy inside. seemed like ½ cooked dough. remininscence of chinese cream puff
but not as tasty/​delicate.

I don’t care what industry you work in, customer service will make or break your business.
Five stars for location, being only two blocks from my apartment. Four stars for the products, the donuts are pretty good for your average donut shop.
What are they lacking? A sense of urgency. I understand that sometimes that the owner’s are sometimes working by themselves on certain days, but it does not mean that you take your sweet time when there is a line of people. On top of that if you have a line of people, would you not acknowledge them and thank them for their patience FIRST rather than thanking them for their patience AFTER they’ve made the purchase? It puts a customer’s anxiety to ease if they’re in a rush.
I recently made a stop here on my way to work. Being on a time crunch I expected to simply be in and out. I walked in and there was a line of two gentleman and a lady ahead of me. The owner was no where in sight, thus I assumed she was bringing something from the back. She comes out three minutes later, but at that time the lady in front of me (I assume) was fed up of waiting and walked out. The owner then says aloud, «well I can’t do everything because I’m alone». Really?! Displaying bad attitude for your inability to provide service in front of customers is unprofessional and rude. I patiently waited a few more minutes as she continued to take her sweet time. On top of the that the two gentleman in front of me could not decide how many donuts they wanted. At that point after not being acknowledged, I was fed up.
I WAS a regular customer who bought half a dozen to a dozen donuts per each visit. The owner even knew my exact order every time I came in. She will not be seeing me anymore.

Good old fashion donuts! Always fresh not greasy, just delicious!

A small little donut shop. Pretty unimpressive when you walk in, but they sell a good amount of donuts and pastries. The owner is really nice too!
The donuts are pretty cheap. Less than a dollar for some of them. I tried the blueberry donut and this hot pink donut (I was under the impression it was maybe strawberry flavored). The quality is pretty good. I like cakey donuts best.
Not a place I would go out of my way for, but it’s a good place. I like the donuts.

It’s pretty much another small privately-​owned doughnut shop. The only thing that stands out is the service and demeanor of the owner’s, who aren’t stingy about exact things with the doughnuts (like in a dozen, switching two normal doughnuts with a cinnamon bun).
All-​in-​all it’s standard, clean, and cash-​only.

This Bear was craving a Snackie Snack so All Star donuts was in my line of sight. So I stopped there and got a Twist Donut and a Maple Bar. They were your average donut nothing special but they hit the spot. Place appears to be a little on the aged side.

All Star donuts is your every day better than average donut shop. It is located right across the street from Bayfair mall and just so happens to be located next door to a certain Adult video store, (Not too naughty). Other than that fact, the decrepit paint outside and the bus stop that is right out front, this place really isn’t too special.
If you’re waiting for a bus, coming out of a certain shop or just walking by and craving a donut, stop on in. I assure you that they are not tainted due to their location, they are just normal donuts, nothing more. Who knows maybe you might one day need a donut and this may be the place for you, but until then they’ll be right there where they’ve always been.

This place is great. Great location, great service, great donuts and pastries… So little parking…
The coolest thing? Its just far enough from the schools not to be packed with students, yes, there’s some, but not enough to cause a long line.

ehh. decent. Haven’t had a donut from here in a while. local business convenient to stop by and grab some morning coffee and a donut if you don’t feel like going to starbucks.
