Had to come to this place out of default. There were other options, but I picked this place only because it was near the freeway and close to a shopping center. After living there for 6 months, there were other issues I had with the place.
Good:
I picked this place only because it was near the freeway and close to a shopping center. The apartment was and is old. but I didn’t mind it at all. That didn’t bother me. The place is roomy, 1 bedroom and a loft with a 950 sq feet w/​small balcony for $ 1595. Not too bad. Indoor swimming pool.
After living there for 6 months, there were other issues I had with the place.
Bad:
The property management eyeballed every visitors. Wasn’t very happy about that. I lived on the 2nd floor, and I smelt weed up through my windows and all around. When I have a 5 year old daughter asking me what that smell is it’s time for me to leave. The 3rd floor neighbors would make constantly make noise throughout the night. Sometime, I would have to bang the door upstairs with a broom to have them quiet down. On top of that, parking was difficult to find for guest. My parking spot would always be taken. It wasn’t a good experience for me.
Not coming back here. Would rather go to Oakland.
