I have just had the worst experience ever at this location. It is 11:15pm and just finished pumping gas when an old friend pulled up behind me and heaven forbid had a couple minute conversation(she was also a paying customer). The ignorant fool running the place tonight comes out YELLING at us in his language, instead of trying to TALK to us and let us know what his issue was. The pumps were not full of customers. So I yelled back at him telling him you don’t come out yelling at people and if he would like to explain appropriately what his issue was that is fine. He continues to yell so of course then I start cursing at him. I don’t approach him, yet he goes running inside trying to lock the door as if I am going to attack him. Yet he continues to yell from the door. I know I should not have let him get me so upset that I curse at him, he just caught me off guard with his verbal attack. What the hell kind of customer service is this? I still don’t know what his issue was as he wouldn’t calm down enough to speak English and deal with the situation. If I could give them a lower rating I would as that is not how you deal with customers. I have been a customer for years, but I think I would much rather give ANYONE else my money.

Gas Prices are always a few cents lower here. Gotta love that, close and convenient. Dont have much to say about the mini mart because I never buy items there other than gas.

I rolled in to this Arco because its got the lowest price on Fuel. It has been remodeled. Newer Gas Pumps, Mini Mart, Brightly Lit. Convenient location. Makes it a winner to me.

The price at this Arco is 30 cents higher than the Arco on Hesperian in San Lorenzo. WTH.

Very good prices on their gas and other goodies inside. The place is located in a well populated and high traffic area Hesperian & Hacienda. Nothing else is too special other than the cheaper gas compared to 76& Chevron down the street.

This Arco locale seriously needs an upgrade. the only way you know its arco is the signs on the structures. otherwise it looks like any other run down gas station. I’ve only used this station a few times. it’s constantly busy. the prices are competitive within .01 — .02 cents. the problem is there are constant lines, sometimes into the street, creating a traffic hazard. if i really need gas, i’ll drive in, otherwise, it’s on to other washington stations where there aren’t lines(often). of course, if there aren’t lines, i;m in here pronto. people here are like robots thought. didn’t see a pay cash at the pump feature here.

This Arco is mine! I use it almost every fill up now because unlike others the gas here gets me another 1 to 2 miles per gallon, each tank. I have paid more for all the other places in San leandro and I have shopped around ever since gas hit 3.75 for the third time. This place seriously with no exaggeration allows me to drive another mile or two per gallon. That means 12 more miles without filling up the tiny tank, I know it doesn’t seem like much but I care enough to go here. I am also paranoid so when I saw a news broadcast talking about Arco A.T.M.‘s rigged to allow thieves to get your pin. So I checked the machine today and this one’s clean,(I’d still jiggle my card when you pull it out if I were you). I tried some another place last week and I am glad to be back at Arco. Try it out it’s worth saving countless dollars now that gas is like $ 4 a gallon. Seriously go there, it’s worth it. CHAD
